Cette unitĂ© de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains situĂ©e au troisiĂšme Ă©tage vient d'ĂȘtre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, avec salle de bain privĂ©e et tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 46 pouces. La chambre d'hĂŽtes a un lit Queen et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 32 pouces. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit, de deux fauteuils Ă  bascule, de belles vues sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux du golfe et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 60 pouces. Tous les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs ont un cĂąble HD. Vous pourrez Ă©galement profiter de la vue imprenable depuis les meubles de balcon haut de gamme.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et dispose d'armoires en bois massif, de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Les deux salles de bains ont également du granit avec un plancher en bois dans toute l'unité.

Phoenix II est un établissement non-fumeur comprenant tous les espaces communs et balcons. Les équipements complexes du Phoenix II comprennent une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée située dans la piscine pour enfants Phoenix III, une promenade, une douche extérieure, un kiosque, une aire de grillade, un sauna, un terrain de racquetball intérieur, des courts de tennis, des bains à remous, une salle de remise en forme et un jeu piÚce. We stayed in the Phoenix 2 building at Orange Beach, we did not have hot water on the first day which we realized while trying to bathe two toddlers after the beach. When I called I was told this was a recurring problem with that unit and they had been sending people to fix it, but I would assume if that's the case it's their duty to come up with a permanent solution. Someone did come to fix it and we had hot water for about a day, and then back to cold only.Management said they had to contact the HOA as it was on them to fix, which is an excuse that is not helpful at all. It did not get fixed while we were there, as she said she cannot send someone till the next day. In general the unit was very old, and it seems they are very stingy with maintenance based on others stories.

Great trip

The home was clean, nice and well decorated. It was convenient to everything. The host kept in contact. The plumbing does seem to need clearing out because the water runs slow. I understand not smoking inside, but I don't understand not being able to smoke on the balcony and having to walk the far side of the next building.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was convenient for us on the 3rd floor so easy in and out. Beautiful view of the beach. Mattresses were comfortable. We would highly recommend if your on the fence. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice Getaway but a few negatives.

Pros: The facility is very nice and clean with friendly staff and lots of amenities. It is conveniently located in the center of Orange Beach and all it’s attractions. The unit is newly updated with gorgeous countertops and soft close cabinets. Most appliances are available. We got beautiful sunrise and sunset photos and the beach is easily accessible. The kids loved the swimming pool and game room in the facility. The gated entries throughout the grounds are great for people with kids. We were able to be comfortable without worrying about the kids damaging anything as the unit is mostly kid friendly. Cons: Our check in was delayed without prior notice due to a maintenance issue. They allowed us to check enter despite the issue which didn’t interfere with our stay. There was an issue with the ceiling and some of the items on the wall were falling off (towel rack, faucet cover) but it didn’t disturb us. There was a lot of maintenance going on in other rooms that didn’t allow naps for our littles during the day due to the loud noise. This specific unit is directly above the kiddy pool with a water feature which is loud and runs all day and evening but shut off at night. It did distract from the sounds of the ocean waves. Also, the door in the bedroom is misleading in the photo, it is a nice view but the door doesn’t open and we wanted to listen to waves at night in bed. The door in the living room section does open to a balcony that has a tall bar table and chairs that make a parent nervous due to kids climbing. The chairs are exactly rail height so we had to be extra cautious. You must bring extra blankets if your cold natured and have the AC on. The linens are thin. Prepare to bring extras for kitchen use (spices, coffee filters, etc.) as this just has basic cookware/utensils, no pantry items. The dryer in the unit burnt holes and ruined some of our clothing.
