3 chambres deux salles de bain Ă  pied de Long Beach et Good Harbor Beach

Acheté en octobre 2016, veuillez profiter de notre maison rénovée de 3 chambres, deux salles de bain, il peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes, avec 2) chambres queen size et une chambre avec lits superposés et un lit gigogne. Il y a de la place pour une personne supplémentaire sur notre canapé. Les deux salles de bain complÚtes ont été rénovées, l'une dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et l'autre d'un combo baignoire / douche. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure pour votre usage aprÚs le retour de la plage.
Notre maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert pour la cuisine et le salon, avec puits de lumiÚre. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse avec votre café du matin ou votre dßner et des boissons. Il y a aussi une buanderie hors de la cuisine avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Les équipements supplémentaires incluent deux téléviseurs intelligents de 55 pouces, un dans la chambre et un dans le salon (l'utilisation doit utiliser votre compte Netflix), une Xbox 1 (veuillez apporter vos propres jeux), le WIFI, la télévision par cùble, un grill extérieur et des meubles de patio . Tous les draps et serviettes sont inclus.

Il est à quelques pas de Long Beach de notre maison (moins de 5 minutes) et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de Good Harbor Beach si vous cherchez un changement de décor.
La maison offre Ă©galement de nombreuses places de parking.

Le célÚbre Bear Skin Neck de Rockport, avec toutes les galeries d'art, la nourriture et les magasins dont vous pouvez profiter, est une balade à vélo ou un voyage rapide en voiture au centre-ville (à moins de 5 km).

Pendant les mois d'été, nous louons du samedi au samedi, avec un minimum de 7 nuits.

Our stay was great and allowed us to have a nice place to return to each evening while out at the beach, sightseeing, or spending time with my family (reunion). When a concern arose, the host connected with the property manager to swing by for assistance. The situation was handled and we were able to continue on with the rest of our stay without additional concern.

A few maintenance issues. Blinds in the bedroom that did not work. A towel rack that fell off the wall. An electric outlet that arced. The bunkbed needs work to make it safe. No soap in showers. The layout was great. The location was excellent.

Great location and property

This house is on the Rockport road, walking distance to two beaches. We loved the layout with the bedrooms and baths on the sides, and living/dining/kitchen in the lowered center: master BR/bath on its own side private. The back patio is also very private and nice. Landscaping Five Stars. The visiting wild turkeys pretty cool too.We had a cleanliness issue when we checked in (cleaning crew cutting corners most likely) and contacted the property owner. She was upset and had the issues corrected same afternoon: outstanding response!Thank you.

Great family stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very communicative prior to our arrival, and answered questions quickly along the way. The house was within walking distance of the beach which my kids loved very much! It was clean, plenty of great light and amazing windows to capture the breeze each day. Weekend getaway

The place was wonderful, with a perfect location between Rockport and Gloucester and close to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay there immensely. There are many windows in the house, which was great as there is no air conditioning, but a good few of the screens had holes. Anne was a great host and very communicative.

This property is an ideal location for Long Beach, good harbor beach and Rockport. The outside shower was great for wash off after the beach. Cool shaded and breezy backyard patio area. Nice living space and perfect for a getaway. Loved our time there. Everything was nearby

Perfect location and lots of common space!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this home with my husband, adult children and their partners and it was just as great this time around. It was a short walk to two beautiful beaches. The home is well organized for our family. The combined kitchen, eat-in area, and living room is a great space for a family reunion! And Ann is very helpful and responsive. Hope to be back next year!

Wonderful home

This is a perfect home for a family. The house is spacious and clean. The yard is beautiful and easy parking. The walk to the closest beach is 5 minutes. Ice cream and great pizza right at the corner. Downtown Rockport is minutes away. Downtown Gloucester is about 10 minutes away. Perfect location. Can't wait to stay again

October Salem trip

We stayed here for a weeklong trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a plan of going to Salem, Vermont, and New Hampshire. The house was nice with no issues for us and the kids. The owner was very responsive when I needed to get ahold of them with questions. Everyone in the general area was very nice to out of towners. The local beach was nice along with the local communities.

Great for a family

The setup of the house worked very well for our family with the master bedroom and full bath on one end and a bunk room, queen bedroom, and full bath on the other end. The open living room, dining, and kitchen area made entertaining easy. The house had plenty of linens, towels, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The best part was that it was a short walk to the beautiful Lond Beach. We has great weather and lots of fun in the sun and ocean.

Family Beach Vacation

Perfect family beach vacation home. Walkable to our favorite beach (Good Harbor). Lots of space and fresh air. We were fortunate to enjoy perfect weather. However, if hot and humid, without a/c the home may have been uncomfortable. Short walk to beach but no side walks on the main road was a bit concerning. We managed with shuttling and to and from beach with driver parking on site and walking back to beach. We had a fabulous time.

Perfect space and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. The space was perfect for our family. My husband & I and our three adult daughters & their partners found the bedrooms very comfortable. The open concept kitchen/living room/dining room was perfect for visiting and relaxing together. We were able to walk to both Long Beach and Good Harbor. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and eating outside. The house and the yard were even nicer than the in the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful place to have our vacation!

I love Gloucester. The beaches, the fishing, the local shops and miost especialy the people.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house, set back from the road, is secluded from surrounding properties in the back by a large rock wall, and a privacy hedge in front. My children love climbing here, and it offers privacy while you are using the yard. I love tho, that the house is so centrally located that you can just walk to the beach, or drive to the shops.
