APPARTEMENT FACE À L'EAU IDÉAL ESCAPADE, PAISIBLE

Situé sur la péninsule de Peljesac, l'appartement Kuciste 51b se trouve dans le village de Kuciste et est situé dans une position privilégiée au bord de l'eau dans un village calme et pittoresque de vieux capitaines de mer avec une vue directe de la terrasse du jardin sur la ville médiévale de Korcula sur la côte dalmate; L'appartement est idéal pour un maximum de quatre adultes et jusqu'à deux enfants - composé de deux chambres doubles pour jusqu'à 4 personnes et pour ** +2 personnes (enfants) un lit superposé - une chambre, une salle de bains, un WC séparé, ouvert plan cuisine, salle à manger et salon avec vue sur la mer au niveau du sol. Il y a un coin extérieur dans le jardin au milieu des olives et à seulement quelques pas de là pour une baignade dans les eaux cristallines et propres de la mer Adriatique. Il y a un amarrage au large pour les bateaux rapides de petite taille devant la propriété. À quelques pas des commerces locaux, de la poste, des restaurants, de la location de vélos, de bateaux et de planche à voile.


L'appartement étant positionné sur la magnifique toile de fond du mont Ilija, il est parfaitement situé pour des promenades pittoresques, du vélo, de la randonnée ou tout simplement pour «sortir» du stress de la vie quotidienne. En revanche, son emplacement au bord de l'eau offre la planche à voile, le kitting, la plongée avec tuba, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, la voile ou la natation.

L'emplacement de notre appartement est également très adapté aux personnes de la génération plus âgée, en particulier en mai / juin avant l'arrivée des foules et en septembre / octobre lorsque l'eau est la plus chaude, les restaurants peu fréquentés, les raisins prêts pour la récolte et le vins de nouvelle saison disponibles à la dégustation. La longue route côtière plate et pittoresque est très spéciale pour une promenade à tout moment de la journée (ou de la nuit).

Un emplacement central pour des excursions dans les villes médiévales de Korcula (10 minutes en bateau) et Dubrovnik (150 km); Ston (55 km) 14e siècle, 5 km de long murs de fortification et les marais salants centenaires; excursion en bateau vers le parc national de Mljet; visite en bateau de Peljesac Riviera avec des arrêts pour se baigner sur les îles de Badija et à Lumbarda; Mostar et Medugorje (lieu de pèlerinage); cascades spectaculaires de Kravice où vous pourrez nager à proximité de la Bosnie-Herzégovine, à environ deux heures de route.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay right next to the beach! The apartment is very modern, perfectly equipped and with a lovely view! Natasha is a great host who really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible (she even welcomed us with a platter of fine cheese and ham as well as some drinks, absolutely amazing). We very much enjoyed our time there and can highly recommend it to everyone!

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment auf Natasha and her family. We felt warmly welcome. The place and the whole area is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. We stayed there with another couple and two babies. We highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment with cool garden and beach

Brilliant neat and spacious apartment. Very lovely and generous hosts. Reality surpassed the listing and photos and the shaded garden space with view to Korcula was heaven on hot days. The road in front was really quiet so the little beach felt totally part of the space, lovely to swim/snorkel or lie on sun loungers. Handy shop in the village centre and loads of windsurf and SUP hire within short walk.

Amaizing property

Our stay with Natasha and Joe exceeded all of our expectations. The property was perfect and they were accommodating and extreamly helpfull. We hired Joe to take us on a private winery tour and we had an exceptional day. I would recommend this property to anyone. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. The outside area is delightful.

Perfect location

Nice apartment, very clean , modern equipment. Even better than the pictures, with, in addition, a nice terrace facing the sea. This was one of my favorites from Croatia. The host are present but nevertheless remain discreet and give us a lot of information. The apartment is well located , near the center of interest of which the island of Korcula. My only regret is not staying longer

Exceptional location

Well maintained, clean, well equipped and attractive apartment with extraordinary good location. Large kitchen and bath, bedrooms have plenty of space and the view is fabulous - right to the sea. There is a lovely beach with fantastic opportunities for swimming, windsurfing and relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with everything from ferry timetables to repairing of surfboard. We had two fantastic weeks in this apartment and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoy.

