Bel appartement, bien situé. Tres bien équipé. Seul bemol, le plancher etait poussiereux mais dans l'ensemble, bien entretenu. Literie confortable. Tres beau séjour !

Good location. Poor housekeeping. No (zero) toilet paper. Well equipped kitchen but oven did not work. Could not get washing machine to work. Host was polite but couldn’t fix our problems. Overall could be much nicer with a little attention.

The location was great and the size of the apartment as well was nice. It was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. We had issues using the oven, maybe instructions need to be left. This has been mentioned but the bathroom door not shutting fully makes it a bit awkward if you have multiple people staying. The bedding could be updated.

La struttura Ăš certamente da ristrutturare: pareti, arredi, porta del bagno. La posizione Ăš comoda vicino alla fermata Sant'ambroise della,metro e anche del bus: ci sono locali, negozi, farmacia, Ăš una zona ben servita. PerĂČ la struttura Ăš fatiscente. Ci si adatta ma si puo migliorare con pochi accorgimenti.

Cédric et Céline sont trÚs disponible et réactif aux message. Le logement est conforme à la description et il est située dans un quartier calme avec la ligne 3 à quelques minutes à pied, nous permettant de visiter plein d'endroit. Il est trÚs bien équipés.

Inexpensive for a reason
 it doesn’t include sleep.

We were here 5 long nights. There is no air conditioning nor fans. It is a very lively neighborhood and neighbors partied every night until dawn. If windows are closed, the heat is stifling. If windows are open, the noise and cigarette smoke is overwhelming. We got better sleep on the subway. The owner is responsive but based on the threatening pre-arrival email, he is used to hosting thugs for guests. The apartment feels like a student’s apartment with a few nice appliances. Washer is a blessing and microwave is powerful. Place is cheap and close to metro and cafes. The walls need repair and paint and the food in the cupboard is reaching historic status. There’s an open box of matzoh in the living room cupboard?l Emergency rations or bad housekeeping? Writing this review with less than two hours sleep for past 3 nights. It is hard to be positive when you’ve been staring at a dirty wall for hours waiting for people to shut the heck up..

Appartamento

La posizione Ăš ottima, metro a due passi, carrefur vicino e nel contesto l'appartamento per quello che si deve fare ,va bene. Il problema che abbiamo notato appena siamo arrivati (ore 23) Ăš stata la puluzia,polvere ovunque,la biancheria e le stoviglie.I lenzuoli pieni di capelli, i piumoni puzzavano ed erano rotti, forse asciugati male? Abbiamo dovuto cambuare tutti i letti. Sono andato a comprare il caffĂš perchĂš avevo visto la caffettiera ma al momento di aprirla dentro c'era la muffa.Siamo stati una settimana e praticamente non abbiamo mai cenato in casa. Dovrebbe essere fatto un controllo piĂč accurato quando arrivano le persone perchĂš ci dicono di stare attenti a non rompere niente e poi troviamo tutto come ho descritto.

Disappointing stay

Positives: Location since there is a metro station really close and a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. It was also safe as there are three locked doors to get through to enter the apartment. Negatives: As soon as you entered the apartment it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The towels and bed sheets smelled even stronger of cigarettes. Set some time aside to do laundry because after one wash the smell is magically gone (almost like it was never washed in the first place or the cleaners chain smoked while cleaning). There was also a layer of dust on everything. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. Additionally there was a giant gash in the mattress so I would sink into it while sleeping. Don’t expect any actual help from the hosts. Instead you will find excuses and disbelief at your concerns. We personally felt as though we were accused of lying. A final resolution was never met as the host claimed to be away dealing with a family matter. We’re trying to be understanding but at this point we have been checked out for a week when they said they would get back to us that weekend. Do not expect any help.

Wonderful Location!

Our hosts were lovely and very responsive. It was very simple but exactly what we needed for our week trip. Bed was comfortable, clean, and the location was perfect being 5 mins or less from major train lines.

Sabbatical in Paris

I was staying in Paris for a research trip. This was an excellent spot for that. Easy to walk to metros as well as the Marais and Rue de Rivoli. Many good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, especially right across the street at Limon. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Over all we had a good stay with fast communication between host. There was a leak upon arrival in the kitchen and the bathroom door was hard to close. Despite a very late arrive host responded quickly. If looking for a place to stay at a good price would recommend.

Fit our needs perfectly

Stayed a little over a week with my 2 adult sons. Very comfortable, cozy place and in a convenient neighborhood with great bakery and grocery stores nearby. Easy 3-minute walk to St. Ambroise Metro station (line 9), making it very simple to go anywhere in the city. CĂ©dric and CĂ©line were very helpful and answered all my questions. Easy check-in with clear instructions.

L’appartamento andrebbe sistemato perchĂ© in alcuni aspetti Ăš trascurato. Buono per 2 persone piccola e comoda, 4 persone stanno strette. Attrezzata di stoviglie, tovaglie e lenzuola. Lontana dal centro ma la metro Ăš a due passi. Nell’insieme una bella vacanza. L’host molto disponibili

It was a little hard to find but after a while it would get better the bathroom is rather small and finding out how to use the heater was difficult, also the wifi went out when I needed it most but overall it was ok

Buon rapporto qualitĂ -prezzo

La casa Ăš abbastanza centrale, i mezzi pubblici sono vicini e collegano con ogni punto della cittĂ  anche senza cambi. La casa Ăš molto profumata ma l’impressione entrando Ăš un po’ diversa dalle foto. Sembra piĂč vecchia e un po’ trascurata. PerĂČ la cucina Ăš perfettamente funzionante, la casa Ăš sufficientemente calda ed Ăš dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili anche a soggiorni piĂč lunghi.
