We had a truly amazing time in a villa thats pictures do very little justice. Wonderful location, well-kitted out, beautiful pool area and swimming platform (recommend water shoes) and great support throughout. Massive thank you to Martina and Nina for making our stay so special.

Wife and I stayed here for a recent trip to Brač . Location was perfect, host was extremely attentive and responsive/accommodating. Martina took care of everything we needed. We were originally on the fence but I can't say enough amazing things about this place and we are ecstatic with our pick. Can't wait to go back, thanks so much, Nina and Kym !!!

Comfortable house in an amazing location!

We spent a lovely five days and nights here. The house has many indoor and outdoor spaces to comfortably relax both together and apart from other family members, and it's a short walk to the beautiful bay where we swam every day from a private platform. The pool is small but great for a dip after coming up from the bay. Martina was always prompt with responses, providing everything from a replacement umbrella to boat tour and restaurant recommendations. Should we find ourselves in Croatia again, we'd come right back here!

Perfect villa stay in exclusive bay on Brač!

If you book Nina and Robert’s villa, you will not be disappointed! Perfect location (away from busier tourist spots), impeccable communication before, during and after booking. The villa and grounds are far bigger than you can imagine. The bay is perfect and the neighbours genuinely lovely. Martina looked after us before and during our stay. She is such an asset to Nina and Robert. We can’t thank her enough.

Dalmatian Paradise

I was a little hesitant to choose this property because it seemed too good to be true. I thought there must be some catch. But the descriptions are quite accurate - the house is lovely and home-like, the location secluded and private, and the setting perfect. Everything you need -- a full kitchen and several fridges, a pool, close to the sea, lots of books and games, beautiful patio settings - to enjoy a group vaca indoors and out. The nearby village has a charming array of restaurants, and there are many activities to pursue. I would suggest having a rental car to get around to some other parts of the island.

A Dalmatian Getaway to Remember

We have long wanted to visit Croatia with our kids and due to COVID were at least a few years delayed on this goal. Finally this year we booked a trip together with another family, making us a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 boys, ranging from 6-12). We were looking for not only a relaxing vacation villa, but something with enough excitement for the range of personalities in our group. From the moment we booked this property to when we arrived, the communication from our host Nina was stellar, including a few inquiries we had about not only the property but things to do in the area. We also were introduced to Martina who looks after the house and acted as our concierge on everything from activities to dinner reservations while we stayed over. The property is a stunning villa with lush gardens, a lovely pool and three floors with bedrooms on each (5 in total). It also has several different areas indoors and out for gatherings either together or with smaller groups. Outside you will find a beautiful sun area around the pool, a dining area, a balcony with a Duboka Bay view and plenty of space for lounging, eating or enjoying company. The villa is extremely well stocked with everything you would need during a stay, including multiple kitchen areas, refrigerators, utensils and cooking items, even an outdoor wood stove! We found the space more than ample for our group of 8 and could be together or find privacy whenever we wanted it. The bay itself is a short walk down the hill and has stunning clear water with a sun/swim platform and ladder to get in and out of the water. We even had a private boat pick us up from the platform for a day trip to Hvar and other nearby islands. Overall, we had a wonderful stay all around at this villa and found both relaxation and adventure right out the front door whenever we wanted it. Thank you to Nina, Robert and Martina for making our Croation vacation the memory of a lifetime!

Wonderful house, great location and really nice people.

Our stay in this villa was a perfect experience. The rooms are plenty, the interior design is cozy and everything is spotless clean. The garden has lots of nice spaces and beautiful plateaus surrounded by plants and flowers. The pool is perfect for all day fun and relaxation and if you need some recreation you can walk a few steps to the most stunning bay with picture perfect turquoise water. In other words - We can fully recommend this wonderful villa.

