Lovely and quiet stay

As a solo traveller, the check in process was quick, easy, and safe. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the unit came with everything I needed to settle in quickly and easy. Would highly recommend for your stay in Madrid!

Neighborhood /Local Madrid Apartment

Reservation and payment process was not clear since the property was no longer being rented through VRBO. Instructions on building and apartment entries were difficult to understand. We did appreciate the property manager coming to our aid and give us what was needed to enter the rental.

This was my first time in Spain and Bianca, Vanessa, Javi and Oscar did a great job at making sure my friends and I got to our location safely via taxi. Once I got to the airport, I was able to make contact with them and Bianca made sure everything went as planned. The location is amazing and central to almost everything. It's very close to the metro, restaurants and city center. We almost never needed to take the metro and walked to eat and go shopping. The place was spotless, quiet and very stylish. We loved the shower and balcony. There were often people outside so it was very safe to walk here in the evening. This was a last minute check in and we are truly grateful to find this gem. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed during our stay. I hope this is available again in the summer time :)
