Penthouse de luxe avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec cuisine entièrement équipée et climatisation dans le salon et les chambres. Il y a une très grande terrasse sur le toit offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la mer.
Il y a 3 piscines dans le complexe avec un bar et un café à côté de celui du centre qui propose également une connexion Wi-Fi commune gratuite.

Sur la station de Villa Sol, il y a un certain nombre d'installations, y compris un pub qui fait de la nourriture, un bon restaurant, un café et un bar à tapas. La Vila Sol Golf Club House est d'env. à un kilomètre situé à côté de l'hôtel 5 étoiles.

Ideal Family Getaway in a Beautiful Apartment

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at this apartment. The place was lovely—clean, modern, and well-furnished. The complex itself was fantastic, offering great amenities that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities, making it ideal for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend.

Roof top apartment

Firstly before reading this review I want to state that We were very very happy with the apartment and would definitely stay again… However we encountered difficulties with the lift being off for 6 days out of 7 this was due to water in the lift from the external painting that was being done. This is not a reflection on the the owners or that of VRBO as apartment is lovely and to a high standard but when you have someone disabled in the party and you are on the 4th floor maybe people might want to consider if unfortunate circumstances happen and lift can’t be fixed ..The person in our party has minimum use of his leg and is cancer sufferer and therefore found stairs difficult to contend with therefore he had to stay in a couple of days as he couldn’t manage the stairs ! We have stayed in villa sol multiple times and never encountered lift being broken so this comment is to highlight how important maintenance is especially if there’s no other access .. Not great having to get all our suitcases down the stairs either when we left but once again communication with Agency was good but it was such a shame this happened putting a dampener on our holiday as he could come out on some days !

Disappointing stay at an apartment not to the quality and standards of a luxury penthouse apartment

We stayed at this apartment in September 2020 and were very disappointed with the overall appearance and condition. We DID raise concern when the agent showed us round. the large amount of bird poo was on both the balconies and stairs. We were told the apartment had been cleaned at 8am that morning and the poo was something unavoidable! In our opinion it had been there for several months perhaps pre covid. We have stayed at Villa Sol several times before in different apartments and never had any problem with bird poo like this before. We came to relax and enjoy the sun. It soon became apparent to us that the general condition of the sofa and chairs were very badly stained. (we did not sit on them we used the small chairs from the bedroom to sit on in the lounge area) also the cushions for the outside chairs were in very poor condition again we felt they were too stained to sit on. After 2 weeks of our stay we decided to draw these problems to the attention of the management, where upon they dealt with cleaning the sofa chairs and cushions along with deep cleaning the bird poo which in itself indicates there was a hygiene and standards problem. The general overall standard of this property was very poor. The pictures on the web site do show the outside furniture which must have been photographed many years ago and not the poor state of repairs that they were in. The plastic dining table on the balcony was so warped we were unable to balance a glass of wine on it. Our point is this should have been put right before we arrived and the management of this property was failing. It was not a luxury apartment or a penthouse apartment as advertised. Having rented apartments and villas for the past 35 years this apartment fell short of the standard required to be advertised by home away. We didn't report the problems initially as we went on holiday to relax and unwind from our busy jobs and did not want disturbing endless times whilst things were being made right.

Regarding the stay of the clients we would like to draw attention to the fact that on their arrival day they had a Meet and Greet, and were shown the property. There were no complaints at the time. Unfortunately the bird poo is something no-one can control. The balcony was cleaned before the arrival. After 2 weeks it is normal that there is more bird poo, and if the clients had requested a clean every second day, we would have done it, at their cost. No Rental Company cannot foresee the bird droppings in any property. Regarding the couches the clients were so unhappy about, they still carried on using them for two weeks without saying nothing?? Again this is difficult to understand, but we did sort out their complaint. The outside furniture is different from the photos, and has changed from whicker to a wooden set of table and chairs. At the end of the day, the clients themselves chose the property. The client´s grievances were dealt with immediately and efficiently and we can only regret that both parties had such an experiment...

Casa num bom aldeamento e boas piscinas. Necessita carro para ir para a praia. O apartamento está bem conservado e é confortável. A varanda é pequena. Devia ter Wi-Fi e cortinas black outs para permitir descanso dos hóspedes.

Dear Frank We are pleased you liked the apartment but concerned you couldnt find the heating. The heating is thru the airconditioning cooling and heating exchanger. We have checked and cannot find a record of you telephoning the office for assistance when we would have been delighted to have helped.