Me and my family loved our stay at the villa. It is a perfect place for your summer vacation. Beautiful location with a great house to match. With the pool, luscious landscaping and outdoor dining you will want to spend all of your time outside. Ein Traum in besonderen Zeiten

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Duboka Bay. 4 Erw, 2 Jugendliche, 2 Kids - alle hatten ihren Spaß. Das Haus war super, groß, geräumig, alles da. Draußen rund ums Haus Sitzecken, für jede Tageszeit ein Plätzchen. Und ein schöner Grillplatz. Klimaanlage im EG und 1. Stock, im 2. Stock aber nicht. Aber den 2. Stock haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Bucht ist sehr schön, in 3 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. SUPs, Kajak - alles da. Wenig los in der Bucht, wohl auch wegen Corona. Und wir hatten für alle Fragen eine ständige Ansprechpartnerin, die alles gemacht, organisiert hat. Von Tipps für Restaurants bis zu Taxi. Luxus! In Summe: alles super! Gerne wieder!

What a gem!

Just returned from an amazing week in Duboka Bay. Firstly, communication from the very start was brilliant. Both Nina and Martina responded to emails promptly and answered all our many questions! We decided to get to Brac on the ferry. The taxi meet us at Split airport, straight on to 50 minute ferry, then taxi (via Lidl in Supetar) to the villa. Martina was there to meet us and showed us around the lovely villa, which feels more like a home. She gave us lots of info on the area, transport, food etc and was on hand for the whole time to help with anything. Always friendly, always efficient. It felt like having a local friend that you could just text with silly questions! The villa is very spacious and spread over 3 floors (lots of stairs!) The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we found everything we needed as we ate in a lot. Everything is spotless and the towels provided were lovely and plentiful. The pool area is lovely although we spent very little time there as the AMAZING sea is a stones throw away! We loved the swimming platform, which is quite large compared to others around, with enough room for all 8 of us. The water is incredible and the bay itself is quiet, breathtaking and unique. We spent hours in the water using the paddle board and kayak that belong to the villa. We also hired a double kayak, arranged by Martina. It wasn’t cheap, but worth it as there is exploring to be done! I would say that getting in and out of the water would be a bit tricky for young kids or anyone with limited mobility, but I know Nina is looking into possibly getting a ladder. We ate all our meals on the outdoor table, which is shady and cool when it’s hot! We didn’t hire a car, but Martina arranged for taxis whenever we need to into Milna (10 min drive and about £12.50 each way) to buy supplies, have a stroll and an ice cream or have a meal. Milna is quiet, lots of amazing boats and a chilled vibe. There are small grocery stores, great bakery and we managed to get all we needed. There is no air con in the villa and we did get hot. The fans provided as a God send. Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitos around this summer, which I believe is unusual, so we couldn’t really open up windows etc, but that’s just one of those things. It certainly didn’t stop us having the most wonderful time and I think we are all spoilt for life! A boat trip is a must! We hired a private boat that picked us up from the villa. It’s all so stunning. Recommend highly.

Sehr Besonderes mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus und Anwesen

Wir möchten uns sehr für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken, den wir mit der ganzen Familie mit mehreren Generationen, Opa, Kindern, Enkelkindern gemeinsam verbringen konnten. Es ist noch großzügiger als die Bilder das darstellen können. Wir hatten mit 9 Personen enorm viel Platz im Haus. Unsere Betreuung, Martina, hat uns toll empfangen und uns während des gesamten Urlaubes gut beraten. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir konnten mit vielen Personen gut kochen. Es ist aufgrund der Geräumigkeit möglich sich an unterschiedlichen Stellen im Haus zurückzuziehen. Es ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Der große Tisch im Garten ist super, um auch mit vielen Personen gemeinsam zu essen. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen, uns einen Abend bekochen zu lassen. Tolles Essen und toller Abend! Die Bucht in der das Haus liegt ist das Highlight. Das Wasser ist türkis und glasklar. Man hätte studenlang im Wasser bleiben können. Das erst Mal, dass ich mehrere lebende Seesterne beim Schnorcheln gesehen haben. Mit dem Kajak und Standuppaddel waren unsere Teenager ständig unterwegs. Mit dem Fahrrad nach Milna und direkt im Hafen einen Kaffee genießen, ist in wenigen Minuten möglich. Rundum gibt es nichts, was uns gefehlt hätte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir genießen es, die Natur um uns zu haben und trotzdem auch im naheliegenden Milna etwas essen und trinken gehen zu können. Das Haus lebt vom Solarstrom, was wir sehr positiv finden, einziger Wermutstropfen ist bei heißen Temperaturen, die daher fehlende Klimaanlage - was sich aber auch in Kürze ändern soll. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und die gute Betreuung!

