Perfect location! Easy to get everywhere. Carfour across the street which was nice. Cafe on the corner was perfect for quick bfast or lunch. Nice sheets, plush pillows, very spacious.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a perfect location in Paris. Frederic was so responsive to all my needs. Most of all the apartment is spacious modern and so clean
better than the pictures. I would definitely rent here again should I have the joy of returning to Paris.

We had a good welcome. All was fine except that the stovetop burner controls need adjusting. Burners are difficult to turn on so that they stay on for use. Otherwise, it is a lovely apartment.
Kitchen well supplied for cooking with gas stove and oven.
Lovely, large and comfortable living-dining area.

Beautiful property. Great location. Easy check in. Shower was wonderful!! 2 adults stayed which was perfect. However I would not stay with kids, loud talkers or people who walk heavily. We whispered in the apt as we were trying to be respectful of the neighbors

This flat is located in a great neighborhood in the 6th arrondissement near restaurants (2 located across the street) and a Paris metro stop. Many sites are within walking distance. We appreciated having a kitchen and high-end laundry facilities and comfortable beds. Appreciated also the welcome gift from the host.

On the whole this is an excellent property. The property is accurately described and the photos are fair. As others have noted the floors squeak, so keep that in mind if you are noise-sensitive. The property is extremely well located near shopping, grocery, restaurants and major tourist attractions. It is delightfully free of traffic noise even though in a bustling area. Communications with the owner Frederic and Eddy, the fellow who let us in, were excellent. Building security is good.While the property is great overall, some things could be better. The heating has no thermostat, you just have to manually adjust knobs on the radiators that are in each room. It looks like the unit may have had forced air or air conditioning at one point (there are wall vents) but these don't work now. Most of the lights in the kitchen ceiling did not work due to some electrical problem that could not be fixed during our stay. Eddy found some table lamps so we could use the kitchen at night. The beds are in good shape, but on the firm side. The apartment is minimally supplied: not enough toilet paper, no paper towels or garbage bags, no wastebaskets except in bath, so plan to run to the store upon arrival. On the whole it's great with some relatively minor considerations to keep in mind.

Property was as pictured.Very nice kitchen and sitting areas. Host was very communicative and always easy to reach. We were a little concerned about one bathroom for two couples but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s a good sized bathroom and there is a completely separate water closet. Great location near Saint Suplice metro.

Fabulous flat, extremely centrally located, on a busy street but the apartment is set back so you hear absolutely no street noise. Apartment had everything we could have wanted for a fantastic week in Paris.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. Close to the Metro to get anywhere and Monoprix / Le Grande Epiceride nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows (I’m 6’5”) and a much larger space than expected. Quiet too despite being right in the City bustle. Floors were quite creaky. The older neighbors below us complained that we were walking around too much. We were trying to be as respectful as possible, but like
maybe don’t live on the first floor of an old building in the city? Anyway, loved our time in Paris!

Great place!

Quiet, convenient, great location in the 6th! Easy metro rides to everywhere - plenty of nearby restaurants and a market - plus a grocery just across the street. As mentioned in other reviews, the floors are very creaky - making night time trips to the bathroom noisy for all
but on the whole, 5 adults had a very nice stay!

The property was in an excellent location. The photos of the interior were accurate. The property was clean and had all necessities for a lovely stay. The only difficulties were managing an exact meeting time to check into the property. Travel does not have exact timing. Flexibility was difficult.
