Riverside Cottage est un petit havre de paix pour deux, à deux pas de la rivière East Stour. Magnifiquement meublé et donnant sur les terres agricoles, c’est un endroit charmant pour une pause détente avec de superbes promenades dans les environs et un bon pub, le Farrier's Arms, situé à seulement une minute de la porte principale. S'il vous plaît noter qu'il a un parking pour une voiture seulement. La boutique du village pour tous vos besoins essentiels est d'environ un mile sur la route. La ville cathédrale de Canterbury est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture avec une merveilleuse gamme de musées, restaurants et cafés à choisir. Pour une aventure, prenez le train à Eurotunnel qui est juste en bas de la route et en 35 minutes vous serez dans le nord de la France avec ses jolis villages et ses belles plages. La ville balnéaire pittoresque de Hythe est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture avec de belles plages de galets et de bateaux à louer sur le Royal Militray Canal et le célèbre parc animalier de Port Lympne est à seulement huit kilomètres. Excellent cottage

After a long journey with heavy traffic it was a pleasure to have a warm greeting by the owners and to rest in this beautiful cottage . We had a lovely time at Lympne wild animal park, and the next day at Canterbury cathedral . Would highly recommend this accommodation and its setting in the countryside is just perfect

Weekend stay

Lovely, cosy, clean cottage with fabulous views in a lovely village. The hosts are very friendly and informative. It's a perfect location for us when visiting family, we are glad to have found this little gem.

Absolutely fabulous!

Riverside cottage is such a great property in so many ways. Great hosts, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could want for a little self catering break plus lovely views across the fields. And a great pub just up the road! Highly recommended!!!

Tony was a pleasure to interact with before and during our stay. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. It was also well outfitted with supplies. Great little village with walking trails and pub that brews their own beer nearby. The cottage was also conveniently located and easy to get out and about each day.

Lovely relaxing stay

This is a lovely cottage for two people with great views from the living area. It has all amenities and plenty of space to relax in. It is well situated for visiting south Kent and has the advantage of a pub a few yards away which does great food. The only issue we had was that the wifi did not have a strong signal.
