Furnished Studio Apartment with Sea view

My name is Marko Gregovic. I am a local guy close to 40 y.o., father of 2 daughters, living here all of my life, a long time in tourism. I have a degree in Economy, play guitar, IT fan.

I rent out my family house, which was built by my father. He started our rental business and I continued doing it after 15 years of his successful work in renting it out. I can add that we are successful in it, have a lot of regular clients who keep coming back to us year after year, because our client's happiness comes first, and we do our best to keep everybody happy and satisfied.

Our 2 main rules are:
1. Guest is always right!
2. If a guest is not right, look under number 1.

Petrovac has been recognized as a family resort, families with children love it, also people who are not into crazy nightlife but peaceful vacation will find it perfect for them. And if you want a crazy night out, Budva is just 15min by car, so you can have it all here in Petrovac.

We offer a completely equipped accommodation at a very good location. All essential facilities are just 3-5min far by walk.

Petrovac is perfect for a peaceful holiday being the small and charming place as it is. Location of our city is perfect for exploring Montenegro, because we are in the center of the coast, so you can reach all parts of Montenegro quickly.

Our home is located among the olive trees, giving us a natural shade on hot summer days. Roman mosaic is just 50 meters from our home, interesting historical monument, just in the neighborhood. It was a part of old Roman villa, even old Romans knew that this was a perfect spot for relaxation in Petrovac. :)


Our neighborhood is rated as most wanted region of the city because it is calm and peaceful. The location of our home is great because we are only 250 meters from city center and the beach, just 4-5min by walk. Supermarket, restaurant, green market, bakery, post office, rent a car, ambulance, all this in 150-200 meters, 3-4min by walk.

The main bus station is about 700 meters far, while the local bus stop is just 60-70 meters far. And from there, you can travel through Budva municipality for just 2eur by smaller airconditioned buses. They go to Budva and back in every half an hour during summer time.

Guest use their apartment without any restrictions. Also, a big shared balcony under the shade of grapes is at your disposal. If you visit us in September, the best month for rest in Montenegro, you get a free, domestic, 100% natural grapes at your table! ;)

I will be at your disposal for any kind of help or info needed. I will be happy to advise you on interesting things to do, places to visit, good restaurants, all important info you may need. We love to keep our guests happy and make them feel like they are home.

Our housemaid will keep your apartment clean, your bed linen fresh and clean, your towels also. She will put your clothes to wash if needed. She is at your disposal almost 24h a day.

After coming once, you will return for many years here!
