My home is in a countryside location, situated a 'stones-throw' from the Opale Coast and it's many sandy beaches. Offering top quality accommodation at excellent value for money. Your holiday home is totally independent and includes your own large private, lawn gardens. The house was built following the design of a traditional Fermette style property and is on the outskirts of the village surrounded by rolling farmland.
With it's 5 bedrooms this holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
The accommodation is split between the ground and first floor.
The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate w:c, open plan lounge, dinning and fully fitted kitchen areas. There is also a laundry room. The rear patio doors lead on to the exterior terrace with amazing views over the garden and countryside.
The first floor has a further 3 bedrooms plus another bathroom and separate w:c. There is also a mezzanine area with a large selection of books and games.
Centrally heated throughout there is also a delightful wood pellet stove in the lounge.
The entire house is covered by wifi internet and the TV set up includes both French & English free view channels. The smart TV gives access to a variety of streaming channels including Netflix & Prime.
Guests have secure on site private parking which is big enough for 6 cars. You also have your own boules pitch, garden swings and garden games.
Les Tilleuls has been a holiday home since 2005 and is registered with meublé en tourisme. It is owned and looked after by Michael.
