Notre dossier très vaste comprend notre propre fosse à fer à cheval, notre terrain de badminton et notre espace de restauration en plein air avec barbecue, banc de pique-nique et chaises pour regarder le divertissement.

Notre acre lot 3/4 est situé dans la zone principale du lac Almanor Country Club, sur la péninsule d'entraînement à mi-chemin entre "Rec 1" et "Point". Ce quartier calme est juste assez loin de la circulation de la Rec 1, mais à distance facile à profiter des courts de tennis, plage, etc. Profitez d'une promenade pittoresque au Point! Rendez-vous sur le parcours de golf ou la plage de conduite.

arbres massifs entourent notre maison, qui se trouve sur le côté intérieur de la route et face à l'est vers le lac. Ce côté est de la péninsule se trouve du côté du vent à l'ouest de la péninsule.

Ceci est les vacances que vous avez toujours rêvé - un immense lac pour vos loisirs! Situé dans la Sierra Nevada, à l'est de Chico, le lac Almanor est un petit bijou!

Il y a beaucoup de choses amusantes à faire dans le club de pays - 9 trous de golf avec putting green, practice, pro shop, restaurant et salon, tennis, cours de tennis, tennis pro shop, 2 aires de loisirs offrant des lancements de bateaux, des plages pour piscine, parcs, pique-nique, terrains de jeux, basket-ball, pickle ball, volley-ball, fer à cheval et mélangez les tribunaux du conseil d'administration.

En dehors du Country Club il y a des locations de bateaux, équitation, location de vélos, un 9-mile vélo / course à pied / sentier pédestre, pêche, randonnée, restaurants, shopping et 2 autres terrains de golf autour du lac.

Les infrastructures locales comprennent la banque, bureau de poste, restaurants, épicerie, bibliothèque, bureau de médecin, les stations d'essence et de l'aéroport.

Family Vacation

Property is great for a family event. The house has a lot of space and great large tables (inside and outside) for dining.It was a walkable distance to REC 1 and also to the point.

Nice view and location.

The photo is somewhat deceiving because it shows 2 levels. The top level is actually locked off. I do not remember that mentioned in the property description. The kitchen was large, and all said the house was comfortable. I recommend bringing your own bed pillows.

Thank you for your feedback. In 2020, the upstairs suite is now available (previously it was not available). All new pillows have been purchased as well. The property can now sleep up to 8 people in four queen beds.

The home was spacious and parking ample. The instructions were not up to date leading to some confusion about checking out that the owner clarified promptly. Only real issue was with the comfort of the beds. All of us 20-50+ years old would have sore backs in the morning regardless of bed/bedroom chosen.

The guests were conscientious, quiet and followed the HOA/property rules. Having hosted hundreds of guests, bed comfort has never been an issue. Our mattresses are top of the line and we take great care to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the heat. With no air conditioning, the upstairs got incredibly warm, even with windows open. Appreciated having the fans- they were very needed!

Best place for US

Perfect for our group. Second year in a row. Plan to return next year. Loved the early morning sunrise over the water and visits of deer and sounds and sights of birds above and around. Quiet neighborhood for our week.

Family celebration

We had a very pleasant first-time visit to Lake Almanor Country Club. This home worked well for three-generations of our family, celebrating a birthday and Fathers Day. Two picnic tables under umbrellas on front deck and one at rear gave ample seating choices, as well as a table for 8 inside. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Ceiling fans in bedrooms were helped by turning on furnace fan overnight. Only drawback was small size of propane BBQ, which we used most nights. While we cleaned throughly upon departure, as requested, we wondered what the cleaning crew was going to do.

Nice and clean. Close to lake.

We stayed in this house 7 nights. The home was beautifully decorated and spacious with all the comforts of home right down to the sugar for my coffee we forgot to pack. The large yard and deck were perfect for our kids. We would love to return during the summer to enjoy the lake!!!

Great location and floor plan

Almanor is one of our favorite places to visit. This house was as advertised, with great neighbors. We spent most of our time away at our friends’ houses, but while here had a great experience. Only down side was the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. It took a few days to get cold, but we were able to use the upstairs fridge for the essentials. All in all a good experience!

Nice house w pleasant deck

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The deck is a great spot to have meals, hang out, and otherwise enjoy the partial lake view. Comfortable layout inside. The grill was very convenient to use. The small downsides: occ too warm inside (there is no a/c although there are fans), very close to other houses (which does seem to be the norm in this neighborhood), no air hockey as described. The yard is dusty & so we didn't spend time there. Our kids amused themselves with ping-pong and indoor games instead of playing in the yard as we'd initially planned. Overall we had a very nice week. We enjoyed the LACC rec areas, Lassen National Park, and the local grocery is good. If it's not going to be very hot and you aren't specifically in need of a yard space for your kids, I would recommend this home.

We're happy that you had such a great time at our home and in LACC! Many guests have also commented on the beautiful deck and view. Our home is in a forest (with trees/dirt/animals), which most love for their family, including the badminton court and horse shoe pits. 2020 Family Reunion

Our children grew up coming to Lake Almanor every summer, enjoying our beautiful vacation house and lot, as well as the wonderful amenities of Lake Almanor Country Club. We're excited to now share our home with other vacationers!

Our large lot is located in the prime area of Lake Almanor Country Club, on Peninsula Drive halfway between “Rec 1” and “the Point.” This quiet area is just far enough away from the traffic of Rec 1 but within easy distance to enjoy the tennis courts, beach, etc.. Enjoy a picturesque walk to the Point! Head over to the golf course or driving range.

Massive trees surround our home, which is on the inward side of the road and faces east toward the lake. This eastern side of the peninsula is away from the windy west side of the peninsula.

Our lower property includes a parking space for your boat. Our very big back lot includes our large lawn and manicured landscaping.  Outdoor eating area complete with barbeque, picnic bench and chairs to watch the fun!

Our vacation home sleeps 10. Central air conditioning! Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Great mix of modern conveniences with awesome lake views and forest environment. Two 50" Smart TVs, Wifi, and desks for remote working.

Huge front deck and terraces, lake views. Very big back lot with lawn, manicured landscaping, patio with lake view and BBQ.

Our large 3/4 acre lot is located in the prime area of Lake Almanor Country Club, on Peninsula Drive halfway between “Rec 1” and “the Point.”

This is the vacation you’ve been dreaming about — a huge lake for your recreation, quaint local towns and avoiding the huge crowds of other sierra lakes (the entire Plumas County has less than 25,000 people!). Located in the Sierra Nevada, east of Chico, Lake Almanor is a gem!
