Adorable maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain

Charmante maison de Fullerton surclassée à proximité des commerces et des attractions locales (5, 5 miles de Disney et 6, 8 miles de Knott's Berry Farm).

La maison est au 2Úme étage au-dessus du garage. Cette jolie maison design a trois chambres et deux salles de bain. La chambre principale Cal King a une salle de bains améliorée avec un comptoir en marbre, un sol en carrelage et une conception de douche personnalisée. Les autres chambres se composent d'un lit queen-size et d'une chambre d'enfants avec des lits superposés. Les deux derniÚres chambres partagent une salle de bain couloir magnifiquement améliorée. Plancher de bois franc stratifié partout.

La disposition à aire ouverte du rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon le rend idéal pour socialiser avec la famille. La cuisine a des armoires lambrissées personnalisées, du matériel amélioré, des comptoirs en marbre et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, lave-vaisselle, savon à vaisselle et réfrigérateur - le siÚge de la salle à manger 8. Le salon dispose de nombreux siÚges sur le canapé sectionnel, qui dispose également d'un lit queen-size.

Toutes les chambres ont 47 'TV LCD avec cùble. Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision LCD 55 'avec un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD. Des poussettes, une chaise haute, un siÚge d'appoint et un pack n 'play sont disponibles pour votre bébé et vos tout-petits. Il y a un matelas pneumatique queen dans la maison. Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur située dans le garage pour les invités. La maison n'a pas de cour ni de terrasse / salon extérieur. La maison dispose d'un accÚs Internet haut débit sans fil et d'appels nationaux et américains gratuits. Chauffage central et climatisation. Tous les meubles, meubles, etc. sont neufs depuis avril 2016. La maison a été rénovée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.

Cleanliness was below average. Dining room chairs were filthy, hair in bathroom sinks, broken blinds in several windows. Second bedroom is in drastic need of a new mattress. This home may be wiped down but is far from a higher standard of clean.

Yes, the place was very clean and to me bigger than the pictures depicted. They had clean towels ready for us as well as a fully stocked kitchen with gadgets and appliances. The parking was tight for a large full size vehicle but we fit. I appreciate the gate as well helped us feel secure.

This is a wonderful property and we were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. We arrived very late due to some travel drama so had a bit of confusion with check in. We called and received prompt and helpful guidance. It turned out that we were at the wrong door (it's the door to the left of the garage by the way!) that was truly the only hiccup and it was our malfunction. The property is very quiet during the day and in the evening. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. We enjoyed the SoCal weather and took a few walks in the neighborhood. The neighbors are so friendly! I especially enjoyed the private yard, each morning spending some quiet time there. We instantly felt at home. We also really appreciated the private parking, not something you see every day with a vacation rental! Another perk was the grocery delivery service offered through the property. I ordered in advance and we arrived to food n the fridge so were able to have dinner and a glass of wine to unwind after a very stressful day of travel. They truly have thought of it all. Highly recommend and we won't hesitate to stay here again when we come back to LA.

Decent stay if you need to stay near Anaheim

Upon arrival, the driveway is very small and a tight squeeze. If you have a really small car, it will fit. The house was not cleaned when we arrived even though the we paid for a cleaning fee. The toilet and seat was clearly dirty and used. The kitchen seats and couch were stained from previous guests. There weren't any cleaning supplies so my family had to go to the store and buy some or wait until the next day for the rental to send people over. There was also no hot or warm water running in the kitchen or bathrooms. It turns out the water heater was electric and it was unplugged from the outside. The dryer was also a bit difficult to start and use. There were many spiders and some roaches in the home. Overall, I would not stay here again but it was fine for the moment while my family and I were here on business. It was difficult to know who I was communication with because there were about three different numbers texting me on who to call or contact. We were gone most of the day so we only had to deal with these things at night.

Horrible

The property was dirty. Dinning chairs stained. Cobwebs ceilings. Trash on front yard. Wall where dinning table was damaged and paint was chipped. Second bathroom had water damaged on based board behind toilet, looks like black mold. Inside oven was flithy, previous person cooked in it and left drippings inside. Turned on oven and it smoked out the whole house, so we couldn’t use oven. Nightstands in both rooms severely damaged and one in second bedroom was dirty inside so could not use. To much crap in garage high chairs, several strollers and a large cabinet made it e extremely difficult to park in garage. Be AWARE there is no street parking and you DO NOT get a photo of property until a day or so before your arrival.The company sent communications through VRBO, text and email tried reaching out because I was unable able to locate the check-in code on the day of check in and did not get a response for 24th! I will be reaching out to VRBO to file a formal complaint and provide all the pictures of the fore mentioned areas. I included a few in this response.

Comfortable and clean

Overall smallish, but we fit 4 adults and 3 kids very comfortable. Very clean. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gas, etc very close. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with managers was excellent. Overall stay was great!

Home away from home

Rented this with my family for a little getaway. The house was nice and clean, small, yet cozy. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and all the beds were extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the full kitchen that was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Washer and dryer were convenient and located in the garage, and check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. Would stay here again and highly recommend this rental. We had a great experience.

Awesome house and location

My family of four rented this house in for our stay at Disneyland. Was an awesome location to get to and from the park quickly. Giving us more time at the park and ability to sleep in and rest without worrying about a long drive. Home was very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood, close to Costco and other grocery stores to stock up on anything needed. Definitely recommend this house for a Disney vacation. Perfect space for the four of us with space to relax and spread out.

Very nice property

We stayed for a week visiting my son and his wife who is stationed at Camp Pendleton. The house is very nice, it is updated and has all the essentials needed. I highly recommend this property. I booked the home 4 days upon arrival and the process was easy. It is very well managed. You will enjoy your stay. The location was perfect for Disney, universal and John Wayne airport.

Great location and cozy home

My family and I stayed at this location in Fullerton for the 2nd week of the PGF National tournament for girls softball. The tournament was in Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley/Irvine, however we chose to stay in Fullerton. We chose this house because it fit our needs and it looked cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive and it be even better than we expected. Please also know that the main level living is upstairs. We were traveling as a family of 5 (3 young girls 7-11 yrs old) plus my parents so the home worked perfectly and fit us all comfortably. The home was clean and well maintained. Close to freeway, shopping and food. Also just down the road from Disney. We would definitely stay here again!
