Dear Julie, thank you for the review. We are happy to know that you appreciated the central location of our Colosseum apartment, the panoramic view and the kindness of the staff. However, we would like to clarify some of your statements with you: 1. We are sorry to read that you found the beds hard. These are high quality orthopedic beds and always appreciated by guests; 2. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, which is why in the kitchen there are 6 kitchen tablecloths, 6 large cups, 6 small cups, 6 wine glasses, 6 normal glasses and a full set of plates and cutlery for 6 people, as well as everything needed for cooking (pots, pans, ladles, bowls, etc.) and for washing (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, drying towel). We don't understand why you wrote that there were no kitchen tablecloths and cups, since the kitchen is fully equipped; 3. We always leave 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, for a total of 6 rolls. There were 4 of you and you stayed for 3 nights, if you needed more toilet paper you could have told us and we would have gladly come and brought it, sorry you didn't; 4. We do not understand what you mean when you say that electrical outlets are limited, since they are present in all rooms/spaces of the apartment. In the bedrooms in particular there are at least 4 outlets per room. We hope we have been clear with our answer and, thanking you again for staying with us, we send you our greetings. Anna
