La villa dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Trois chambres sont grandes et ont des lits king size tandis que la quatrième chambre est plus petite et a un lit superposé (twin sur un lit double). La maison a une salle à manger extérieure couverte avec barbecue, piscine à débordement et gazebo avec des couchers de soleil incroyables vers l'île de Vis. La villa est orientée plein sud avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La propriété dispose d'un jardin méditerranéen soigné avec un grand nombre de plantes et d'herbes locales.

This was the perfect house. Beautiful views including sunset, 5 min from town by Taxi ( suggest you rent car ). House is really well built with all the details. recommend highly!

Better than the photos

This property is well appointed and simply beautiful. The pool is impeccable and refreshing. We spent a lot of time outdoors and enjoyed barbecue on the patio. The house is close to town but just far enough away to be quiet. We would love to come back.

Amazing Villa walking distance to Hvar town!

We had an amazing 3 nights at this beautiful Villa walking distance to Hvar town. Our family of 9 enjoyed amazing sunsets, relaxation by the pool, BBQ dinners and fun! A perfect home base to chill at after excursions on HVAR. We want to come back someday! HVAR town is a special gem. Rent a private boat for a day and explore the other islands and coves. We also did and Ebike adventure which was fun. We rented a car to cruise around the island It’s magical!

Luxury at its finest!!

Luxurious villa with spectacular pool, views and location. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and space for many more. Hired a chef in one night to cook for us in the outdoor kitchen - wonderful personal Croatian meal. East walk or taxi ride to town. Walk to beach - short walk - quite steep and rocky - but we’ll worth the gorgeous beach and cafes. A little slice of heaven!!

Perfect House in the Perfect Place!

We have traveled to many places and stayed in HomeAway houses all over Europe. This house is as advertised and better even than the pictures and description. Two families, totaling nine people stayed for a week. We had plenty of room. Modern ammenities, spectacular pool, expansive sea views, walking distance to the town. We made amazing memories here and I am so glad that our family stayed in this villa. The owner was also very helpful with local recommendations and was always available with questions. Hvar is spectacular and so is this house. I highly recommend it.

1 semaine paradisiaque à Hvar

Nous avons loué la villa Pelagos de Mario Bebec à Hvar pendant une semaine. Nous étions 8 (2 failles de 4 pers) et avons passé un séjour formidable dans ce petit coin de paradis ! La vue et la maison sont magnifiques. La maison est décorée avec des matériaux de qualité qui ne donne pas le sentiment d'être en location. Elle est en outre extrêmement fonctionnelle et bien agencée avec tout le confort nécessaire ( electro ménager, barbecue, sono, climatisation etc) correspondant à un standing haut de gamme. Mario est un hôte charmant et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Il a été extrêmement réactif les quelques fois où nous avons eu une question. Quelques maisons en construction autour de la propriété mais non dérangeantes car situées plutôt à l'arrière de la maison. Bref, je recommande avec enthousiasme cette maison et cette destination !

A beautiful villa

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The garden and pool in particular were lovely. Both Mario and Boris were very helpful and gave us some great information on the area. A lovely holiday!

Amazing villa with stunning views!

Villa Pelagos was one for the books! Mario's villa is absolutely stunning and they thought of everything when building this place. I stayed with 2 other couples and it was very spacious. The bathrooms are beautiful, especially the one upstairs with the best view. Speaking of views, the views from this villa were spectacular. If you stay here, be sure to stay for the sunsets! The villa is only about a 5-10 min drive from the city centre. We walked it one day but would recommend getting a number for a taxi - Mario has all the recos. Overall, the villa is amazing and I would highly recommend this villa for your stay in HVAR.

Amazing location and house

Perfect stay for a family or three couples . Mario was great and the location and views from the house couldn’t be better . It is truly set up for a family or group gathering with the outside areas .. touches like a outdoor cooking area makes the difference . Don’t hesitate to book this house .

LOVED everything!

My family (2 kids and 2 adults) and our friends' family (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed here a few weeks ago and just adored this home--everything was so wonderful. If there was anything missing that we needed, they were on it right away and delivered the items to us within hours. The pool was amazing, the outdoor dining area fabulous and the cabana so wonderful as well. We couldn't say anything more positive about our stay here--THANK YOU for making our vacation so wonderful!

Amazing villa with incredible views of the Adriatic

Amazing villa. Rooms are spacious - the outside is true to the photos -- sweeping views of the Adriatic, infinity pool, outdoor bbq, dining area, bar, and a separate lounge area. We loved it and hope to be back someday. We used the private chef Mario recommended -- Yvan & Alexandre -- and had a great dinner on our first night.

Stunning Villa in breath taking Mediterranean ambiance

We had an opportunity to stay in Mario's villa in late August 2016. The occasion was to have a home base away from home for our daughter's wedding. What a jewel! All of our guests from Canada were impressed by the way it was architecturally set as well as the quiet location with amazing views. For us it was even more important to have such a representative home base to host the wedding in country of our origin. Thank you Mario!

Excellent Stay

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Mario's villa in Hvar! The backyard is a dream and exactly what you need for a relaxing vacation. Mario was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. He helped us arrange for a private chef which was truly a treat and one of our most memorable meals in Croatia. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and each has a beautiful view. You won't want to leave!!

Most probably the best villa on Hvar..

We stayed in villa Pelagos with a group of 7 in early September 2016 and our stay was most enjoyable. The villa is great, has all amenities, superb location and view and as extra bonus; Mario is a great and very helpful host. We highly recommend a stay in villa Pelagos. You won't be dissappointed!

Spectacular Vacation

Once you have stayed in this pool villa you really don't want to stay anywhere else! You have all the peace in the world and are just two minutes by taxi from the main square in Hvar Town. I have encountered some truly stunning villas with pools, many with unbelievable views but they have not offered so many little gems as this villa in Hvar town. The views from the infinity swimming pool are breathtaking. Looking at the island of Vis exudes a sense of style and sophistication with a large richly decorated living and dinning area making them perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are very large and all have a sea view from the bed. You just feel the great energy inside. The garden is full of mediterranean fragrances. The ambient temperature was so comfortable we didn't even bother with the air conditioning most of the time, even though it was a fairly hot time of year in Hvar. Amazing, wonderful, fun, incredible, entertaining, friendly, interesting, luxurious, impeccable, beautiful, spacious, different, comfortable, exciting, relaxing.........Are you getting the gist of it yet?

Perfect house for our holiday!

I cannot speak more highly about my experience at Mario's villa! It was an absolute dream. Aside from the house being perfect, Mario went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time in Hvar -- everything from providing us with recommendations for restaurants/bars, to beaches, to boat rentals, to transfers from the airport. The facilities were brand new and the house was very well maintained. We enjoyed staying at the house to relax by the pool and bbq -- but also found it so convenient to go into town (less than a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend Mario's villa and hope I can go back next summer!

BEST HVAR OPTION

Amazing Villa just outside town, but close from it. Can go walking better by scooter. The property is as seen on the pictures, an amazing Vila that you wont find around Hvar. Great pool and all nice and of the highest quality. Add to this that the host is a friendly, great communicative person and you will know that if your chooose this property you won't regret it. Best option in Hvar for sure. Hope you are lucky as I've been to stay here. Thanks Mario for everything.

The proximity to the town of Hvar and serenity of its micro location was a magnet for me.

Besides the views the micro location has a unique sea breeze. Since the the walls are thick and well insulated I never turn the A/C on. Sometimes I never wish to leave the villa and pool until night falls and Hvar town embraces me.
