Lovely family getaway.

The stay was amazing and we were really impressed by how clean and modern everything was. The customer service we received was worldclass I would say. They really went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will definitely be retuning for a longer stay.

"Another amazing week at these fantastic barns"

Another fantastic family week at these amazing barns. Natalie and the team cannot do enough to help even on a Sunday afternoon when they were entertaining themselves. The hot tub is out of this world and the house and gardens are all immaculate. Even the weather was fab most of the time so an amazing week had by all. Thank you.

Meadowsweet was fantastic - highly recommended for a great family holiday - thanks Natalie & family.

Meadowsweet is a lovely place to stay. It has lots of space, is well laid out and very modern. The bedrooms, living area and kitchen are all very comfortable - there's even a fridge for the beer! Outside, there is plenty of parking space, a large garden and a garden room. Everybody loved the hot tub and we were able to have barbecues and eat outdoors every night. I would definitely recommend Ashlin Farm - we've already booked again for next year!

Another great stay but slightly overshadowed by hot tub.

Just come back from another great stay at Ashlin Farms. We stayed in the Meadowsweet barn and it looked amazing. Very different in layout to the others and certain things were better in meadowsweet (extra oven and fridge) and certain things weren’t (no bath for the kids and downstairs felt a little small). The downstairs floor didn’t look like it had been finished but only a minor point. The big issue we had compared to other times were the hot tub. Due to the winds the lid had blown off and the temperature had drop on the first night which means we couldn’t use it, did the same on the 3rd day. Also seemed to take along to heat up, it never got to 40c and seemed to drop temperature very quickly compared to the others barns. We had been in December before and it was minus temp through the whole stay and hot tub was fine. Overall another good stay.

Our second trip, and we’ve booked two more

Both of the barns we have stayed in (Holly Tree and Meadowsweet) are beautiful, and Natalie and her family have thought of everything. The personal touches such as home baked cake, milk, Prosecco, local cheeses and crackers etc waiting on arrival are so appreciated. We’ve booked to return to both for family events!

Fabulous stay at Meadowsweet Barn

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful barn. I cannot fault anything about the accommodation or the warm welcome we received on our arrival. The Barn is beautilly presented, it is equipped with all you will need during your stay and the owners have put a lot of thought into providing those extra little touches. An example of this is the welcome pack, which included fresh coffee, milk, Prosecco and a delicious home made Lemom Drizzle Cake. The luxurious hot tub is maintained on a daily basis during the stay. I would and have recommended the accommodation to others. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay.

An amazing hen weekend from start to finish

Such an amazing stay at meadowsweet barn! The barn has everything you need and more! They have really thought of everything which made our stay extra special! From the minute I booked and throughout the stay the customer service has been excellent! Beautiful location and the decor in the whole barn is gorgeous!! Definitely will return with my family, it’s the perfect place to stay for any occasion. The hot tub is the biggest I’ve ever seen! Definitely recommend!

It was just amazing , the grandchildren, 5,8 and 11 loved it especially the hot tub and interesting walks near by. We all enjoyed it so that we have booked another weekend next year.

Fab short stay

I booked this barn for my friends hen party and what an amazing accommodation it was. Every room was immaculately decorated and we there literally everything we needed there. Will defo recommend and revisit in the future .

Meadowsweet barns

Beautiful barn, lovely location, excellent customer service, would have loved to stay longer. Travelled with husband, daughter, father and our dog we all had an amazing time, even managed to persuade my 80 year father to enjoy the swim Spa. Lovely holiday memories to last a lifetime

Loved our stay at the stunning Meadowsweet Barn

Loved every minute, absolutely beautiful barns and location, stunning views over the countryside, the interior design and finish in each room is just fabulous, nice little touches for the dogs, they loved the garden, and the fresh lemon cake and Lincoln tea on arrival was super tasty! So peaceful and quiet, we took the dogs for a walk each night down to the nature reserve which is only a 10 minute walk down the country lane, another beautiful well-maintained landscape with breathtaking views at sunset. The weather was perfect all week, BBQ's everyday and then a quick swim and a glass of Prosecco in the Hot Tub, you really couldn't of asked for much more! Fished the lake a few times through the week aswell, catching some nice Carp averaging around 4 - 5lb. Just like to say a Big Thankyou to Natalie and her family for a wonderful week! We're already planning dates to return next year! Thanks again, Paul, Liane, Pixie, Peggy & Polly

An absolute gem nestled in the lincolnshire countryside...the perfect hassle-free break.

I booked the barn along with a group of friends for a relaxing break. The barn was beautifully fitted out with absolutely everything we needed and the owner was on hand whenever we had an issue and got back to us immediately to resolve it. We loved the cute touches like a homemade cake on arrival. The hot tub was perfect for a large group and we also utilised the bbq and garden room - perfect for enjoying the weather. The barn was well located for access to lincoln and we also did a trip to Skegness. We all had an amazing time at the barn and hope to return in the near future. A lovingly crafted holiday getaway that delivers on all fronts! Thank you Ashlin Farm Barns!

Perfect!

Best week away ever! From the interior design to the customer service, everything was perfect. Not a single flaw throughout our stay. We had a heartwarming greeting, and was cared for throughout the stay. Had an amazing week away, all 10 guys could not have asked for anything more! I’m sure I speak for us all when I say this stay was the perfect and has truly opened our eyes to how caring people can be! Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Would’ve paid 3x the amount for that same stay. 5 STARS!!!!

Wonderful 50th

I stayed here for the week with my family for my 50th. We had a wonderful time. Location was lovely. Very thoughtful owners who made us feel very welcome. On arrival there was some lovely gifts, a homemade cake, Prosecco and local cheeses and so much for the children to do including games, sunflower seeds to plant and take home, a family quiz to complete and even goody bags individually labelled with presents each. There were bathrobes and slippers for everyone even the children. The owners were on hand and very efficient to sort out a few teething problems as the barn we stayed in was brand new, even though Natalie had a baby during our stay, congratulations to you both!. Beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail, great outdoor space and lovely big hot tub. Would highly recommend.
