La Golden Valley: un paradis rural dans la Sierra de Cadix.

El Valle Dorado est une belle maison rustique avec une façade en pierre situĂ©e dans une zone privilĂ©giĂ©e de la municipalitĂ© d'El Gastor, Ă  30 minutes de Ronda et 35 de Grazalema. À El Valle Dorado, vous pouvez profiter de belles vues sur le rĂ©servoir Zahara - El Gastor et regarder le coucher du soleil en regardant le soleil se coucher lentement derriĂšre les montagnes.

Répartie sur deux étages, elle dispose au rez-de-chaussée d'un grand séjour avec cheminée, d'une cuisine américaine entiÚrement équipée, d'une salle de bain et d'une chambre avec lit double. A l'étage, il dispose de deux chambres avec chacune deux lits simples.

Dans l'espace extérieur a une piscine privée, barbecue, aire de pique-nique et arbres fruitiers.

Absolutely stunning...

The view from the house were breathtaking. Very beautiful house. Pool looked great, but a bit chilly to get in. Good location. Note that is it easier to plug in the name of the place as opposed to the address when using directions. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is cozy and the view is breathtaking. We had a little trouble at the beginning -- finding the meeting place and communicating with Luis but once it was sorted out, we were able to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

A lovely house in a truly stunning location, the view is incredible.

Everything a visitor could need is in the house and along with the stunning view and lovely pool it is a wonderful base from which to see the beautiful local area. Highly recommended and I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Peaceful with fabulous views.

This property is amazing. Every day we discovered new and interesting things just strolling around the grounds. It was comfortable and quiet and felt perfectly safe and secure. Even the neighbor donkeys only said hello the first night. We did manage to lock ourselves out within the first hour we were on the property but the host was wonderful and came right back out to fix us. :) Would definitely stay here again and it made a great central location for us to explore the surrounding villages and countryside.

Amazing Place and hosts - Just wish we could have stayed longer

Truly beautiful location and great layout in the mountains just outside a small mountain village. We used as a base camp to explore the area, with El Gastor just being a very cute village, surrounded by lots other towns within 30 to 45 minute drives. The actual house was lovely, clean, and so inviting with just a wonderful sunset view. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Wonderful Property

The property is better than it looks in pictures. The view from the patio and pool areas are fantastic; surrealistic almost. We didn't want to leave to go out exploring! All amenities are provided and certainly appreciated; kitchen is well equipped and utensils are easily accessible. The hosts were great; and we could have not had a better stay.

Fabulous villa with gorgeous views

We loved this villa. It was well kitted out and the outside space was fabulous - particularly the pool. And the views were stupendous. The owners were very helpful, although the initial meet up at a local garage proved a bit tricky! The only things that would make the stay even more perfect would be a 1.80m bed and a better shower.

Such a beautiful place, we want to live here!

This house is stunning. Incredible views, lovely relaxing outdoor living spaces. With a westerly aspect we saw some amazing sunsets every day, whilst having dinner on one of the 5 different seating areas! We really couldn't find anything to fault this place for and Luis Jr and luis Snr were lovely hosts. Believe the pictures, for once they don't lie, if anything they don't fully do it justice.

Splendid Spanish villa

This delightful house, with sweeping views across the valley, is within a short drive of many stunning Spanish villages. Very peaceful and non-touristy feel to the general area, but to El Gastor in particular. Property manager, Luis, and his parents (Luis Sr. and Mercedes), as well as brother Ruiz, were super nice and helpful. If you want to stay close to many of the postcard- beautiful places in CĂĄdiz, Andalusia and Malaga, this villa comes highly recommended!

Exceptional in every way

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. The house is spacious. It was clean, comfortable and offered us one of the most spectacular views we have experienced in our many VRBO stays over the years. Luis and his brother Raul were excellent communicators and wonderful to deal with. This is an excellent location to explore the Pueblo Blancas as well as Ronda and Cadiz. Perfect.

We had very high expectations having read previous reviews of this property. It is fair to say that these were exceeded. In particular the pool, large, very clean and the surrounding area offering both sun and shade with a fantastic view. If you are considering booking this property, do not hesitate. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Beautiful, charming Spanish home with a massive view

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s the perfect house for a couple or one with a small family. Nicely decorated, extremely well equipped, and beautiful maintained by Luis and his family. They live in the town and are immediately available for anything needed. If you want privacy, quiet, peaceful long views, great outdoor space and a really nice pool in the heart of the Spanish hill towns just a few miles away, then stop looking and just rent in. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazed in Andalusia

The best rental and our favourite spot throughout our trip around Spain. Luis' and his family are so kind, hospitable, easy to communicate with and host the most lovely property. Stunning views, poolside lounging and while we were there in January, the fireplace made for an extra cozy and relaxing evening. It is so well equipped you could host family dinner here and our only wish is that we stayed longer. Next time! Highly recommend as you explore El Gastor, the little white villages, the wine region, Ronda etc. Thank you Luis & Family

Fantastic !

We had a relaxing stay in this rural country house with views that are amazing - the pictures on the site do not do enough justice to the beauty of both the house and lake Zahara. We were welcomed warmly by very kind owners that respected our privacy and clearly wanted us to be happy and without any worry. The house has all basic needs, and the outside is amazing, shade or sun as one pleases. Thanks for recommending the gastro bar La Piscina - the food is excellent (take the menu!) - and thank you once again for your care!

Absolutely amazing stay!!

From the moment we met Luis father who brought us to the house, to the departure day, it was a brilliant stay! One of the best holidays we've ever had. The house is in a beautiful location with fantastic views over the surroundings mountains and El Gastor reservoir. We spent the majority of each day in the pool which is quite large and was very clean. The house is a traditional Spanish house, very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. There were many seating areas around the property and fruit trees all around. Any queries were answered very promptly. We would love to return here!

Lovely villa in a spectacular location

The most spectacular location for a villa with views over the valley and to the mountains at the other side. Beautiful sunsets over the lake and sunrise over the mountain top behind the villa. The villa was very well equipped, plenty of kitchen equipment and 2 BBQs (on which we did almost all our cooking). The white villages are beautiful and Ronda is definitely worth a visit, but the villa is so good we were happy most days to relax round the pool. There are plenty of places to sit or lie in the sun or shade at any time of day. Luis and family were very helpful and friendly. Overall a fantastic, relaxing holiday.
