A great place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter. Only a couple of blocks to Bourbon St, Jackson Square, the waterfront. We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. The pool was very welcome after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely book again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Me and my boyfriend had a great stay. It was the perfect size for us and so close to all the iconic spots in the French Quarter! It was too cold for the pool but hopefully we’ll be back! Check in was incredibly easy!

I rented a room and when I arrived they gave me a totally different room that smelled like pee and had stained furniture. There was not one single human being to help with anything. They just send you a key code and you go in. I left immediately and disputed the charge on my credit card.

The property management company for this rental canceled my booking when we were only about an hour away from the location, after having traveled all day to New Orleans. Further, they could not give me a reason for the cancellation other than we were flagged in the system somehow. Which is ridiculous, because we have received excellent feedback from every other property we’ve stayed at. We had stayed at a property near Hot Springs just two weeks prior to this booking and enjoyed it thoroughly and enjoyed great communication with that host, who was very happy with the condition we left the property in. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced such a problem, and to be left completely without lodging just before check-in, and then having to wait a week for a refund, was completely unacceptable.

Overall everything was wonderful. Balcony was great. Location was ideal. Few small fix-it items need to be addressed like the toilet roll holder and towel rack needs work (falling off). Shower door needed adjustment. One of the balcony seats starting to break.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DISGUSTING. Nose ring found in the shower. The whole floor in room was sticky. Bathroom floor stained yellow and smells of urine. Entire unit smelt like marijuana. Towel rack fell off the wall. End tables falling apart. When we arrived, we were never given check in instructions so we had to stand outside sweating on the sidewalk waiting for them to finish their 3rd party verification check (which we did the day before arriving). They tried to blame it on us. Elevator doesn’t work so we had to carry all of our luggage up 3 floors. That was never disclosed to us prior to arriving or when we booked.
