This house was perfect! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. The owners are very communicative and helpful!
Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful place. The trail was a perfect addition to get away from phones and life. The front deck/ porch and sunroom were great for relaxation.
This beautiful home fit our family of seven adults and five children perfectly. Lots of space to gather while offering room to spread out when we wanted to. Very clean and kitchen was extremely well equipped. Plenty of games and a great play space in the lower level for the bigger kiddos. The wooded acreage offered lots of hiking and the property around the house had plenty of room for family football and soccer. Evenings around the fire pit were the best. About 15 minutes south is Hopkinsville where we found a large Kroger, Walmart, and a great bowling alley for the day it rained. Would definitely stay again!
This is a lovely home, room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The grounds were beautiful, got a chance to walk a few of the trails. I would highly recommend this property.
The house was perfect for our family to stay together for a wedding weekend! The house design and amenities are very nice. It provided us many options to gather as one group or several small groups to enjoy time together. I highly recommend. We are already discussing coming back! Frank was very kind and communicated with me quickly!
Our stay was fantastic. The home was wonderful, and it provided the space for our entire family. The kids loved the games in the lower level. Everything was laid out exactly as the host communicated.
Unfortunately we were only able to stay for three days but enjoyed every minute. I would recommend not taking Old Madisonville Road to property though because RR crossing is very bad especially at night.
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us...including other family members that visited us there. Loved the quiet country setting.
This property was incredible. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy or gather together in a large group. We really enjoyed the large kitchen, fire pit, trails in the surrounding woods, and the symphony of sound from the frog pond at night. The owners were very helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. We would love to stay again. Thank you Frank and Yong!
Frank Pierce designed and built this home 15 years ago. This home was built with the love of the Kentucky country side in mind. Every detail has been evolved with the idea of entertaining guests. Today Frank and his wife, Yong, enjoy coming out to this house with their families to enjoy nature and get away from the daily bustle of the city.
This property will be an amazing spot for you and your family to come together and enjoy each other. Relax on one of the porch areas and enjoy all of the beauties that come with farm land in western Kentucky.