Nice and comfortable

We had a wonderful week at Natasha and Jozo's nice and well equipped apartment. Nothing was missing to feel comfortable in this holiday home. We enjoyed the shaded pavilion with the view to Korcula and the clear water just a few steps away from our apartment. Our host Natasha and Jozo helped us with a lot of tips to discover the peninsula by bike or hiking. We would like to stay there for a further week, but it was booked out. We would recommend it for a relaxing stay in Kuciste.

Perfect location, friendly, welcoming owners

We are just back from a three weeks holiday in Kuciste. The owners Natasha and Jozo are very welcoming and helpful and made us feel home on the first day. The apartment is spotless, clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a seaside holiday with kids. The area outside and around the apartment is charming with a splendid view on the Peljesac canal. It has enough space for children to play around whilst an automatic gate keeps the safe from the sea. The location is ideal for a healthy and relaxing time out as the place is not too crowded and its tourism is rather focused on sports.

Beautifully presented apartment & perfect location

This apartment is an ideal place to enjoy the unspoilt and quiet charm of Kuciste. Our hosts were very helpful but respected their guests privacy. Windsurfing and swimming are just a few metres away. There is all one could need in the apartment and it is perfectly presented. There is a pretty shaded area at the front to enjoy lunch or dinner and loungers for a relax on the beach after windsurfing, swimming, cycling or walking. There is a shop for everyday needs a short stroll away and plenty of restaurants for all tastes within easy reach. We highly recommend a stay at Natasha and Joe's.

Fabulous beach front gem

Great little apartment in an idyllic location with it's own little beach and sun loungers! Natasha and Joe were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is one of the best equipped that we have stayed in, including really nice touches like tea lights (practical stuff too including laundry powder!) It was also immaculately clean and tidy. On arrival there was water and beer in the fridge and a lovely plate of local ham and cheese. There is a stunning seating area in your own private garden overlooking the sea! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and am looking forward to returning next year.

Cozy Oceanfront Stay

Natasha is a lovely host and really went above and beyond to make our stay special. Check in was seamless with good directions and she even had a bottle of sparkling wine as a congrats for our recent wedding. The place is cozy and was perfect for the two of us. The ocean access is directly across the street and it was awesome to have, especially on hot days and there is a beach access just down the street (bring jelly shoes). The area is a bit sleepy and mostly filled with campers and local summer home owners but it’s a great spot if you’re looking to day trip to Korcula or even see some of the beautiful wineries throughout the Peninsula. Natasha and Joe live on the property and were happy to help with suggestions and even lending us personal bikes for use. It was a quiet and cozy stay and a lovely place to relax.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this spotless apartment in a beautiful location in Kuciste. The apartment was ideal for us and our two daughters (17 & 13), and provided everything we needed for a very comfortable week. The location right on the beach is perfect and it is only a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket and a variety of restaurants, all of which were very good value. As we had a hire car we were able to drive all over the Peninsular, enjoying some breathtaking views and visiting some beautiful villages and the walled city of Ston. Kuciste is also the perfect location to travel to nearby Orebic to catch the ferry across to the medieval town of Korcula. We would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends and relatives and would like to thank Natasha and Joe for a very enjoyable week.

A wonderful magical place to stay

Coming from the US and never having been to Croatia before, we really didn't know what to expect. We were traveling with our daughter, son in law and two young grandchildren. All three generations had a wonderful time and loved the accommodations. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The (rocky) beach was steps away from the front door and the crystal clear water was ideal for swimming and playing with the children. Natasha and Joe were wonderful hosts and had helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Korcula was a short ferry ride away and a great day's activity. Boat and bike rental were close by and watching (or doing) sail and kite surfing out the front door was a treat. We highly recommend a stay here.

A great place for family holidays

That is our third time we visited this place and we hope we will manage to come again - I can’t imagine beater recommendation. The apartment is equipped in everything, is well organized suitable to comfortable stay of two families 2+1. It is clean, pleasantly, all devices and facilities are in top shape – like new. The courtyard and the garage enable to storage bikes, windsurfing and other sports staff in ready to use status. Localization – TOP – on the sea level, 20 meters from the sea shore. In less than 15 second You can be on the water with all Your surf staff. Garden – top view for Korcula from bower when the meal can be served on 15 cm thick stone table.

