Great Location

This condo was perfect for me during my visit to the DFW area. It is comfortable and well equipped. I will stay in it again when in town.

We came back as it’s a great place to stay!!!

This is our second time staying here, we enjoyed it so much the first time we definitely wanted to come back! The owner and his family are very sweet and responsive to any needs which arise. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve a short walk away is fantastic! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby yet it’s quiet. The condo/ townhouse is clean and comfortable and is well stocked.

Plano stay for two months

Great location. Wonderful and flexible owner. Two bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Trundle bed was a surprise in the second bedroom since it was listed as a king size bed and it was okay. Would love to stay here again in the future.

everything was good, the listing could be more accurate as one of the rooms only had a twin day bed. the pantry was stocked to the minimum- so bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. there were not any extra paper towels and hand soap so we had to go out and buy our own.

Apologies for the lack of extra paper towel and hand soap, I will definitely ask our maids to double check. The daybed in the secondary bedroom folds out to convert into a large bed (slightly larger than king size). I will check the listing details page to see if this can be more clearly stated. Cozy, Quiet and Close!

This is a very nice place to stay! It’s as pretty as pictured, very clean (our #1 standard), cozy when the temps drop yet cool when the Texas heat sets in. For a rental property it is very well stocked and furnished. The owners are wonderful, quick to respond and help you feel right at home. The neighborhood is pet friendly and very quiet even though it’s close to everything, including shopping, restaurants and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (awesome place to walk, jog or bike!). The homes in the area are maintained and the grounds managed nicely. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Like home

There was nothing we needed during our stay that was not already provided by the owner. The owner lives nearby and welcomed us with a tour of the property and he also provided food for our first breakfast, a very thoughtful touch. One of the lights didn’t seem to work so we contacted the owner and he showed up within minutes to show us how the remote for the combination fan/light worked. The unit is very conveniently located for reaching major traffic arteries while also being virtually across the street from a nature preserve. The neighborhood is friendly and safe we talked to many fellow dog owners on our walks. The lofted office space was also well equipped. I would definitely recommend this unit and owner to others wanting to stay in this area.

Wonderful!

Fantastic home! Exactly what we needed for our month stay relocating to Dallas. They even had snacks in the fridge to start us off ! Super close to walking and biking trails as well! Great hosts!!!!

Immaculate Townhome in Great Location (West Plano)

This is a great property with a terrific owner. We had the opportunity to stay from Mid-Sept 2016 thru end of May 2017. The location can't be beat with shopping, theaters and restaurants all within a 10 minutes radius. In addition, there is a 200 acre Nature Preserve across the street with walking and hiking trails. A very nice park to spend time at. The townhome is very clean and the owner goes to great lengths to insure you are comfortable and have no issues. He is very responsive and lives nearby. I can't say enough about this property and would highly recommend anyone staying there whether it is a short or long term stay. You will have everything you need and not be disappointed.

My wife Hande and I are very proud of our rental town home and we are doing our best to keep it spotlessly clean and in excellent shape for the guests. We lived in this very house for 6 months before we started renting it out and so we made every effort to make it feel as warm and cozy as a "home" should feel as opposed to being one of those cold corporate houses. It has everything from pots and pans to linens and towels, dishes and silverware to coffee maker and panini toaster, vacuum cleaner to iron and ironing board and any other trivial items that you can think of that a typical US home normally has and it has an abundance of these items not the bare minimums.
