Une jolie propriété sur 3 niveaux, située dans un jardin en terrasse tranquille, avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains:
"L'Aquarium", spacieux avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains menant à la piscine à l'étage inférieur. Comprend lit de voyage, chaise haute et barrière de sécurité rangés dans une armoire.
«La Vespa», super-king ou twin au rez-de-chaussée.
«Le Boudoir», double lumineux et aéré au rez-de-chaussée.
"Le Phare", twin au dernier étage accessible par un escalier extérieur. 4 fenêtres ouvrant Nord, Sud, Est et Ouest! Chambre parfaite pour les adolescents ou ceux qui préfèrent plus d'intimité.

Bar 21 également avec de délicieuses tapas, d'énormes G & T et une atmosphère très conviviale. Il y a un dîner à la carte au Ca Pepe. Promenez-vous en bas de la colline jusqu'à la ville, la plage et les fabuleux magasins. Le marché du vendredi de Moraira est une visite incontournable. Tous à seulement 25 minutes à pied.

À moins de 90 minutes de route des aéroports d'Alicante ou de Valence. Chambre pour deux voitures pour se garer à l'intérieur du terrain.

We spent 10 days at this amazing property and loved every minute. The villa is exactly as described, clean, well laid out, huge inside areas and very comfortable. The outside area is amazing with different seating areas and the pool perfect. Walk into Moraira is around 25 to 30 minutes but longer coming back due to it being uphill. Communication between Lesley and Steve was great, quick response and clear guidance. We were gutted to leave and will be back and will definitely recommend

This holiday home was absolutely great . The beds, the living space and kitchen were great really great. The shower was lush. Swimming pool was gorgeous and the pool guy and his wife were very sweet . Convenient and just a greatHoliday . Tv was not great as we could not really get much out of it. Reviews explained great uk tv . We did not experience that which was a shame. All the plates and things were super clean. Coffee machine was sweet . My only query is over this returnable VAT and there were two different prices advertised to which I queried . I was charged an amount and VRBO did not get back to me as to why or could not really explain it . Let’s hope I get it back .Please book this holiday villa it’s absolutely gorgeous . The owners were responsive, helpful and kind. Great gate to close and make you feel secure .I needed the first aid box and it was fantastic it was there . Thank you .

Property has everything you could need, nice pool. Air con throughout the villa apart from the Vesper room which had a fan but was still boiling - but was during heatwave so exceptionally hot.. would use again

A quiet place in the sun

We found everything as described in the Virbo web pages. We liked the fact we had peace and quiet and easy access to night life etc.The pool and the sun beds quickly became the main focus during the day. The grounds are large enough to afford personal space when needed. The villa had everything that we required for an enjoyable holiday.

Relaxing and peaceful villa

We were 5 people at, and everything was perfect and clean. The rooms are all of them wide and big, all of them double room. The best place on it was the terrace where the pool is. You can enjoy very much on it and stay hours and hours chatting, playing...even there was a bbq! Few kilometers from there there are shops restaurants and clubs. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very recommended.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely property. It’s in a great location with a pleasant, leisurely stroll into town — though be aware the walk back is uphill, so a car or taxi might be worth considering. That said, it’s certainly manageable on foot.The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfy, the air conditioning was powerful and much appreciated, and there was plenty of cooking and BBQ equipment. There’s lots of space for a family of four — we didn’t even use the top room — and the pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, where we spent most of our time.There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but these were resolved quickly and without fuss. Top tip: make sure to read the welcome pack provided at the property rather than relying on the VRBO information, as it’s much more accurate and helpful.While the interior is a little dated, it didn’t bother us at all — the outdoor space more than makes up for it. Plus, the TV and Wi-Fi were excellent.All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time as a family.

