Valdarecchia: une belle maison de campagne en Ombrie

“Villa Valdarecchia” is located in a panoramic position on the hills between the Umbria and the Marche regions. The surrounding countryside is rather special with green woods, majestic hills and pure cool air.
The 16th century farm house offers 7 ensuite double rooms, a hall with a wood oven, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a big kitchen, equipped garden, barbecue, infinity pool with Jacuzzi, French bowls alley. There are natural trails in the forest and pine woods round the house where it is possible to have tours by mountain bike or to go for a walk looking for mushrooms, truffles or other natural products.
While you are staying at the Villa, you can enjoy activities such as trekking, climbing and rafting in amazing natural spot close by.
The Villa remains very near to places of great historical and cultural interest as Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and many others beautiful Italian cities.
Last but not least, you can go for a free tasting of wine in the wineyard near by or of local craft beer in the brewery.

Amazing house. Well equipped kitchen and dining facilities for large groups. Fantastic (the best) pool and outdoor space for entertaining. Plenty of bedrooms and all rooms spacious and cool. WiFi intermittent but not a problem for us. We would definitely consider staying at this house again, the views and walks from the house cannot be beaten! Host was super helpful and provided support and advice throughout our stay. Please be aware that the road up to the house is unmade, windy and steep so may not be suitable for all drivers.

Nice house to be on your own

The house is on a hill surrounded by just trees, no neighbours so you can just relax and enjoy. The way to the house is relativ tight and steep. Every room has its own bathroom so even if your many person you still have your own space. The kitchen has everything you need. Our favourite part was definitely the pool area with the covered place next to the pool so you can enjoy the warm weather. The communication with Giulia was pretty easy and uncomplicated.

Erholung und Sonne pur in Apecchio

Das sehr ruhig und abgelegene Landhaus bietet mit 7 Schlafzimmern Raum für eine große Gruppe. Der Pool mit Überdachung ist super und auch bei großer Hitze und dem Wind in den Bergen zu genießen. Die Einrichtungen waren teilweise nicht gepflegt oder defekt (Spülmaschine, Geschirr). Die Unterstützung und Kommunikation seitens der Vermieterin (Giulia) war sehr gut und schnell. Wandern, Canjoning, Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Arezzo, Assisi, Perugi, Rimini) oder einfach die Ruhe in den Bergen bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder.

Ideales Haus für unseren Großfamilien-Urlaub

Ruhige Lage in einem nicht von Touristen überlaufenen Gebiet mit vielen Möglichkeiten für große und kleine Wanderungen und Entdeckungen. Sehr schöner Pool, sehr herzliche und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Genug Platz für uns 14 Personen von 2-67 Jahren. Etwas schwierige Zufahrt.

Great location and accomodation,fantastic owners

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Vadarecchia. A group of 3 families, 12 people in total experianced the warm welcome of the owners , helpfull in guiding you to the best restaurants , backery , shopts etc; , preparing a lovely meal and (as property not rend out week after ) very flexible on departure hour. The location is fantastic if you like the nature , hiking, biking , a drink on terras at the local pub or visiting some city arround the village (even a trip to the sea is only 60 Km) Even with 3 families enough space to find privacy when you want A place where you can forget all stress Sure will come back

Agriturismo Valdarecchia

Our extended family of 12 stayed here in June 2012 and loved every minute of our stay. It is a beautiful rural house at the top of a hill over looking the valley and town of Apecchio. The kitchen was large enough for us to prepare our meals in 4 groups without getting in each others way and the dining room seated the 12 of us comfortably. All 7 bedrooms are large with ensuites but 3 of the bedrooms are not connected internally, this was not a problem for us but maybe for some. The best part of this house is outside. The swimming pool is amazing with its built in jacuzzi a great place to chill and where we spent most of our time. There is lots of space for loungers and lovely gazebo offering shade. The owners greeted us in the evening and made us feel very welcome. Nothing seemed too much trouble and even cooked a lovely meal for us one evening. Overall a lovely rustic house with some great scenery on the doorstep and lovely towns if you are prepared to travel further afield.
