Lovely and walkable to transit!

This was a great find. The space was super comfortable for a couple. Orange line is just a few blocks away. The furnishings and kitchen are nicely thought out. The claw foot tub was very cool but I need to mention that anyone with mobility issues might have trouble using it to shower. You need to be able to step over the 2' tall side. Would be really happy to stay again.

Exploring Boston

Loved staying in this historical home for our Boston getaway. Photos were very accurate. It’s not really walkable to most attractions but subway stop is very close and easy to navigate. As others mentioned, there’s a pretty steep hill to walk from the subway station. Also an FYI
 there are no laundry facilities in the unit but there’s a shared washer/dryer in the basement. Very quiet street. Overall, a lovely place to call home while exploring this historic city.

Easy city access

First timers to Boston. Super easy access to train routes. So, downtown and back was a breeze. Not much food and grocery in easy walking distance. However, easy access to the train made it work. Neat old apartment building and well appointed flat. Owners were available and quick to respond. Recommend.

Very nice

Apt was very comfortable & clean. Parking was no issue less than a block away. Slept 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 11 no problem. Would stay again when in the area.

Boston studio

The studio was nice, the only thing that we had trouble with was the high claw foot tub. Wish in the description that is was noted.We are seniors it made taking a shower a little difficult.Other than that great location to all the attractions,

Just wonderful

Terry was so responsive and nice, the apartment was perfect and charming- but I have to mention my favorite thing- the bed. The mattress and sheets made me wish I didn’t have to leave. Best sleep EVER!!

Close to Subway and hence, all of Boston

We spent a week and found this a charming, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. There was a cozy place to sit and relax, a kitchen with everything we needed, and access to the washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and there were good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Splendid Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much because of Terry, the host. Terry made the very first impression to my husband and I when we had a difficulty to find a parking spot upon arrival. Terry went an extra mile to accommodate our need. At first, we had no idea Terry was the host. Terry just happened to be on the spot and eagerly jumped in to assist with finding a resolution. Not only this time, Terry responded to our needs promptly and courteously throughout the stay. His generosity and kindness went beyond measures. We enjoyed our stay as well as Boston city thoroughly. Highly recommend this place.

4 night stay for Spring break

Had a great stay, we were gone during the day, so we really only slept there and got ready in the morning. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed was comfy and the pull out sofa that my kids slept on was good. It was easy to blow up with the provided electric pump. We parked our car on a close street and then just used public transportation which is just a short walk away. I do have to make you aware of the steep hill you have to walk down on your way to the T or bus stop. Just a few tips on the shower, the claw bathtub is hard to get into and out of, so we just used the step stool next to the fridge. There is not really anyplace to put your things for a shower other than on the sink so you had to keep moving aside the shower curtain to grab them. The shower head is too short for someone like my husband who is 6 ft. The WIFI was good, which I needed for my laptop and Netflix on the TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Very charming

Very charming apartment, historical yet modern conveniences, it was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our Boston trip. The subway station was a short walk through a quaint neighborhood. Terry was a great host, he responded to our questions quickly. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Location by subway is convenient

Ease of check in was great. The proximity to the subway was very convenient. We used the subway everywhere we went including to and from the airport and downtown. Walked to Museum of Fine Arts and Fenway. Communication with manager was excellent! Very much enjoyed our time in Boston.

Relaxing Environment Character Accomodation

This is a beautiful apartment..decor is lovely. This is a well maintained historic building. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The unit is very well equiped, coffee and lots of basics if you want to cook... Great location and easy to walk to subway and buses, uber around $20 to central Boston. Nice little place!

Great apartment close to the T

Great studio apartment that was exactly how it was described. Five minute walk from the Metro Orange Line and there are nice places to eat near. The check in and checkout process was simple. The kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location great value

Beautiful older building with great details. On a dead end in a residential area. We parked a block away on the street and car was safe. The apartment space was big and had a good set up for us. The kitchen is well stocked with basics. Walking distance from orange line T. One item to note is that if there are people staying above you, it can be loud. The people above us were heavy walkers (no one’s fault).
