Offre spéciale 5% sur les semaines restantes en mai, juin et septembre 2018. Appartement au premier étage accessible par des marches avec garde-corps. Décoré et meublé à un niveau élevé. 5 couchages. Il y a une chambre avec lit double, un lit simple, une chaise, placard, commode, 3 cuisine moderne, y compris cuisinière électrique et micro-ondes, tabourets de bar, table à manger et un grand canapé d'angle, qui sort dans un lit double. TV à écran plat, lecteur DVD, sélection de DVD, jeux, livres et magazines. Lovely bed linge est fourni et un sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser. Salle de bains entièrement carrelée comprend salle de bain avec douche de tête, tapis de bain, WC, lavabo et surround. Il ya un sèche-serviettes, et un étendoir. radiateurs muraux sont dans toutes les chambres, et toute l'électricité est inclus. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine extérieure chauffée des résidents (ouverte de mai - Octobre) et les jardins avec des palmiers. Notre appartement est également sur le côté ensoleillé de l'immeuble ..... un beau bonus!

Sécurité: L'appartement est situé derrière les portes de sécurité accessibles par carte magnétique pour empêcher l'utilisation de la piscine par le grand public.
Il ya un système d'entrée de téléphone sécurisé aux portes de sécurité.
Le parking exige également la carte magnétique pour ouvrir la barrière de sécurité. Appartement 35 a un espace de stationnement désigné. Un parking supplémentaire est disponible dans le parc automobile local.

Pour plus d'informations, emplacement: New Esplanade Cour est un bloc de deux étages d'appartements privées construites en forme de U autour d'un jardin paysager et une piscine. Il est situé sur un chemin privé juste derrière la principale Esplanade, donc bien que très central à toutes les activités Paignton a à offrir, il reste un endroit calme, caché.
Victoria Park est idéalement situé à seulement 4 minutes à pied de l'appartement et il ya une aire de jeux et de duckpond un fabuleux enfants ici.
Nous avons mis en place dans l'appartement un guide d'information et des suggestions de lieux à visiter et des choses à faire pendant votre séjour. Alternativement, vous asseoir avec un verre et se détendre dans votre entourage confortables si vous avez besoin de se détendre pendant un certain temps! Soyez vilains ... offrez-vous un thé à la crème sur la pelouse du Palace Hotel à côté, mais allez-y affamé ..... les scones sont grands!

What a great holiday!! The host was really helpful and quick to reply to any questions. The check in and check out was easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. It was great being so close to the beach, pubs, restaurants and train station and harbour for lovely day trips. What was the most unique and pleasurable feature, was to have an outside pool to come back to every day after being out in the heat. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem!

Fantastic property with beautiful pool, perfect.

The property boasts a brilliant position a stone's throw away from the beach and pier. The property offer everything and more for us to enjoy our break in Paignton including a great heated pool. The owners are very welcoming, sending a wealth of information and answering any questions immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Property is in an excellent position it really is 2 mins to seaside and parking was handy, the pub in front of the building is in the process of being demolished so bit of an eyesore but that can't be helped.The apartment although small is well stocked and comfortable. The apartments themselves are noisy the smallest noise can he heard and on our last few days there were some very noisy guests up til all hours playing music.We enjoyed our week and the apartment is in an ideal place for exploring other areas, we used the train and the service was quick and reliable and our host Dee was brilliant at keeping us informed of everything.

We had a lovely week, accommodation was as described & very well equipped. Our only problem was with the sofa bed which has collapsed in several places & was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall a great place to stay

Near the beach, near pubs, near the trainstation, near the shops etcetera. Near Everything! There is also a lot to See and do in the environment. The appartment is clean and there is a Nice pool. There are seagulls on the roof at night. They make a lot of noise. We had a great week in this appartment!

What good holidays in Paignton !