Stunning villa, views and scenery

We have just returned from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa. As a party of 6 - us, our 2 adult children and their partners, we were all blown away from the moment we arrived. Martina, the super efficient and friendly house manager, arranged for a water taxi for our journey from Split airport direct to villa. I can’t recommend this enough. It was super efficient, fast and worth every penny seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces as we accelerated away from the harbour across the turquoise sea towards Brac. The villa had absolutely everything we could ask for and more. It is luxurious and homely at the same time, with more than enough space for all of us. The outdoor living space is lovely and we enjoyed cooking on the outdoor bbq/fire. Duboka bay itself is stunning. Peaceful, crystal clear water and so blue it looked photoshopped! We spent some of everyday swimming from the swimming platform and generally relaxing. Martina, house Manager, effortlessly and without any fuss arranged taxis for us and a days boat hire with skipper to view the local islands - a definite must thing to do. We chose not to hire a car, but instead used the house bikes to get around. This is doable if you are reasonably fit, (I’m 54 and don’t often ride a bike and managed!). We shopped daily for food, and whilst we managed, you may find a car more convenient and would open up a wider variety of food and shops to visit. Again, Martina could have arranged for a hire car to be delivered to the house if we so wished. We all returned home feeling thoroughly spoilt with a desire to turn to this beautiful part of the world to explore some more.

Beautiful villa in Brač

Thank you so much Nina and Robert for a fantastic week in your amazing villa. We were a group of 8 friends and the villa was perfect with plenty of space for all of us. The swimming platform was absolutely stunning and we spent most of our days here. Next time we return it will be for a longer stay and we will explore more of Brač! A Relaxed Retreat with Amazing Views

Two families with 5 teenagers thoroughly enjoyed a week-long stay at this lovely villa perched on the southwestern edge of Brac overlooking a crystal clear, blue bay. Nina greeted us warmly and showed us the house. We had local honey, jam, and olive oil waiting for us. We also took advantage of Brac's local wine production and had Nina provide some local wines for us to enjoy while sitting out on the veranda overlooking the bay at night. The house had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is well-appointed and we used it to cook many meals for very hungry teenagers. There is an traditional outdoor oven/grill and we enjoyed a traditional feast cooked by a local chef arranged through our hosts. The bay is lovely with clear and calm waters. We enjoyed many hours in the bay on paddle boards and the kayak or just swimming. Nina arranged a day-long boat trip around Hvar and the Pakleni Islands that was a highlight of the trip. The house is conveniently located a short drive to Milna so that it is easy to pick up groceries, fresh bread or just go to town for a meal. Brac is a lovely island with many interesting towns to explore. We were very sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic house and hosts

(Note: calendar didn't let me put in our actual vacation date) Our family of 5 (mom, dad and 3 kids) stayed for a week in June 2015. Nina and Robert could not have been more wonderful hosts. They connected us with all sorts of local activities and we all went on an overnight sailing trip with Robert as captain. Robert was incredibly generous and took loads of photos of our kids so we could just enjoy the experience. The house was more than ample for our needs. Absolutely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking ourselves and then having a local cook and her family cook for us (amazing!). The pool was a huge hit. We spent alot of time sitting by the water and kayaking as well. Overall a wonderful Croatian holiday. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants both a little adventure and a little pampering on their vacation. Thank you Robert and Nina!