Wonderful house

Wonderful house facing the sea, on the very first row. We did swim in front of the house and lay on chairs available right on the beach! We had also a lunch in the nice garden of the house, with a table under a green foliage. Kitesurf and windsurf school are less than 2km away. Easy trips in Korcula island thanks to the ferry in the next city (Orebic). We appreciated the spacious apartment on the front floor of the house, it is the perfect place for a family with 3 (even 4 if we had one more :) ) children with comfortable and modern equipments: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking in the garden, ... The host is really nice and, noteworthy, a native english speaker! We highly recommend a stay in this apartment and in this area.

Fabulous will return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival Natasha showed us the apartment and willingly answered our questions. Spotlessly clean and everything as said on the website. However the outside area just suited us as we like to eat outside and the lovely pergola in the small garden ( which has won an award in the local garden competition)was superb to sit under in the evening while we had our glass of wine and looked out over the beautiful Adriatic Sea watching the windsurfing. Can't get better than that! We went for nice walks and Natasha s advice on restaurants was spot on. Off street parking was great and remote controlled front gates were so handy. Natasha even arranged transport back to Dubrovnik airport for us. We will definitely return and hope it won't be too long. Thank you for providing such a well maintained property.

Lovely location for exploring Pelješac wineries

My husband and I found Natasha's Kućište apartment to be comfortable, attractive, and extremely clean. We enjoyed a week there, using the apartment as our base for exploring all over the peninsula. Natasha proved to be a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable host. On two occasions, she supplied us with correct information after the tourist information office in Orebic had led us astray with incorrect information. She went out of her way to help us. Some highlights of our stay on Pelješac included: (a) exploring Korčula and attending the Moreška Dance there; (b) a half-day winery tour, with lunch, hosted by Mario Bartulović of the Bartulović Winery; (c) visiting the Franciscan monastery (d) eating at Caffe-Konoba Vitaceae in Trstenik, near the Grgić Winery; (e) seeing the cellar at the Matuško Winery; and (f) those serene Kućište sunsets. We give an enthusiastic recommendation in favor of this lodging option on the Pelješac Peninsula.

Peaceful location with gorgeous views of private beach

We stayed here for a week with two children (7 and 9) and had a wonderful time! Natasha and Jozo were very gracious hosts, discrete but available to answer any questions about the surrounding area. Jozo was kind enough inflate the boat we bought for the kids and even lent us paddles during our stay. Natasha welcomed us with some cheese and ham upon our arrival and spoiled us with some fresh figs from a neighbor's garden - delicious! The apartment is very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated (just like in the pictures). We spent evenings under the pergola watching the sunset over the ocean and grilling on the bbq. We really enjoyed the small private beach just in front of the house across from a quiet street (bring your swimshoes and snorkling gear!). It was a luxury to have our own small jetty and peaceful beach area all to ourselves in the midst of August (high season!). We don't surf but it definitely is the place to be! Try the kayaking at Donkey in Vinganj and don't forget to stop by for homemade ice-cream next-door (new flavors every day and the best we had in Croatia)! We enjoyed the Kuciste local town festival one evening, right by the beautiful waterfront by a pretty old church. And don't miss a visit of Korkula - the boat leaves directly from Kuciste at around 7pm and comes back around 11pm, just perfect for a sunset evening stroll and dinner in the old part of town. It sounds like you really made the most of our wonderful location and am so glad the apartment met your expectations. I sincerely appreciate and thank you, for your generous and enthusiastic review, regarding not just my apartment but also for highlighting all the things to do and see in the area. The foot ferry to Korcula is certainly a must and you clearly enjoyed this wonderful 'mini City'. It was a pleasure to be of service.

