Lovely time in San Javier

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We had a lovely time. House was equipped with everything you need. Location was great for all amenities. Pool was very relaxing. Host Leon was very accommodating, communication was great. Would definitely book to go again.

A great sized house and pool in a good location.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late but the owners had got us some shopping in which was a great help. The house was really good with lots of outdoor space for sitting and the communal pool was a bonus! Everything we needed was in the house and it is ideally located for driving to the beach and walking to restaurants in the evenings too and the area is nice and quiet. The owner replied to any questions I had really quickly and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Winter break

The location was fantastic plenty of open space nearby for dog walking Neighbourhood and neighbours very friendly supermarkets within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby all within walking distance ranging from Indian Chinese Bulgarian Mexican. pizzas burgers you name it all nearby the beach is not far you can walk through the park to the beach where there is a handy bar about halfway for drinks and a good selection of food. The Mar Menor Lagoon is fantastic clean and safe for children we were there for 2 months and would not hesitate to return👌👌

The Best Summer ever

La casa esta situada en una zona espectacular. Si os encanta el mar, la naturaleza, la tranquilidad os recomendo este lugar. Tiene supermercados, restaurants y si tienes mascotas es el mejor sitio para estar con ellas.

Great place to stay in a good location. Everything is within walking distance. The property is well equipped with all utensils and appliances you need. Would stay again and recommend people to stay there. Also good communication with owners.

Great location for the centre of Los Alcázares overall a nice villa ,

Could do with the garden furniture cleaned for arrivals parasol all ripped. Agent also stated there was a travel cot and there wasn’t so we had to hire one at short notice. But generally a nice holiday let

Thank you for your 4 stars and in response to your constructive comments and would like to say that considering you had a 3 week stay your comments are very positive. We clean the garden furniture every time a guest leaves and because the house is so close to the beach occasionally the wind blows sand on the development. The umbrella may have been left open and got slightly ripped, we never noticed as the rip was so small, we have now replaced the umbrella, thank you for pointing that out. With regards to the travel cot, I have checked all our correspondence and at no point was the travel cot requested, in the past we have always supplied a travel cot on request. As a gesture of goodwill upon receipt of the costs you incured for the travel cot, I will personally refund the full amount. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you soon. Kind regards

Los Alcázares house

Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants Nice quiet area and the house gets the sun from first thing in the morning so breakfast outside in February. House is well equipped would definitely stay again.

Lovely house in good area

This is a lovely house in a nice area. Everything you could need in the house. The owner is great and really easy to organise your stay with. The pool area is small but the pools themselves are spotless and lovely to swim and cool off in. We had a great stay and would definitely go back again.

We had a great time and a wonderful house.

We had a great time at your house. It was perfect for us and a lovely house in a great location, we walked everywhere. Ideal area for the kidsand fab pool. The beaches are amazing. Many thanks for letting us use it. We have been raving about it to friends and family. We would definitely love to go back one day.
