A beautiful Victorian property, elegant and bright. Fully equipped kitchen with french doors leading to a sunny furnished terrace. Designers Guild fabrics used throughout the house give a luxurious feel to this very comfortable house.
There are three floors to this property all of which are available to the guests as well as a balcony terrace to the rear overlooking garden snd mature trees and has a garden to the front of the property.
As the property is set in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood it is NOT suitable for noisy rowdy get togethers.

It has 4 bedrooms 2 double and 2 single and 2 bathrooms. Please enquire for bookings of any more 4 adults and 2 children

Townhouse was warm and wrlcoming upon arrival with Christmas lights twinkling. The botyle of Prosecco was downwd quickly. A lovely addition.Lovely and clean, host communicated well and messaged to check all was ok with us.

Amazing property and location!

My third time at this property but with a different group of friends this time. They absolutely loved it and the experience was as great as ever. Lovely well-appointed house, lots of thoughtful touches (Prosecco and milk left for us which was great after a long journey) and there was even a Christmas tree up in the lounge!

Perfect Family Holiday!

This house was absolutely perfect for our cozy family holiday to Harrogate. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the location is perfect - just a short walk to central Harrogate. Please that there is a steep staircase up to the bedroom floors. There are handrails and lights on all the time so it's very safe, but something to keep in mind if any of your party has mobility issues.

Gorgeous house in a fabulous location

The house is located in the centre of town within easy walk to everything, Betty’s and the Valley Gardens and the high street shops and many restaurants. We were 6 adults and managed to eat around the table each evening after being out most of the day. The rooms are comfortable and have everything that you need. I would definitely return. Whisper quiet

Elegant property within walking distance of amenities. Close by to coffee shops, small supermarket and easy walking distance into town. Squirrels and birds in the back garden. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, heating was perfect. Excellent communication with host, would recommend.

Beautiful house, beautiful location

A beautiful and clean property situated in the heart of Harrogate. A perfect location of being quiet but still very close to everything you need. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Tidy and incredibly clean house throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Host was flexible, friendly and quick to respond to any questions and queries. Would you 100% stay here again, cannot recommend high enough. Thanks!!

Outstanding place to stay

Perfect in every way

The house itself is very well presented and well equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet yet 5 minutes walk away from the centre. Harrogate itself is beautiful. A really lovely stay.

Very convenient location close to Harrogate town centre with Bettys Tearoom within 10 minutes walk. The house was spotless with all the home comforts you would need. Clare was very responsive with any queries I had.

Heating

Lovely house in nice area but when got there was freezing.. tried to switch heating stat control up but didn't do anything. Contacted owner who said would sort next day or bring som e heaters. Late into after heaters arrived but didn't want to leave on while out as were electric fan heaters.. told plumber arrived around 6 ish.. told it was fixed but it had unpaired itself and implied was my fault because I had tried to turn it up.. Next day offered 1 free night voucher off a new booking and thanked owner.. voucher never arrived on return home. Sent a message thinking may have got wrong email address.. was told being sent that day.. Still not arrive 2 weeks later.. Good service but no reason to lie.. had planned a long weekend after discussion with Friends about voucher free night but will stay elsewhere ...
