This beautiful 3 bedroom end of terrace townhouse is located in the residential area of the Valencia Urb in Villamartin. When you arrive it is simply amazing, large outdoor space and decorated to high standards.
On entering you have a large living room area able to seat six easily with flat-screen TV and a full nationality of channels plus FREE WIFI. There is airconditioning in the living room also. The dining room is also large and can easily seat six comfortably with beautiful views outside. The kitchen is fully fitted to modern standards and has a dishwasher also. As well a storage cupboard next to it. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds each, fitted wardrobes and airconditioning. There is a family bathroom fully fitted as well. Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, airconditioning and an ensuite shower. There is a large balcony off of the master bedroom to relax, enjoy the sun, have an evening drink and just take in the views. Outside is spacious with plenty of room to relax and sunbathe as well have a BBQ for friends and family. The communal pool is just around the corner a minutes walk away. Simply put, a luxury home for a luxury holiday in Spain.
Being centrally located, you can take a stroll to the Los Dolses and Rioja commercial centre's where you find plenty of places to eat and drink, have a bit of breakfast or whatever suits. You can easily walk to the world famous Villamartin Plaza where you have over 30 places to eat, drink and just enjoy your day.
The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2-minute drive away and many others such as Las Rambles and Campoamor Golf Course. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive as well plus several others should you choose. If not the beach you can spend a day or two in the largest shopping mall in Europe, Zenia Blvd just a few minutes drive away. You will find all of the high street shops from Zara to Primark! A Hiper market grocery store and Casino as well.
The location of this townhouse makes it the perfect holiday retreat. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is so much to offer you will not even need to hire a car.
As with all In The Sun Holiday properties, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!
