Location, Location, Location - right down the street from the Colosseum. All I can say is WOW! I had planned a Mediterranean cruise and wanted to stay in Rome a few days prior. I am so glad I found this place and would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Working with Gianni & Stefania was truly a pleasure. They were so responsive, helped with transportation and really made the start to our vacation and end of our vacation the smoothest ever. You cannot go wrong booking this place. You will love it!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, great location and beautiful area! It was spotless on check in and the hosts were very responsive, even arranging our transportation back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location and so close to fabulous restaurants and a view of the coliseum! It was a wonderful reprieve from small hotel rooms on our 2 weeks of touring Italy!Lots of space, 2 bathrooms and newly updated.Highly recommend!

Six of us staying in Rome a couple days prior to a cruise. We absolutely loved the location with all the restaurants so close, a pharmacy next door, and walking distance to the Colosseum.Stefania allowed is to drop our luggage at the apartment the morning we arrived, which we were so grateful as we arrived into Rome at 10:00 am and check in wasn't until 3:00 pm.We came back after our tour of the Colosseum to find the place ready for us and the AC kicking which was delightful since it was almost 100 degrees outside.The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the six of us would stay here again without a doubt.Stefania was easy to communicate with, answering all our questions promptly. She even set up transportation for us when we arrived, and to the cruise port. She was wonderful!We all highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay here, would definitely recommend! Great for family of 6, plenty of space and incredible location - we ate dinner across the street from here both nights and would go back to each restaurant. Loved being so close to the Colosseum so we could enjoy it at night when it was less crowded too. Super easy communication with the host! 10/10!

Our stay was marvelous. The apartment is in a nice location and worked very well for my family of 6. Mary and Gianni were outstanding hosts who were very helpful and their communication was fantastic. They even arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport which was great. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We loved our stay and everything about the apartment. The location is perfect, so close to the Colosseum, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was well stocked with basics, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We greatly appreciated that each room has an individual air conditioner. The washing machine was a bit hard to figure out, but we just needed to find and watch a YouTube video. We also took advantage of the owners offer to arrange airport transport, which was very helpful for a group of five. Five stars!

Mary and Gianni were wonderful hosts and their apartment was so warm and comfortable. It is very conveniently located right near the Colosseum and many different bus routes and train/metro and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and has lots of food options. I would definitely stay here again.
