It was the perfect location for the extended family gathering for our daughter’s wedding at Bolton Abbey. The hot tub was an added bonus for recovering the day after. Aside from the convenience and comfort, the surrounding views of the North Yorkshire Dales countryside were stunning!

Loved our stay at this property that was as excellent base for our family to explore Skipton and the many other locations and wonders of the Yorkshire Dales. Host is great, location is peaceful, and there are amazing views of the surrounding valley and farms. My kids (young adults) stayed with us and they thought it was the perfect location for a family vacation. We would definitely come and stay again.

The spacious open plan area and hot tub were perfect for our family gathering. The bedrooms were also nicely presented and comfortable and the dogs loved the space outside. We enjoyed the walks in the area and Skipton. Communication with the host was great.

A beautiful, spacious and modern converted stable block - making a unique holiday rental. The secluded hot tub with lovely views was perfect after a long day out hiking. The location is perfect with lovely Yorkshire villages close by, with so many walking routes in the area. Skipton is approx 8 mins drive away. The main bathroom was enormous and two of the bathrooms were en-suite too, which was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped, with a few essentials left in the cupboards too. Wish we could have stayed for longer!We were a group of six ladies, staying two nights and enjoyed three good walks and managed a bit of shopping in Skipton too.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for the children to run around- although the field area was too grown up to be accessible. Nice views, peaceful place. Clean and comfortable.

We couldn't believe the value for money with this stay, seeing the property and surrounding in person is really beautiful. Ann was so helpful before during and after our stay and even decorated the property for myself and my bridal party which was so kind. I couldn't recommend this place enough and we will definitely come back with family just for a relaxing retreat. A beautiful find, thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely stay in quiet location

We found the property an ideal base for the Yorkshire Dales, plenty of walking during our stay and the Hot Tub was a very welcome relaxation after a long day out on the hills. Signal was fine, we did not miss having no Wifi as it helped stop us looking on line so much and unwind more

Excellent property well equipped quiet spot, well equipped. Great location for exploring Yorkshire Dales especially Wharfedale. Quiet, private location, comfortable and clean accommodation with plenty of outdoor space and pleasant views. Will be looking at returning.

A really lovely property in excellent condition with first class facilities. The kitchen has a really high spec, it amazed us what it could do! Our only gripes were the very squeaky doors to the bedrooms and the motion detector lights in the bedrooms but it truly is a lovely property and we would recommend it at a drop of a hat. The views were stunning, especially from the hot tub

Loved this place

Loved our stay. Gorgeous house in beautiful quiet location. Lots to do in the area. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Multi generational group with dogs - we all loved it. Hot tub was idyllic with fabulous views and dark starry nights. We would definitely go back.

It was a wonderful property. Perfect for what we needed for an extended family get together as Laura has missed Xmas due to Ambulance Service night shifts.
