L'espace

Une maison complète de plus de 1500 pieds carrés pour vous!

Superbe terrain d'angle avec terrasse à l'avant (accès au pont supérieur par Doorwall), terrasse à l'arrière, patio en béton estampé sur le côté est de la maison. 2 chambres et 1 mezzanine à l'étage avec un beau lit double. Climatisation centrale dans toute la maison (installée fin juin 2016) !!!!!!!

Weber Propane Grill, 1 personne OCEAN Kayak, foyer en céramique à l'arrière (s'il vous plaît noter pour le foyer n'est pas inclus donc s'il vous plaît apporter votre propre) patio en béton estampé, 6 personnes table extérieure avec des chaises rembourrées et un parasol.

Vous pouvez m'appeler ou m'envoyer un texto à tout moment. Je vais essayer d'être là pour vous accueillir (si le temps le permet). Sinon, il y aura un lockbox avec un code (fourni le jour avant l'arrivée).

Le quartier

La version du cape de morue du Michigan .... petite ville avec de grands magasins, marina, plages et parc.

Se déplacer

Marcher à droite en ville. Situé au centre ville, donc tout est dans les blocs.

Nous sommes situés au centre du village. Nous sommes un bloc de la plage, qui a environ un accès public de 60 pieds. Il y a un autre accès public deux blocs vers le bas, à l'extrémité du lac St et Old Orchard Bluff, avec une très belle plage. Le lancement DNR Le bateau est à la fin de Boynton St, et le port de plaisance est à la fin de Huron Ave. L'entrée Patrick Tierney Park se trouve à la fin de St. Simons Le parc dispose d'une longue plage de sable, d'équipements de jeux, d'une aire de pique-nique et d'un mur de séparation pour se promener. 4 courts pâtés de maisons du Lexington Village Theatre.

Lover of travel near and far :=) However, with 3 young kids and a hectic professional life sometimes our travel gets put on the backburner. In particular, our schedule makes enjoying our summer house complicated and thus we have decided to rent it out (hopefully to a family who can take advantage of life by the lake)!.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks.

We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach, which has about a 60 foot public access. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre.

Brand New everything inside, kids love it, all of our renters have loved it. Close to Port Huron (Metropolitan city with everything from Target, to Meijer, to Home Depot). Sarnia Ontario is right there as well with a Casino and more!