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé proche de la plage et proche des commerces. L'appartement en lui meme est très propre, très fonctionnel et dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin, comme chez soi ! Il manque juste une cafetière pour le petit déjeuner. Merci à Dee et nous reviendrons surement dans cet écrin. We had a great time in this apartment. It is conveniently located close to the beach and close to shops. This apartment was very clean, very functional and has everything you need, right at home! It lacks coffee for breakfast French.Thank you to Dee and we will probably come again in it. Absolutely awesome! Clean, beautiful apartment right by the ocean with a pool too. We stayed 4 nights, a family of 5 with three teenagers. Everyone enjoyed themselves. 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic for kids

Located as close to the beach as you can get! Fantastic pool that we struggled to get the kids out of with a funfair and a park over the road its in an ideal location. It was a little cramped at times with 5 of us but the apartment had everything you’d need, including armbands for the little one (which we forgot)

Paignton New Esplanade Court

The apartment itself was very well appointed and considerably more modernised than the previous apartment we stayed in on the complex. The only negative was that the walls are very thin and we had noisy neighbours who woke my wife and childrem up several times. There was also an individual in the apartment below who could snore for England. That said it was jusr our bad luck this week and would recommend the apartment due to its location to the beach and town and facilities, great value for money.

Great location

This is a small apartment but clean, comfortable and a great location. The pool was fantastic for my teens and the location is great for exploring further afield, whilst having everything we needed within walking distance. I would like to come back with a friend next time!

As stated online

The property was everything anyone could expect. Clean and very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, and everything that you could use was there. The pool needed a bit more TLC as the colours were fading at the bottom. Paignton needs a lot morwe investment as it is looking rather tired.

Thank you Clive for your positive feedback. I will check with the management company whether any further work is to be carried out on the pool. Essential maintenance works were done during the pandemic lockdown. Regarding Paignton itself, check out the redevelopment plans online. Millions have now been secured from the government and private investors for town centre and seafront improvements. Exciting times ahead, already beginning with the building of 2 smart hotels next to New Esplanade Court, a brand new beachfront café overlooking Broadsands beach (now open) and work starting on the historic Paignton Picture House. Lots more plans to look forward to also. Hopefully the terrible impact of Covid-19 on the local community and economy was the last straw and we are now heading towards a brighter, modern town.

All you need for funfilled holiday is right on your doorstep!!

Had yet another fabulous holiday in paignton there was so much to go an see ie:Paignton Zoo & Sea Life Centre,Dartmouth Steam Railway, Cockington Village,Babbacombe Cliff Railway oh an the amazing ByGones Museum is fantastic its unbelievable whats to see inside!! and if thats not all Esplanade Court Is the perfect place to stay, just a stones throw from a fantastic beach. lovely modern flat with everything you need an of course a lovely heated swimming pool to help make the holiday complete!

My husband and I have been fortunate enough to be able to take early retirement from our jobs as an electronics engineer and occupational therapist respectively. We have 2 daughters aged 32 and 33 and our adorable 17 year old granddaughter. We also have 4 cats and a golden retriever. We enjoy classic car shows, amateur dramatics and theatre, singing, walking, holidays and good food.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this apartment having had a fantastic family holiday in one of the other apartments years ago when the girls were much younger! We decided to decorate and furnish it to a much higher standard than the one we stayed in to get the most from the property and to enjoy long weekends there ourselves. There is so much to do locally or you can laze by the pool in the sun, which seems to appear more in Paignton than where we live in Bristol. The location of the apartment can't be beaten as it's only a 2 minute walk from the sandy beach, the pier, Paignton Green, shops and restaurants. The harbour is only a leisurely 10 minute stroll away and Torquay and other sandy beaches are only a 10 minute drive away. We love a day out in Brixham and we've enjoyed the steam train to Dartmouth on numerous occasions. Paignton zoo is one of the best and always popular with families. If we fancy something a bit more energetic, we have the beauty of Dartmoor very nearby.

Both the lounge and the bedroom are sunny and overlook the pool. This is good if you want to watch people having fun or even to see when the pool is empty so you can dash down and have the pool to yourselves.
The location with pool, beach, pier, harbour, shops, entertainment, restaurants and pubs all on the doorstep. Some of our previous guests have left the car in the car park all week.
