Cette riviÚre Villa de luxe avec Cottage séparé est situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage centrale de palme Pacific Harbour bordée à l'extrémité orientale de la cÎte de corail. Combinée la propriété dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complÚtes et dort 9. Tant la Villa et le Cottage ont une cuisine complÚte et les salles de presse séparées avec télévision par satellite.

Parfait pour vos vacances fidjienne cette propriété riveraine privée fermée se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de centres de villégiature et restaurants, à 5 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Pacific Harbour, à 10 minutes à pied du quartier commerçant du village et facile de 5 minutes en voiture de la voie navigable Trent Jones golf 18 trous. Cette retraite au bord du fleuve a une chambre confortable écran cantilever étendant sur la riviÚre soutenu par des jardins tropicaux luxuriants. La propriété a un accÚs facile à la riviÚre pour le kayak et les sports nautiques.

La villa principale dispose de deux grandes chambres avec salle de bains attenante, d'un salon ouvert et d'une salle à manger, d'une grande cuisine à service complet comprenant une cuisiniÚre à gaz et un four ainsi que d'une salle multimédia à l'étage.

La chambre principale est grande et confortable avec un coin salon séparé et une vue sur la spectaculaire façade de la riviÚre Qaraniqio avec portes françaises à la piscine et la douche extérieure. La salle est complÚte avec douche et jacuzzi séparé pour vos besoins de relaxation.

La deuxiÚme chambre peut accueillir 3 personnes et est configurée avec un lit queen et un lit simple, avec une salle de bains et un accÚs direct à la piscine et au jardin.

Séparé sur la propriété, le chalet dispose de deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre (4) personnes. Une chambre avec un lit king-size et la seconde a un lit queen avec vue sur les jardins et la riviÚre.

WOW THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING AND BETTER THAN OUR EXPECTATIONS. VERY SPACIOUSAND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS HUGE AND FULLY EQUIPPED.ALEXXIS WAS PROMPT IN REPLYING, WHEN WE HAD A QUERY.THE POOL WAS AMAZING AND THE KIDS SPENT LOTS OF TIME PLAYING IN IT.THEY ALSO ENJOYED THE KAYAKS IN THE RIVER.THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO LOCAL SHOPS AND CAFES. Beautiful spot

Beautiful house, garden and pool. We had an amazing time staying here, the kayaking down the mangroves was a highlight, so secluded and private. The pool area is awesome. Alexxis was fast to respond to anything we needed.

Best Vrbo Ever

Wonderful get away

The location was great. The facilities to Pacific Harbour are an easy walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet. The villa easily accommodated 6 adults and a baby. The essentials are provided, from towels to coffee beans. The kitchen is proportional to the size of the house and is well appointed. The pool is large. The kayaks are in great condition and the kayaking is a must-do. The garden and grounds is well kept. The owners are attentive and lovely hosts. Overall, this is a fabulous home and an ideal location for family living and vacation.

Great property.

We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

A Gem in Paradise

I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

Get away

The house was a perfect place to relax and enjoy close-by activities, like river rafting and diving. The terrace beside the river was a great place to read on rainy days. Just be aware that there are always people on the property doing work and maintenance and in the workshop in front of the house, and as they walk around rhe property they can get a view of the inside (kitchen, living areas) as the property doe not have blinds in the living space area.

Luxurious and spacious property with all you need

Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you

What a beautiful home!!!

The riverfront estate was beautiful! We spent seven days of our 12-day trip at this location and wilI say that it will have a lasting impression on our wonderful trip. The estate was clean and well-kept with local flowering plants and fresh fruit all around. The river patio was the best place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping around us. Alexxis was a great host and made things easy for us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Fiji. We will be back!!!

Family Holiday

The property was amazing, beautiful location by the river and close for alot of activities. Todd and Alexxis were great, always got back to us quickly and Dee was great in helping us with contacting and organising some activities! We all loved the pool, river jumping and kayaking. Absolutely beautiful home away from home

Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. Gardens were absolutely stunning with the outdoor deck and enclosed patio perfectly situated right on the river. Home was immaculate with everything you need with pool and aircon. Our favourite place to date wonderful would highly recommend

Way better than expected

We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

It was a good stay and a beautiful location and staff was friendly. Thank you all. Downside: pool Could Use some Lighting and the back yard and from and all Around the property could use some motion sensor lights so that guest see if anyone or even the stray dog be approaching or is on the property without permission

Secretly I don’t want to share my views on this property because I want to keep this gem in paradise to myself😬 My family and friends. 8 of us created the most amazing memories here The home Yes it’s a home is more than what we expected. Little tings like cookware and dishes and instructions on what to do etc The pool. The screen room-not to watch to tv but to screen us from outside elements while enjoying a good read or just a quiet moment. The kayaks. The ability to fish by the river or just watch boats n kayaks go by Hosts recommend Mark for fishing and he must be the best because my husband who hardly says anything raves about the experience and the fish galore. Alexxis, Todd and the team of Dee. Alisi and bela are super hosts and very responsive. We are already planning when to come back and friends and family are wanting to know how they can book this place Thanks Alexxis and Todd

Complete with a huge family style pool, the special over the water screened in deck and gigantic pool side umbrellas you will come and never want to leave!
