Résumé
Ce superbe appartement de 2 chambres est situé à quelques pas des nombreuses attractions de Harrogate, à l'extrémité inférieure de la 'Cold Bath Road', connue pour ses delis, cafés, restaurants et magasins indépendants. Il y a aussi un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied.
Situé à proximité du superbe parc Valley Garden, du Stray et du centre de conférences de 200 acres, cet appartement de deux chambres convient parfaitement aux voyageurs d'affaires et de loisirs, ainsi qu'aux familles souhaitant visiter les nombreuses attractions de la région.
L'appartement est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d'un bĂątiment historique, accessible depuis une salle commune et un escalier. La porte de l'appartement s'ouvre sur un hall d'oĂč toutes les chambres sont situĂ©es, avec un systĂšme d'interphone.

HĂ©bergement
Le logement comprend une salle de style de vie spacieuse avec deux grands canapés et une table basse, et dans la baie vitrée une table à manger avec des siÚges pour 4 personnes. La cuisine comprend une cuisiniÚre électrique et un four, un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, une machine à laver et de nombreux espaces de travail.
La tĂ©lĂ©vision peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e pour regarder des programmes de tĂ©lĂ©vision et d'enregistrement en direct, ainsi que pour accĂ©der Ă  BBC iPlayer, Ă  ITV Hub et Ă  Netflix.

À l'arriĂšre de la propriĂ©tĂ© il y a une chambre double lumineuse avec lit king size, armoire et coiffeuse. Adjacent est la salle de bain partagĂ©e qui est spacieuse et contient une baignoire avec douche, WC et lavabo. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© du couloir se trouve une deuxiĂšme chambre, avec deux lits simples, une coiffeuse et une armoire et des vues Ă  l'avant. Toutes les fenĂȘtres de l'appartement sont en double vitrage.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and had comfortable beds. It was situated in a good location, within walking distance of the shops and Valley park. It was a good base to explore Harrogate. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in very convenient location. Only issue for some people could be that it is up two flights of stairs, but that was fine for us.

Location is Perfect - Note the Stairs

This flat was perfect for a week in town visiting my husband's parents. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants in central Harrogate. Please note that this flat is up two flights of stairs, so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

All instructions re free parking ( tricky in Harrogate) were given well ahead of our visit. Access was easy and the flat was exactly as described. It was extremely clean with ample towels and beds nicely made up. Bathroom was well appointed with shower over bath and hot water was plentiful. Kitchen also well appointed . We managed to get the TV to work so all was good. Excellent location as pubs, bars and restaurants were in abundance all round us. All the sights like Spa and pump room were very near and accessible. We were impressed with the shops in Harrogate again no more than 10 minutes walk away ..as was Betty's! A great rental all round

Ideal for visit to Harrogate

First visit to Harrogate - wanted to see the town itself and visit various nearby attractions - Brimlow Rocks, RHS Harlow Carr, Fountains Abbey and Harewood House - none disappointed. The flat was lovely and had alomost everthing we needed. We did notice the lack of a wooden spoon for use with the non-stick pans to make porridge for breakfast. The location is very closer to the centre of Harrogate and its many interesting shops and restaurents and also a nice park for a walk in the evening sunchine. The only real downside is the lack of a parking space nearby - I realise this is not the fault of the owners but it was a bit annoying having to find a parking space 10 mins walk away, and it made unloading an loading a bit more of a hassle. But otherwise it was great - and thanks for the bottle of prosecco! Gloria & Richard Fisker

Property stay

This was a wonderful property and first class location! The property was clean and incredibly well stocked, It was also really spacious which was perfect for our family and having people visit during my stay. The location couldn’t be any better and had a fantastic mix of stores and Restaurants close by with an easy walk into town and all of its amenities. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Harrogate!

Beautiful apartment close to the shops and train station. Everything you could need was available. Great place as a starting point to visit Yorkshire.
