Question the accessibility

There were steps to the living room and my sister was in a wheelchair. Bienville street was a very difficult street to access due to Mardi Gras, construction, road closures. Not your fault but renters should be asked if they have mobility issues. Some issues with supplies..Keurig machine not working, no laundry soap, notify guests they need to bring supplies.

Great location without hearing all of the noise of NOLA

This location was spacious, clean and comfortable! Communications with the property manager was top notch and he made sure we had a great stay.

Overall a nice place

You can’t beat the location of this place. Very clean and we did have some issues with the A/C and the hot water, but that was fixed very quickly with 1 phone call. Not a lot of windows, but you do have a patio so that helped and was pretty cool.

Amazing location well situated

The apartment was great, exactly what we wanted/needed for our 3 night stay in NOLA. Apartment was clean, had plenty of linens, and although extremely close to Burbon- it was very quiet. Easy to communicate with host and get keys/leave keys. I will say that the building had signs posted throughout that stated short term rentals were no longer legal (recently enacted March 2024) in the French Quarter and specifically in that building. We had no issues but we were definitely concerned that we would get found out and evicted. Had we known about this law, we wouldn’t have booked in the district. It is allowed in the surrounding neighborhoods, just not in the French Quarter. So renter beware - google also confirmed this.

New orlean getaway

The interior design was satisfactory - love the overall layout of the condo Could have used more towels Could have used a chest of drawers in BR to store Clothes could have been a little cleaner, outdoor patio furniture could have been a little cleaner But overall i would probably stay there again.

French Quarter Fest visit

We were a group comprised of 2 couples (50 something’s). The apartment was in great condition; clean and great quality amenities. The property was conveniently located near Bourbon street, close to action and activities. But the best part was that the apartment was situated on the interior of the building, so street noise did not interfere with sleep. The apartment manager was fantastic with prompt communication. He quickly provided anything we needed. Our only complaint was an exceptionally loud neighbor in the building made sleeping impossible on our last night. Someone even pulled the fire alarm, yet the music didn’t stop. We do not fault the property manager in any way, but felt helpless that we had no recourse to complain or stop the loud noise in the same way we might have had in a hotel. If we had to do it all over again, we’d still rent from this same location, but bring noise canceling earbuds.

This apartment was in the perfect location! We were off Burbon on a quiet street but still only a couple blocks from all the action! The elevators didnt work on the day of check out and the parking garage was difficult, but it was overall a great trip! The manager never provided his name,

New Orleans Getaway

This property is roomy for the price, very comfortable for our family of five. Close to Bourbon street but the condo is interior and there are brick accent walls, so it was quiet to sleep in. Very clean in our arrival. Love the wood floors. Tommy is the manager and he was very accessible. Walking distance to whole French Quarter and some restaurants on the other side of Canal St. Keurig did not work but that was a very minor snag. Will stay here again!

Perfect spot in the heart of the French Quarter

What a Great Find

The location, the style of the apartment, and Tommy, the manager/owner (?) were all perfect. It was easy to walk to everything, but it was a quiet location. Tommy saved us by realizing that our reserved apartment had a broken air conditioner so he put us in a different, just as nice, apartment. He was extremely helpful and kind too. All in all, I would stay here again.

Remarkable! Perfect in every way.

This space is exactly as beautiful as the wonderful photos! It was so so clean and more spacious than I imagined. Despite being spacious, it still has a fun cozy vibe to it because of all of the exposed brick and interior design. I can't want to go back to NOLA and stay here again, but for longer! I chose it for a long weekend but was sad to leave it so soon. This is great for a friend trip and would work well for a family too. The outdoor space is private and so lovely!! Also the property manager was exceptionally friendly and reliable. Thank you!
