Lovely Villa

The villa and swimming pool were spotless when we arrived and there is everything that you need for a comfortable stay. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and it’s only about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Carlos was quick to respond if we had any queries so overall we had a lovely stay.

Amazing Stay and Outstanding Host

The villa was amazing, and looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and in such close proximity to shops! I would like to thanks Carlos, as we were there during the black out of spain and portugal, and Carlos came round to let us know the update, and to make sure we was ok. He also dropped off candles so that we could have some light at night! Highly recommend, thank you :)

Greta Villa

Second time we've been fortunate enough to stop at this Villa and both times have been great. It's in an ideal location, just 5 minutes walk to Lidl with Aldi another 5 minutes further. Fifteen minute walk to the Old Town or 5 minutes in an Uber. The villa was spotlessly clean upon arrival and getting in was no problem at all with 'easy to follow' instructions direct from the owner. There were 7 of us in total so more than enough room throughout. The pool is great, especially the little round bit at the top where you can cool down without having a swim and there's more than enough loungers to cater for a big group.It's in a relatively quiet area so no disturbances throughout the night. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it highly.

Nice villa

Listed as 6 bedroom villa but only 4 as the top floor with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was locked. Pool was beautiful at first but towards the end of our stay got very green and cloudy. The last 2 days unusable even though i messaged the owner but got no reply. No maid came to change the beds as promised.Not the fault of the owner but lots of dogs in the area barking all day. Villa itself was good with everything we needed.Supermarkets close by. Old town walkable. We made the best of it and had a good holiday but could have been better.

The location of this villa was very good and convenient, which was probably the main positive of our stay. However, unfortunately the condition and cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired.The villa itself feels very outdated and in need of a full revamp. On arrival, the fridge was dirty, there were noticeable urine stains on an upstairs mattress, and the pool tiles were visibly dirty. The patio area and edges of the pool were also overgrown with weeds, which gave the outdoor space an unkempt appearance.There was a musky smell throughout the rooms during our stay, and we did not see any cleaning staff at any point. Bedding was not changed, and there was no fresh linen available for us to change beds ourselves.The games room also felt neglected and had an eerie atmosphere. The foosball table was very outdated, the pool table was old, and we were surprised that even the darts required payment to use as they were electric.We were a group of seven, and sadly one person ended up in hospital due to what was believed to be a reaction to dust mites, which was very concerning.Overall, while the location was good, the villa did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort, and significant improvements are needed.

Fantastic holiday

We enjoyed this holiday so much. Pool was fantastic, it had an outdoor toilet and a fridge in the games room so no need to walk through the villa wet as you could get a drink/ice lolly from the fridge freezer. Games room needs a revamp but it was good. We would have preferred the games outside but for people who want to get out the sun it was great. Gorgeous outdoor seating area and the bbq had everything you needed. Lots of sunbeds however the legs were very flimsy. We stayed elsewhere after this and they had the same beds but bolted the legs so they stayed in place but you could still movethe sunbed. I would suggest that they do this as leaning forwards on the sunbed caused the legs to bow and break which we were billed 80 euros. Apart from that it was brilliant. The pool had seating in the circle area at the top which was amazing. Rooms big and aircon was really good. Lots of bathrooms. Great location 2 min walk to lidl and 5 to aldi. If you want a taxi book a bolt. We went to both old town and new town and all were around 3-7 euros.

Super villa.

Wij hebben hier met 8 vrienden een super vakantie van 6 dagen gehad. Prima ruime en nette woning met een prachtig zwembad en mooie ingebouwde bbq. Het enige puntje is dat de matrassen behoorlijk hard zijn...... Verder is de gastheer zeer gastvrij en goed bereikbaar voor allerlei zaken ! Zou hier zo weer heen gaan !!

Prachtige villa

Het is een prachtige villa op een rustig gelegen plek. Ik en mijn vrienden hebben het er erg naar ons zin gehad met het grote zwembad en de ruime woning.
