Such a lovely place to stay. Everything had been well thought of. The property was very clean and comfortable. The fenced garden was perfect for our dogs as well. Would definitely recommend and return again.Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Holiday

Had a lovely holiday here. Plenty to do and the children’s play ares was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again 😁

Idyllic cottage

Lovely location, well equipped cottage, plenty of outdoor space as well as inside. Friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!!

What a great base to explore Dorset from!! The barn was stunning with everything you would need and expect! Wood burner was great, and the massive private paddock was enjoyed by our dog!! Lisa and Alistair great hosts! We will be back!

Lovely barn conversion ideally situated for exploring West Dorset and the Jurassic Coast

Fantastic family holiday exploring West Dorset and the Jurassic Coast. Lovely barn conversion ideally located to allow exploring whilst having shops/amenities of Bridport and local beach at West Bay on the doorstep. Lisa and Alistair (and Woody & Buzz) were lovely and helpful, from initial correspondence, on arrival and during our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

A very comfortable, clean, well appointed property in idyllic surroundings.

We felt that "Roe Barn" was attractive to look at, and enjoyable to live in. It was well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and well appointed. The linen and towels were spotless. Everything worked, as it should. There was plenty of comfortable garden furniture outside. The site was extremely quiet and peaceful whilst we were there. Directions to the property were excellent, as were the instructions on how everything in the property worked.

Perfect holiday with friends

First holiday for us with our 3 year old dog and friends with their 12 year old dog. So with the age difference they may have wanted different activities, but no, both enjoyed the garden with the elevated views, the extended grounds (which was discretely fenced off for peace of mind) to run and be dogs. The accommodation was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs to enjoy a week of walking and relaxation. The nearby attractions and coastline suited us down to the ground. Beach fishing proved to be very successful with plenty of fish for our suppers! Our hosts were available for anything, but after our greeting we knew everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Lovely bed linen, soft towels, fully equipped kitchen and great space, we thoroughly enjoyed our week and we will be back with the dogs! We could not recommend this site more, loved it! Plus the weather was beautiful in October ♥️♥️

What a lovely place to holiday!Lisa was an amazing host and very kind friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Was impressed with how much was there in terms of utensils etc Crockery was very nice too as were the glosses. Water pressure was great too!Lovely cottage feel which is exactly what we wanted! Bridport is a really lovely town with great restaurants! Pymore inn and the Rise at west bay beach were really great! Thanks again Lisa for such a wonderful stay
