Absolutely wonderful...

This property is so unique and beautiful and so well-supplied and managed. We LOVED it. It is also very conveniently located. I hope to stay here again and visit more of the coastal area of Greece.

Great stay, great location

Very nice property, well located near the marina. Easily walk to the marina, bus, train, hop on and off, grocery store, restaurants and more. Dimitris greeted us as we arrived and explained everything. Everything was as described. We would definitely return.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of space to spread out. It's conveniently located, with multiple public transport options nearby. It's only 10 mins walk to the public beach and 5 mins to Flisvos Marina with multiple food options. The host Dimitrius took special care of us, making our stay especially pleasant. Highly recommend!

This was easily the best stay on our month-long vacation. The unit is large, has a full kitchen, comfortable bed, ocean and Harbor views, a ridiculously large shower, great A/C and located short walk to Bus and Tram Station and in a very quiet neighborhood. If you are considering getting away from the chaos that you get with being downtown, couldn't recommend this place enough.Dimitris was beyond helpful (secured transporation for us to and from Airport). He was quick to respond and even raced over to help us get back in the unit (we locked ourselves out).Lynn & David

Retro vibe meets relaxation

This was my second stay and was just as awesome as the first! The location is super (immediate access to public transportation and across the street from the beach). On one side you have the hustle of a major city and the other the chill of the beach scene! And the hosts are incredible! Even though our arrival was delayed until midnight, they met us in person & gave us the full tour.

L’appartement est très complet et très agréable situé entre le centre ville et les plages je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme le seul défaut pas de parking dans l’immeuble mais avec un peu de patience on trouve à se garer

Amazing !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos, et les services proposés sont irréprochables (réservation de taxi pour les transferts, ménage). De plus, l'appartement est à proximité de tout (restaurants, commerce, transports en commun), ce qui n'était pas négligeable. Les propriétaires du lieu sont très réactifs et très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100% !

Very good Appartment and nice hosts

Nicoletta and her friends/family were very good and pleasant hosts. We could check-in late at 10 p.m. The Apartment had more than we aspected (For example kitchenproducts). The view from the balcony is Open-spaced and nice. Nearby there are many supermarkets, Restaurants, Public Transport and the great harbour-area of course.

Perfect location. The bus stop and a taxi stand are right across the street. Great and fast communication with the owner and her assistant. I recommend this property to anyone traveling to Athens. Thank you.

Almost 5 stars

My wife and I stayed at the residence recently for 11 days . The home was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated . The tram and bus stops were directly across the street. The marina is also very close and featured a few dining options. The WI-FI was strong and the smart TV with Netflix capabilities was a nice surprise. The main issue we had was that one of the two toilets, was basically unusable. When we arrived we were met by Nikki (the greeter), who showed us around and gave us an extremely basic introduction of the home (she seemed annoyed that she had to be there). I pointed out to Nikki that the toilet seat in the master bathroom upstairs was completely detached and broken off. She told me to use the bathroom 2 flights downstairs, off from the kitchen.. !! Wait....What??? A properly functioning toilet is a basic requirement. Instead of telling us to use the bathroom downstairs, Nikki should have initiated the process of having it repaired. We stayed the entire 11 days without the issue being corrected.

We are very sorry you experienced what perceived to be neglect on our part in regard to the toilet seat issue. Thank you for your honest feedback, if only you had got in touch with us directly during your stay and we would have resolved the issue immediately. We had no idea about it, and the housekeeper who was there every day did not notice it. You should have informed us. We are surprised and sorry to hear about Niki’s behavior upon your check in and failure to deal with the toilet seat issue either herself or by contacting us. As far as we know, you were very tired on your check in, and wanted to rest right away. So she gave you her number to contact her should you need anything. Once again we apologize for this miscommunication and we only wish we could have found out about the problem on your first day in order to fix it immediately. Great apartment, Great location, Great host

We had a great stay in this apartment. it is in a great location with the tram right across the street, close to the beaches, and plenty of restaurants close by and only minutes to downtown of the ferries. The apartment was very clean and spacious, had all the essentials in the kitchen, and the Wifi is fast. Not only is it a great apartment but Nicoletta was a dream to deal with with quick responses and very helpful, she made sure our stay was perfect. Wold recommend this apartment and hope to be back soon.

Spa-like retreat in a walkable location

Spacious, luxurious and detailed touches made our stay both relaxing and productive. There's more than enough room to spread out but the location keeps you right in the middle of everything.
