SituĂ©e sur un terrain de plus de 3 hectares, partagĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire, cette maison d’hĂŽtes de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est un lieu de sĂ©jour idĂ©al pour les familles souhaitant ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© des activitĂ©s de Sun Valley, mais loin de l’agitation de la ville. Cette location rĂ©cemment remodelĂ©e de Mid Valley se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la riviĂšre Big Wood / de la pĂȘche et de la piste cyclable, en face du parcours de golf de Valley Club, Ă  5 km de Hailey et Ă  13 km de Bald Mountain.

Les installations comprennent une nouvelle cuisine bien équipée avec cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes et petit réfrigérateur. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des articles de base pour le garde-manger, des produits en papier, des récipients de stockage, etc. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la maison d'hÎtes.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec une literie de haute qualitĂ© et une salle de bain privĂ©e entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e. Chambre a un lit queen avec la mĂȘme literie de haute qualitĂ© et salle de bains avec douche. Les deux salles de bains ont beaucoup de serviettes douces! Et toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond pour maintenir la tempĂ©rature confortable.

Salon confortable sĂ©parĂ© avec TV / cĂąble, wifi et lecteur DVD. Nous avons aussi beaucoup de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©! Il y a de belles vues ensoleillĂ©es sur les montagnes, l'observation frĂ©quente des wapitis, des renards et des orignaux. Nous offrons une grande allĂ©e, barbecue, garage 1 voiture (principalement pour stocker des objets). Venez Ă  la maison principale pour voir nos poules et mĂȘme nous aider Ă  ramasser des Ɠufs!

En hiver, les pistes de ski publiques et les pistes BCRD sont accessibles à pied. Bald Mountain est une route étroite. Il y a 2 vélos à votre disposition et d'excellents sentiers de randonnée à proximité.

Great, clean location that fit my family just right. The guest house felt just like being at home. Jen provided great recommendations for places to go for skiing and to eat. Will be looking to stay here again when we come back for a weekend away.

Our experience at the guest house was wonderful. It was clean, well organized and had plenty of space. There are plenty of amenities like coffee/tea, bathroom products, extra blankets, even bikes to explore the trails. We felt right at home. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Hailey or Ketchum. Jen was a responsive host and gave us great suggestions for dining and hiking. We highly recommend this place.

Nice property in a scenic area between the two towns with easy access to either.. house was clean and open when we arrived. The owner was easy to communicate with but had no issues to speak of.. will use this property again if available next time..

Wonderful Guest House!

We had a great time staying at Jen’s guest house. It was comfortable and clean! It is also in a great location and was easy to get to. Jen is also a great host and checked in frequently. We will definitely be recommending her place to others!

Lovely place to stay!

Our stay was fantastic! Jen's place was like being at home! The cottage was comfortable, stocked with all you need and offered some special touches from our host. The location was perfect for us as you could get to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and other locations with a short drive! Our visit to the area was overall perfect! We'd definitely stay here again!

Family wedding in Idaho

The property owner Jen, was awesome! She even called before we came, knowing that my elderly mother would be staying with us; to alert us of the air quality due to the forest fires. She even offered to refund our money without me even asking. This wasn't an issue during our stay however. It was like staying in a friend's guest house. She texted me when an elk was in her yard and even sent me a picture. We had the pleasure of seeing a male elk, female and their two young ones, that early morning and my husband got some great pictures, so beautiful! Great location to many fun activities, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Thank you Jen.

Perfecto

The place was absolutely perfect. The location was convenient for both biking and hiking. The paved bike path (20 miles) was w/in 1/4 mile. The layout and decor was modern and very tasteful. Communication with host was impeccable and immediate. The eggs from her chickens (left in the fridge was a pleasant and delicious surprise). It was an awesome stay.

Great Option for the Wood River Valley

So glad we picked this place for our trip. It was super close to Ketchum and all the things we wanted to. The property was very clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. Check in/out was a breeze and Jen was helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Cute, comfortable and CLEAN

The house and surroundings were just lovely and so thoughtfully maintained. Had everything we needed for a home base for our hiking adventures, and the host was extremely gracious and responsive while still allowing us plenty of privacy. We especially appreciated the large master bath with 2 sinks and all the large windows with screens. I’m going to miss sleeping with open windows!

Beautiful cottage with all the comforts of home

Our family had the perfect stay in this cottage. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable with all the modern amenities. The cottage was well stock with the basic staples, the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location was perfect, set between Hailey and Ketchum. Our host, Jen, was very attentive and was there for us if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this home.

Great Location - Cozy Home!

We loved this little cabin / mother-in-law unit. Great value with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice little living room, great dining room, and great amenities. A couple of caveats that didn't bother us, but might others... 1 - The main mattress is quite hard - we didn't use the other one. It's definitely on the very firm side of the scale. 2 - Water Pressure is pretty low in the unit overall. Didn't bother us, but some folks might find it annoying. The guest bathroom is better than the master for showering. 3 - There is no hot tub for the unit. It said it had one, but the Host said it was a mistake and we're the only people who mentioned it. Not a big deal for us as they have a large bathtub in the master! The Host said they'd make sure that was corrected on the listing. Again, didn't bother us. The above didn't affect our love for our stay. Some big positives... 1 - The Host is very responsive and friendly. Great folks who take pride in their unit and your comfort. 2 - The laundry units are great. Work really really well compared to a lot of other places we've stayed. 3 - We loved the location. A few miles from Hailey, and a few miles to Ketchum. Perfectly located. 4 - The squirrels were fun to watch, and apparently we just missed seeing the elk herd when we left the final morning. Lots of wild life in this beautiful neighborhood. Overall we loved this little place and will stay there again! Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Nice to be here again.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful guest house. The house is clean, the linens and bed feel luxurious and the location is ideal. Jennifer is s great host and is invested in offering a comfortable stay for guests. If we return to Hailey we would rent for a third time.

Private and quiet outside Hailey

We have stayed at this wonderful cottage several times and always enjoy the experience. It is very clean, comfortable, private and hosted by the wonderful Jen (owner). It is a short drive to either Hailey or Ketchum for all your needs.

Fantastic Experience

I definitely recommend this stay! The Silva family has an amazing gem of a getaway, perfectly located between Ketchum and Hailey. The unit has the perfect amount of privacy and was extremely well-taken care of and clean. We enjoyed a fully functional kitchen with a lot of common space to spend time together. Thanks!

Our property is special as it is situated on 3 acres of land with sunny, unobstructed views of mountains. While we do live on the property it is very private. We are here to assist and help you during your stay as your private concierge if needed! You can walk to the river to fish, drive a few minutes to the ski lifts or skating rink. We have plenty of parking and two bikes to ride along the path or even around the neighborhood.
