We came for my best friend’s birthday weekend in Boston, and this place was perfect! Such a fun and cute place to stay! The host was super responsive, and the place was close enough to the city to where we could easily get there and back for all that we did downtown! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

The studio apartment was clean and homely. Very easy to go into town on the orange line from Roxbury Crossing. Walk to MFA and ISG museum.

Close to Subway and hence, all of Boston

We spent a week and found this a charming, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. There was a cozy place to sit and relax, a kitchen with everything we needed, and access to the washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and there were good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great location w/ everything you need

My wife and I had a nice stay over St Patrick’s weekend. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked and the property was secure. Easy walks into the city and little to no wait for an Uber. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location, price, and property

The location of this property is perfect for those with a car (parking is extremely easy nearby), who still want to be near a T station for easy access to the city. The apartment itself was large, and we comfortable fit 4 people with the pull out couch and bed! I would stay here again the next time we need accommodation in Boston.

Apt was very comfortable & clean. Parking was no issue less than a block away. Slept 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 11 no problem. Would stay again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Probably wouldn’t choose it again because of inconvenient parking situation. But the property itself was very nice. Clean and comfy.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us Carla! Yes parking in the city is not easy and comes at a premium like many urban areas. However we are one of the few neighborhoods close to attractions that has plenty of free on street parking. Many streets in the neighborhood do not require a permit. Parking Typically can be found within a 2 minute walk from the vrbo. The other option is a hotel that typically is twice or 3 times $$$ what our listing goes for and parking is additional at $30 per night and up. We recommend not having a car and using our amazing subway system. 5 minute walk, 5 minute ride to the center. Bikes are also available at the subway station another great option!

Very charming apartment, historical yet modern conveniences, it was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our Boston trip. The subway station was a short walk through a quaint neighborhood. Terry was a great host, he responded to our questions quickly. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Boston Getaway

After researching hotel prices downtown I was a bit sticker shocked - this place was perfectly priced and offers the conveniences of "home". Clean, comfortable, quiet, and Terry was very helpful. Super close to the subway which was easy to use, surprisingly clean, and cheap!! Highly recommend.

Great apartment close to the T

Great studio apartment that was exactly how it was described. Five minute walk from the Metro Orange Line and there are nice places to eat near. The check in and checkout process was simple. The kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Boston without the hassle.

Excellent efficiency with everything we needed for a short stay. Boston’s mass transit is easy and Uber is always a good backup. Terry is a very responsive host. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Lovely and walkable to transit!

This was a great find. The space was super comfortable for a couple. Orange line is just a few blocks away. The furnishings and kitchen are nicely thought out. The claw foot tub was very cool but I need to mention that anyone with mobility issues might have trouble using it to shower. You need to be able to step over the 2' tall side. Would be really happy to stay again.

Beautiful historic building

Property is exactly as pictured. We had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator not working and the host came immediately to get us set up. Parking was easy to find and the neighborhood has a lot to offer.

Exploring Boston

Loved staying in this historical home for our Boston getaway. Photos were very accurate. It’s not really walkable to most attractions but subway stop is very close and easy to navigate. As others mentioned, there’s a pretty steep hill to walk from the subway station. Also an FYI… there are no laundry facilities in the unit but there’s a shared washer/dryer in the basement. Very quiet street. Overall, a lovely place to call home while exploring this historic city.

The unit we rented was on the second floor, security was good, location good, room was clean and comfortable. Terry was very responsive. Wonderful stay!

Easy city access

First timers to Boston. Super easy access to train routes. So, downtown and back was a breeze. Not much food and grocery in easy walking distance. However, easy access to the train made it work. Neat old apartment building and well appointed flat. Owners were available and quick to respond. Recommend.