Great place that made us change our next year plan

We came to this area for the third time in the row assuming it is last time and we will go somewhere else next year; however, after spending two weeks in this apartment we booked our vacation for next year already ;-) The apartment was perfect for us and our two daughters (age 4 and 7) as well as two our friends that stayed there with us for a week. First of all we were surprised in a very positive way by the welcoming snack that our host prepared for us upon our arrival. Great Dalmatian ham and cheese and bottles of cold karlovacko ;-) It was very much appreciated by us after the long trip we made to get there by car. The apartment is extremely clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need during the stay. It is walking distance from the grocery stores and good restaurants but in a very calm area where you can really rest. You can taste the luxury of having your private beach ;-) This is perfect place for windsurfers. You can enjoy this activity just stepping out the house. There are windsurfing schools around. Our elder daughter attended one and she enjoyed it a lot, especially that she could ride there safely on her bike from the apartment. The location is also good for rollerblades; there is very nice way along the sea perfect for rollerblading and breathing the sea breeze at the same time;-) Our hosts made us feel very comfortable, respected our privacy and were very helpful when needed, e.g., giving some sightseeing or windsurfing advices  I hope we did not bother you too much… And we already are looking forward to next vacation. Lovely and relaxing holiday in beautiful Croatia

This lovely apartment in a small village in Croatia is a place to come back to, the very literal definition of a "home away from home". Situated in a calm, relaxed, small, town in Croatia, with direct access to a small beach, and plenty of opportunity for Windsurfing, it is my family's favorite vacation destination over the past 5 years. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, and offers everything that one would need in terms of comfort and utility, which immediately made us feel very at home. Furthermore, there is a wonderful little pavilion in the front yard, that is at the guests' disposal, which offers shade during the midday heat, and also allowed to eat our self-cooked meals with direct sea-view. Additionally, as a Windsurfing family, we highly appreciated that there was only a 10 meter walk directly into the clear blue sea where we could begin surfing immediately. Hence, it's important to note, that there is regular wind in Kuciste, which is quite suitable for surfers, but even for non-surfers it can be very welcome as a contrast to the strong heat in Croatia during the summer season. The area itself is very quiet, but it therefore really allows for a vacation from the turbulence of one's everyday life where one is at complete peace. However, we also went to nearby villages such as Korcula, Orebic, and Viganj which are all quite accessible and offer cafes and small stores for the occasional ice-cream and day trips. Last but not least, the owners, Natasha and Jozo, are very welcoming and accommodating. They were always willing to answer our questions and suggest the best places to visit, where buy fresh fish, or where to find new surf equipment in the case that something broke. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who likes a calm holiday in a beautiful environment due to its flawless cleanliness, welcoming hosts, and priceless location.

Outstanding property in perfect location!

We have just returned home from a wonderful relaxing holiday at this beautiful apartment in Kuciste , on the Peljesac Penninsula. The lovely owners, Natasha & Joe and family are wonderful hosts who will offer you all the help & advice you may need but do not encroach on your privacy at all. The apartment is really fantastic, very spacious and modern, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need during our stay. The main bathroom is terrific. It is very tastefully furnished. Outside you get your own private furnished terrace, with wonderful views of Korcula. Private sun loungers are also provided on your very own stretch of beach, opposite the apartment. The views are out of this world. Peace & tranquility are definitely on offer in this stunning area of Croatia, but you are also a very short walk from a variety of watersports, restaurants & cafes. Windsurfing & Kite surfing are really popular here with some really nice cool beach bars/ restaurants to chill out in nearby. Orebic is also nearby where you get the short ferry ride to Korcula. On this trip we had hired a car and drove all over the Peljesac Peninsula from sleepy, stunningly beautiful, villages like Loviste and Trpanje to the vineyards and walled city of Ston. Kuciste is a fantastic base if you want to look around the Peninsula but is also perfect if you just want to relax and soak up the sun & enjoy the wonderful views from your own little piece of paradise. Great apartment in a stunning area of Croatia away from the hustle & bustle but still with everything on your doorstep. Will definitely recommend to family & friends without hesitation. We were very sorry to leave. Thanks to Natasha & Joe & family for their kind hospitality. The whole booking process was faultless from start to our arrival. Beautiful spacious apartment with wonderful view

Apartment was very clean and more spacious than anticipated. Plenty of kitchen equipment. The shower/laundry room was extremely useful as it had a big butler sink which was handy for washing snorkelling equipment and beach shoes. Very relaxing but there are numerous places to explore if you prefer and don’t mind driving some very windy roads. Natasha is very friendly and even gave us some of her daughter’s birthday cake.

Sehr schöne Lage. Direkt am Meer. Das Appartament war sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können nur weiter empfehelen. Wir kommen wieder gerne.
