Cette unité du 7ème étage dispose d'un nouveau canapé-lit ainsi que chaise inclinable dans le salon. Il y a plat de Sceen de dans le salon, ainsi que les deux chambres. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour les repas, preparation. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue imprenable depuis les balcons golfe avant diirect juste à côté de la salle de séjour, ainsi que la chambre principale. Il y a 2 piscines océan avant, une piscine couverte, des courts de tennis, salle de fitness et 2 espaces de griller bien aussi. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club est situé directement sur la plage de sucre blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement cinq miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Vous trouverez des magasins modernes à proximité, les églises, les 10 premiers de golf de classe, et la pêche sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Our stay was nice. Just a couple of suggestions: Need a hook in guest bath to hang bath towel, refrigerator and freezer door need to be fixed so they stay closed all the time. Washing machine is loud.

Perfect for a quick family beach trip.

The property was much bigger than anticipated and was a little confusing trying to find the Condo. The check in process was a little stressful as it was a short window of having to physically appear to get the key. We enjoyed our stay.

Ok place

The location was great. The elevator was broken for the last two days of our stay. We left some food on the stove. When we went back to it a couple hours later there was a cockroach on it. That was the only one we saw.

Great view

View was amazing- exactly what we needed and wanted. Would’ve been nice if there were a few comforts- extra trash bags/ dishwasher tabs/ paper towels- but we managed. Our stay was short so not a huge issue. Overall- excellent and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

Amazing view….old condo

The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few cosmetic issues that could be overlooked because of price but we had to wash our sheets when we got there because they looked gross, when we ran the dishwasher it leaked everywhere and the elevators were busy, slow and broke down a lot. That sucks when your on the 7th floor.

Reviewer Comments: Great view. nice people. had problem with wet floors from a/c and was given extra towels to help. we dried it and had no more problems with a/c. animal droppings in drawers and cabinets. nothing done. 2 burners on stove not working and the two that did work were slanting which made cooking harder.

A little dissappointed!

The property is a little run down. Several appliances in the unit did not work and had to be fixed while we were there. The elevator did not work and the pool was closed for a time while we were there. The unit overall was not bad just multiple things as mentioned above caused issues with the stay. One more issue was the security guard. She was rude, pushy, and highly unprofessional!! We will not be staying at this property again.

Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay with ocean front, private baloneys for the entire building and several access points to the clean beaches. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. I would stay here again and have already referred several people to Coastal Properties.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we have stayed at Sea Side 13 years straight. The elevator had a pleasant smell, grounds and pool were nicely maintained. This is the first time we have stayed in 3702.Room was clean along with bed linens and towels. There are 3 issues we had:1. Second bathroom shower did not work, this is the primary reason we selected 3702 for the second shower, since was advertised with 2 bathroom. I did call on our second day (Tuesday, October 15th) to inform Coastal that the second shower did not work and told them to wait until we left on Saturday, October 20th. For we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on someone to show up to fix the shower. 2. Electrical Outlet on the counter top is missing a cover. This is dangerous and could result in Arc Flash3. Unable to turn off televisions and the television in the Master Bedroom unable to adjust the volume. We have used Coastal Property several times, it would be nice if repeat customers received a discount.

Room was standard. Bathrooms on the smaller side. Tile floors throughout is a plus but seemed dirty. Living room furniture was nice and comfy. Adequate deck chairs. Could be the price for the location…..? Probably end up back in Panama City Beach again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my son and I walked in the condo there was a smell. As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great.