We had an amazing stay at the above villa. The pool is amazing and there are several areas within the garden to gather. We always ended our evening sitting on the comfy chairs and settee in the grounds. I have never stayed in a villa where everything, everything is available. We cooked in on a few occasions as well as eating out and there was no shortage of bowls, plates, cutlery etc. there was absolutely nothing that we lacked. The villa itself is beautiful with plenty of room for a large family, my teenage granddaughter particularly loved the room at the top of the house which is accessed by stairs on the outside and she loved the privacy. The owners were really helpful. My husband was taken seriously ill a few weeks before our visit and we didn’t know whether we would be able to travel, Lesley was really kind and patient and didn’t put us under pressure. I’m sure she must have been sick to death with my queries and phone calls.The villa is in a beautiful area and we loved the local area, loads of things to do and a taxi to Moaira is about 10 with loads of really good restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed Khatmandu, one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever eaten in, we went there three times and had a great meal on every occasion. Our family (three generations) also loved Saxo an outdoor venue with live music every day. I could go on forever about this holiday, but thank you to Lesley and Steve for sharing their home and giving us a fab experience.

La vivienda es tal y como se anuncia. Tiene una buena ubicación. Hemos pasado unos días excelentes, disfrutando de la piscina y los diferentes ambientes exteriores. La cocina un poco estrecha, pero tiene de todo.

Fabulosas vacaciones!!!

Fantastica semana en Moraira!!!! La casa es preciosa, con todo tipo de detalles y decorada con muy buen gusto. Hay diferentes ambientes para disfrutarlos en cada momento del día y qué decir de la zona de piscina, lo mejor!!!! El agua perfecta, con un tamaño y profundidad ideal y además con una fabulosa zona de hamacas para relajarte después de un buen baño. A pesar de que los días han sido muy calurosos, en el interior de la casa se estaba muy fresquito porque hay aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y funciona de maravilla. Moraira es precioso, sus calas, sus gentes y además coincidir con las fiestas patronales ha sido lo más. La dueña de la casa, Lesley esta siempre dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. Si alguna de las personas del grupo que vais a reservar habla inglés, os recomiendo que sea el portavoz para facilitar la comunicación. Muchísimas gracias Lesley por dejarnos disfrutar de tu casa. Volveremos, sin duda!

Vacaciones en familia

Magnífica casa con piscina. Ambiente muy tranquilo en los alrededores con predominio del silencio, que hemos agradecido mucho. Ningún problema con los dueños que han estado pendientes toda la estancia. Muy buena experiencia.

Dear future guests, this review was upsetting and received 2 weeks after the guest had left the property. We work very hard to maintain our cleanliness rating. All guests are guided to reach out to our property manager who lives nearby and on hand to help guests during their stay. We now contact all our guests within 48 hours of checking in so we can ascertain they are enjoying their holiday and if we need to contact the property manager to assist. Our shower rooms are "wet rooms" where the shower area is at the same level as the rest of the floor. The water drains away through a flush drain within the shower area. As the walls and floor are sealed by a waterproof membrane, there is no risk of runaway water causing damage, so guests should just relax and let the water drain away naturally in the heat. If you have issues at our holiday villa please do not leave it to complain after you stay - we are more than happy to help you during your stay. Thank you.

fiesta and siesta magnífico !!

Our stay at fiesta and siesta was fantastic. We went as a family of 6 and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We really enjoyed the outside space, plenty of room to sunbathe or sit in the shade and the pool is a great size. Internally the property was just as good, lots of room and a really nice layout, my oldest son enjoyed the privacy of the lighthouse bedroom on the top floor. Moraira itself is a beautiful town with lots going on and some great places to eat, drink, shop or just sit and enjoy the surroundings. Best of all Lesley and Steve have been a pleasure to deal with, very communicative and happy to help.

You will discover safe, sandy coved beaches, paddle-boarding, windsurfing, hiking and cycling. It boasts a wide range of discerning international restaurants, chic stores and a bustling nightlife. You will also find a stunning array of sculptures made by local artists in the most surprising places!
