Spacious, comfortable 4-person house Joint heated pool/fireplace, garden.

A wonderfully spacious and fully furnished 4-person house with plenty of natural light, located in the beautiful Meuse Valley of southeastern Belgium, near the French border.

Maurenne is the name of the charming village where we offer our two comfortable vacation homes for rent.

It’s a stunning and diverse natural area.
The Meuse winds through the landscape, and the section between Hastiere, Dinant, and Namur is particularly beautiful with its rock formations that are popular for climbing. If you take one of the many hikes along the Meuse or the small river Lesse, you’ll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Meuse Valley.

So you can go on lovely hikes, kayak on the Lesse, visit castles, ride a rail bike on an old railroad line, explore caves, and tour abbeys. You’re not far from France, and there’s plenty to see there as well.

And then, of course, there’s the heated outdoor pool measuring 8x6 and 1.80 deep, where you can swim a few laps after a day out.
It’s “open” from mid-May/early June through mid-September.
This pool is reserved for our two vacation homes and is located about 70 meters from the 4-person vacation home.

The house (which is wonderfully bright) is fully equipped and tastefully decorated, with beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling and charming alcoves in the walls.
In the enclosed garden (ideal for your pets—up to 2 are welcome), you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
There’s also a barbecue and, of course, patio furniture.

The cozy and spacious living room features a fireplace and TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, a double-door refrigerator, a toaster, and, of course, all the pots and pans you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal and enjoy it in the dining area with its large dining table.
And in the summer, of course, outside on the patio.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 with one mattress) and the other with two single beds.

The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

There are two toilets: one downstairs and one upstairs.

PLEASE NOTE: PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE €35.00 FOR CLEANING AND UTILITY COSTS (ELECTRICITY, HEATING, AND FIREWOOD).
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS €150.00.
THIS MUST BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU UPON DEPARTURE.
ENERGY COSTS ARE OFTEN DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
