Un magnifique appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains au rez-de-chaussée dans le développement de luxe de Bolt Head qui se trouve au-dessus de la belle plage de South Sands. Parking alloué pour 1 voiture avec parking visiteur supplémentaire également disponible.

Une location de vacances fantastique pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer la région de South Devon, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage de South Sands avec l'hôtel South Sands proposant de la nourriture et des boissons toute la journée dans un cadre magnifique sur la plage, ouvert toute l'année. La plage propose également un excellent café de plage et un centre de location de sports nautiques, et un ferry toutes les demi-heures dans le centre de la ville de Salcombe, disponible entre les vacances de Pâques et la mi-octobre. Une autre marche de 10 minutes vous amène à la célèbre plage de North Sands avec un restaurant décontracté toute l'année au restaurant Winking Prawn Beach. A 2 minutes à pied, l'autre direction vous amène à la vue imprenable du National Trust «Overbecks». De quoi occuper tout le monde!

La propriété dispose d'une cuisine américaine / salle à manger / salon merveilleusement spacieuse. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec 1 chambre kingsize avec salle de bains (douche et baignoire), 1 chambre lits jumeaux et salle de bains familiale. La propriété partage de beaux jardins communaux avec une belle cour idéale pour se détendre les soirs d'été (l'appartement s'ouvre sur et donne sur la cour).

La propriété est joliment meublée, avec TV 4K, lecteur DVD, haut-parleur Bluetooth, haut débit / Wifi.

Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons accepter les animaux de compagnie ou fumer.

Veuillez noter que nous organisons un jour de changement le vendredi. Nous sommes ouverts à envisager d'autres jours d'arrivée, mais il n'est généralement pas disponible pendant les périodes de pointe, veuillez nous contacter / faire une demande de vérification avant de faire une réservation.

Very spacious property, very well decorated and equipped.Wonderful location and beautiful view walking out of the property overlooking South Sands. Host communicated well and was very helpful and contactable when needed.Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Salcombe

The apartment was spotless & spacious, the communication with Nicky , via emails was excellent.The apartment had all the the amenities available you could wish for. The walk to the beach , restaurants, pizza parlour was only 3 mins walk.I would highly recommend this apartment, to other users , wishing for a lovely holiday. 100% would book again..

Brilliant property 3 mins walk from the beach. Really well facilitated apartment, beautifully stylish and spotlessly clean. Nicky was amazing to deal with and really helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough. One tip though - don’t be like us and make sure that you download the excellent detailed introductory email in advance as there is patchy mobile phone signal in the area. Once you have it, it has every detail you need. We’ll definitely be back!

Dan - Amazing apartment in a stunning location! The living area was spacious and the bedrooms (both en suite) were very comfortable. Perfect base for exploring Salcombe, with the beach at south sands, Harbour beach club / South Sands hotel and sea tractor over to Salcombe all a 2 min walk away. Can’t wait to come back!Amy - Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable beds. Great location for coastal walks and south sands beach. Friendly, informative and communicative hosts. I had a lovey stay and hope to stay here again. Molly (7) - The place was amazing, beds were very comfy and the sea tractor was very fun! The most fun thing I did in Salcombe was spending time with my family and the Bolt head to east soar walk with the cakes at east soar outdoor experience x

The property was spacious and in an ideal location. The hosts sent check in information in good time and advised one of the showers was broken a day or so ahead but otherwise we didn’t get any communication asking if we were ok or if we had enjoyed the stay which seemed rather impersonal.A few details kept this from being 5 star: the cleaners had not refilled hand soap dispensers, had left an open carton of milk in the fridge, and had clearly not wiped down patio tables for weeks. Worst was the damp smell which the air freshener did not hide and its chemical smell was so strong we had to switch off. While I was grateful we had been left a packet of biscuits and fresh pint of milk there wasn’t even one tea bag!! Hosts knew we had had a transatlantic flight plus a long car journey - surely it’s not an expense to leave guests a tea bag?! (We left some for the next guests).There were also no beach towels yet this is a beach location. Listing says towels are provided and not to take them to the beach .. again this felt rather uncaring and thoughtless. The listing could be improved by stating what is NOT provided so guests can better plan as it’s a long drive to the shops .

We are certainly sorry regarding the open milk left in the fridge and lack of soap in hand dispensers or tea bags in the caddy, this is very unusual so we can only apologise this happened for your stay and will pick up on this with the changeover team, similarly that the patio tables were not clean, certainly something to address so thank you for highlighting this. We're also sorry you felt there was a damp smell, being a seaside property we regularly check damp levels and can clarify there is no damp issue so we'll look into this. I'm sorry you felt the listing isn't clear in what's provided, we do remind guests to bring beach towels in the further information email we send the month before your stay so apologies you didn't see this, it isn't usual for UK self catered properties to provide beach towels so we'll check to ensure this is clear in our details. Our stay at the apartment was wonderful, beds very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, showers very roomy and water hot any time of the day...when we stayed it was not very good weather and there was a slight damp smell in the cupboard under the oven, but it didn't hamper our stay as we ate out mostly and only cooked twice so the cupboard was not opened very much....I would say it's a slightly longer walk than 5 mins to the beach and much longer on the way back because it's up a very steep hill so if you are slightly older take it steady. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need and we had a lovely break there seeing a lot of places in that area. We ate in the hungry prawn which was very good. The host was very easy to get hold of to ask any questions and very helpful. So we had a lovely stay but it all went to quickly, hopefully will be back again soon.....
