Villa de 7 chambres avec piscine, à 700m de la plage, des restaurants et des supermarchés!

La villa est située dans le quartier calme et paisible de Skaleta, à seulement 700m de la plage et des restaurants!
Il est composé de 3 appartements entièrement équipés (7 chambres au total) qui le rendent idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou des familles! Les 3 appartements peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes au total!
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous pouvez accéder à 2 appartements de 85 m² et 75 m², avec 2 chambres, un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, four, grille-pain, mixeur, machine à café). Il y a un ensemble complet de couverts, ustensiles de cuisine et verrerie. Dans les salles de stockage, vous trouverez également un fer et une planche à repasser, une trousse de premiers soins et une salle de bain complète chacun! Toutes les chambres et le salon sont entièrement climatisés. Il y a des zones ombragées autour de ces appartements où vous pourrez déguster vos repas et boissons avec un accès direct à la piscine et à l'espace extérieur!

A l'étage, il y a l'appartement de 126 m² avec 3 chambres avec cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, four, grille-pain, mixeur, machine à café) et une salle de bains. Toutes les chambres et le salon sont entièrement climatisés. Vous pouvez vous détendre en vous asseyant dans la véranda spacieuse avec de belles vues sur la mer! Il y a aussi une salle à manger ombragée où vous pouvez tous vous asseoir ensemble!

À l'extérieur, vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la piscine (22 m², 1,5 m de profondeur). Chaises longues et parasols sont également disponibles! Un barbecue est également disponible pour profiter d'un repas tous ensemble. Une autre salle à manger est également disponible à côté de la piscine!

Very nice place to stay with a big family

We were very happy for our stay in Villa Sofia. We were 4 generations – my husband and I, our son and daughter in law, our 5 grandchildren with wife/girl/boyfriends and our great grandson age 3½ year. A house with 7 bedrooms was needed – and Villa Sofia were perfect- with 3 separated apartments. The landlord had arranged a big table for us so we all could be together for the meals. We are also very grateful for all the help and support we got from the landlord and Elisabeth. Our planned flight was cancelled so we had to change to another flight – we arrived 03.30 to the airport. But Elisabeth managed to arrange a common transport for us to Villa Sofia – and all was arranged so we could come into the house in the middle of the night 😊. Elisabeth also told us about where to find good local restaurant. We enjoyed the pool, the beaches and visiting the city Rethymno. It was also a very good help for us that the landlord allowed us to stay in the house a little longer the day for departure – so we did not have to spend too long time in the airport waiting for our flight home.

Kinderfreundliche Unterkunft!

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sorgt regelmäßig dafür, dass der Pool gereinigt wird! Bei unserer Ankunft ist er direkt mit uns zum Supermarkt gefahren, damit wir direkt das Nötigste holen konnten. Skaleta ist ein kleines typisches griechisches Dorf, Supermarktanbindung ca.2 km entfernt. Das Meer ist ca 700 m fußläufig entfernt. Die Agentur ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfreich! Tolle Kooperation zur Autovermietung-wir hatten noch nie ein so gutes und sicheres Auto auf Kreta!!!Ein Auto vor Ort ist unabdingbar, wenn man mobil ist, ist Rethymnon innerhalb 15 min erreichbar! Wir hatten eine tolle erste Woche hier, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Großfamilien spitze, sehr kinderfreundlich und für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub weiterzuempfehlen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Perfect stay!

We had a great time at the villa! Busstop, restaurant and supermarket were close by and the house was clean and the pool big enough for our group (13 P.). We got great help from the agent by whatsapp and phone. We could aks everything! It was a nice stay!

Large spacious villa

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this villa with it being so spacious for both the adults and children. The children had a great time in the pool and one of my granddaughters actually learned how to swim during our stay. It is recommended that a car is hired, which we did, as there is a very steep hill down to the main road and beach area. Also with the car we were able to visit the local villages and towns which were beautiful. My only criticism would be that the wi-fi is not good and most of the time the internet could not be accessed. This was reported to the owner, however, the wi-fi still remained the same with no access. The local tavernas at the beach do have great wi-fi and this is where we mostly used our devices. This villa is definitely recommended for large families and parties with plenty of space and privacy and also well maintained by cleanliness etc by the owners.

Girlie week

What a lovely week. Emailed a shopping list as arriving late - all waiting when we got there in a mini bus organised by Elizabeth. 3 apartments, 2 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom. All beautifully clean and allowed ladies of a certain age to have their own personal space. Plenty of space to eat together and lots of china, cutlery etc. Also, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid all provided in each apartment. A bit of a climb up the hill from the shops. Pool a bit cold but early in the season and won’t have had much sun yet and cleaned daily. Great views of the sea. Would recommend this and very reasonably priced. Many thanks, Melanie

Three families

Lovely villa/apartments exactly as shown in the photos.we occupied all three as one group of 13. The upstairs apartment is very spacious but only as one bathroom not the two that was stated on arrival but this was not a problem. The two downstairs apartments are not as spacious but more than adequate but don't have a microwave but other than that are equipped the same. The pool area is exactly as is shown and although on the small side is kept very clean. Next door is a small cafe that you can book in advance and I do recommend that you do this at least once. All we said was that they should serve us whatever they wanted and our only complaint was there was far too much food but all absolutely delicious. The walk into skaleta is as stated 700m but it is very hilly! Overall we had a fantastic stay here but I would recommend hiring a car for part of your stay.

Thanks Nigel for the review. Indeed we did a mistake with the number of bathrooms upstairs, however it is fixed now. Of course it was not made intentionally! We are glad you have had a nice stay here as we all consider the place is good value for money!
