Good afternoon , I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. In all due respect, I was reading the review for some constructive criticism but I failed to find any.
We do not provide beach towels because we are not a hotel, we provide the house and whatever includes part of " the house", I think you might have confused concierge services of a hotel with renting a house. Secondly, it literally costs 5 euros per towel (also wrote to you where to buy them from). As you mentioned, you paid money for the villa, and the insurance (which not quite sure why you needed it), so I do not understand why this amount of 5 euros would be a problem for you to pay to buy one. It is as reasonable, bringing one, as it is bringing your swimming suit on an island. If i provided beach towels per client per booking we would spend a ridiculous amount per year, plus it would be unhygienic to recycle them.
I am sorry you failed to read the house rules because it was stated (n.2 rule) and sent to you via private message ; "bring your own beach towel, because we do not provide with one".
Also, yes, my cleaning lady- who does not have a car, and does not live in the resort- it would be very cruel from our part, to bring over another "grown" woman for literally a 4 minute job without a car for that. Also she would charge hourly for that, and she would not have a way to transport back.
I am sorry, I asked you to throw the garbage you made and produced in the house at the end of your visit, but I find it as reasonable as maybe not destroying the sheets, not breaking anything in the house (at least that it how I was raised believing is right thing to do; maybe manners and correctness, are not cross-cultural in today's era), but also my grown cleaning woman has back problems and I respect her too much to ask her to carry it with her issues all the way out, because I respect my employees above all. Moreover, I am deeply sorry you failed to see the pictures close enough of the house as I do not project a view from the lower 2 bedrooms and in fact I have pictures showing exactly what you missed to notice. So I make sure it is seen and showed and I do not in any way, shape or form show something different from what it is.
Lastly, I am not quite sure what the insurance has to do with me, since I am not getting any of that amount, so the insurance is a personal thing and a personal choice that I do not benefit from, and it has nothing to do with the house or booking... so I am sorry you choose to pay 500 euro due to the insurance but that has nothing to do with the house or booking . Also the amount you mentioned paying divided by 6 people, in the most expensive location in the word is actually quite low so I fail to see your point, especially since it has free amenities like a private beach, sunbeds, and pool that no other house or hotel in Mykonos can offer.
Lastly, I do not understand how you write so many compliments about location , resort, pool , beach etc while you rate it with a 2 star review.
I truly find it quite unreasonable, cruel and in bad faith. Also, I am quite confused on how you start saying that it is a wonderful location and end it up with the fact that you would "stay in another location".
Nevertheless, i hope you have better endeavors and experiences the way you imagine them, and I hope you have a great rest of the winter.
