The property is in an excellent position, close to all the amenities & beach. It is very well equipped & we really appreciated the welcome provisions that were left. The balcony gets sun all the way to sun set . The swimming pools were very clean & well maintained too.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, 5 mins from everything you need. Quiet at night, swimming pool was a bonus. Only slight problem was accessing the main building. Either the door locks or the key wasn't working correctly and we had to fiddle around for a few minutes to get inside.

Magnifique Moraira

It's always a great pleasure to be in a very pleasant apartment. Like every year we had a great holiday in Moraira. the geolocation of the apartment is magnificent, you can do everything on foot, go to the beach, the supermarket, the restaurant etc.

Great location, lovely sunset from the balcony.

Great spot, 2 mins walk to shops and bars. 5 mins walk to the beach. Spacious kitchen, lounge dinner. Apartment was clean and ready to go for us. Good communications from the host who went the extra mile with supplying toys so our children were welcomed. Would I book again. Yes definitely.

Very comfortable.

We were visiting Moraira for a week and this apartment was perfect for wandering into the town and down to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking delicious meals and the bathroom, with the new shower, was lovely! It has everything you need for a short holiday including very comfortable beds. Communication with the owners was good, too, with prompt and friendly responses. We would recommend this apartment - and the sunsets seen from the balcony were spectacular!

Apartment near centre

I enjoyed staying at the property and found it very convenient for town . Only criticism is that I thought it had English tv as being on my own it would have been good to have in the evenings . The write up said satellite and cable tv and presumed it meant English but only had Spanish .

Quick February getaway.

We booked fairly last minute to escape the awful British weather over half term . unfortunately weather was not great in Moraira that week, but this was made far easier by how well equipped the apartment was for our kids (8 and 5), toys for them to play with and a great selection of DVDs helped no end. The apartments living room area is very large for this type of rental, we were never on top of each other and were very comfortable. we have family in Moraira so visit frequently, this is genuinely the best equipped rental we have stayed in, and for the first time ever in Spain COMFY beds! would not hesitate to re-book and the location is perfect for all Moraira has to offer!

Good communication before visit and was able to check in early. Found keys in key box but there were about 10 identical boxes! Keys stiff to use in both locks but managed. Lovely well kept gardens and nice clean pool area on 5th floor. Homely spacious flat with literally everything you could ask for inc welcome pack, washing machine etc. Air con is a must in August so great to have. Great location, 5 min walk from beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Huge free car park opposite and bus stop. Tried to arrange late check out but unable to contact host however would not put us off staying here again. A very enjoyable stay

Un appartement pratique et confortable

Dans un immeuble assez ancien, 40 ans, mais qui a du être de haut de gamme à son époque, Un grand séjour donnant sur un balcon au sud, avec cuisine intégrée et deux belles chambres dont une noire, chacune avec panderie. 4ème étage avec ascenseur. L'immeuble est à l'entrée du village, tous commerces alimentaires et autres à deux pas. A l'entrée, on a le plaisir de trouver un fonds de cuisine très complet. Tout est parfait si ce n'est l'absence d'un lave vaisselle et la difficulté de se garer au pied de l'immeuble ( mais il y a un vaste parking public gratuit à 200 m). Amplio, buena ubicación

El apartamento está bien ubicado y es bastante amplio. Tiene la playa a 5 minutos andando y tiendas y restauración al lado. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones que hacen una estancia agradable. La piscina muy bien ya que no había nunca casi nadie. Estaba todo limpio aunque al entrar había un olor extraño. Faltaba algo de menaje de cocina como vasos o sartenes.