beautiful home, relaxing holiday

an oasis of calm and tranquility, set a mile from the main town. A beautifully presented home with every convenience provided as well as a lovely (but chilly!) pool and a stones throw to the sea. I highly recommend a visit, thanks Nina for a super holiday

Amazing Croatian Experience

Nina and Robert's property is incredible. It sits right on Duboka Bay and offered everything we could have imagined. Considering I, nor anyone I have traveled with have ever been to Croatia, Nina and Robert catered to our every needs and helped us plan and absolutely memorable travel experience. We would definitely recommend their services. I promise you will not regret a single thing.

Best wine tour and holiday we have had

Our wine group travels every year to a different country to experience the wine & culture. This year we were 3 couples, all in our 50s. Our wine tour to Croatia was truly the best trip we have had. We stayed at the villa in Duboka Bay for 10 days and took wine tours on 4 days - on Brac island, Hvar island, Peljesac Peninsula and a wine dinner in Split. The sailing to Hvar and Split for our wine tours was the coup de grace. Everything Adriatic Experience did for us, from planning our tours to our arrival by boat and the attention to detail on the organization was amazing. We got to see so many wineries, which were all very different and had great wines we had never even heard of before. Adriatic Experience clearly knows their wines & their groups - they tailored the entire vacation to us. And the food, especially from Maggie at Senjkovic winery, the dinner at Paradigma and the wine & food pairing at St. Hills allowed us to taste new Dalmatian cuisine. We also had an amazing traditional "peak' dinner at the villa. Nina picked the wines and Jerko outdid himself and was very nice about showing us how he prepared the traditional dishes. The seafood risotto was one the of best I have ever had - he shopped at the large Split fish market for fresh shell fish. Our "down" days in the villa were relaxing and wonderful to bask in the sun and the sea in the bay is unbelievable - such clear water, you can see 100 feet deep. And the villa is designed well for allowing privacy and plenty of places to gather together. Each couple took their own floor. We had the attic suite, which was perfect for us - plenty of room and spectacular view over the bay. Finally the wines Nina picked for the house were such a treat - we got to taste a lot of wines from all over Croatia, not just the wineries on the tour. We will be back with more from our wine club. Next time we are going to try a wine sail. We recommend Adriatic Experience for any type of vacation you want - they listen well and designed a great experience. We really had no complaints, except that next time we might stay longer because we did a lot in just 10 days. After being in Duboka Bay I think we would have liked to spend more time there, especially since we could cook ourselves (the villa is very well equipped) and always have Jerko come when we wanted a treat. Fabulous Croatian adventure

Thank you for a great vacation in Croatia. The villa was just what we had imagined - pretty, very close to the sea and we could not get over the view. The pool was small, but the kids loved it - they are still talking about their vacation on Brac and would come back every year if we could. We want to especially thank you for all the arrangements - the boat taxi from the airport was one of the highlights of our trip - we loved it. Our welcome supper was also very much appreciated, that and the grocery shopping before we arrived made the first few days relaxing after a long trip from the US. But the day sailing was truly amazing, Robert was really great with letting kids sail and arranging for the wine tasting at Dubokovic winery. We are still enjoying the wine we took home! We will be recommending your villas to all our friends - Croatia is getting to be very popular here in California. Family from San Francisco

Memorable and fun family holiday

Beautiful location and villa

Duboka Bay is beautiful and private and our villa was perfect. The water is clear and warm, the swimming is great and there were very few people, so it was really quiet. The villa has lots of room and different areas for everyone on every floor (there were 8 of us). The kids loved the attic suite and found books and games to while away the time. The owners have furnished the villa with a lot of their own things, so it felt homey and comfortable and was very well equipped. Our friends are coming with us next year.
