Villa en pierre traditionnelle très calme à la nature dans le sud de la Crète

Aimez-vous la nature, les paysages sauvages, les plages isolées? Voici la vraie Crète!
Maison offre WIFI GRATUIT, cheminée, grande véranda avec vue sur la montagne et une terrasse avec jardin et barbecue.
Toutes les chambres sont décorées dans un style traditionnel et vintage.
Entouré d'oliveraies, avec vue sur la montagne, idéal pour se détendre. La magnifique plage de Tripiti avec ses magnifiques gorges est à 8 km
Matala, Lentas, Gortys, Phestos à proximité.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour votre approche et pour explorer la région.

La maison a été récemment rénovée et se compose de 2 maisons entièrement indépendantes, (une maison principale luxueuse pour les familles et 4 personnes et une plus petite maison traditionnelle pour 2 personnes), et ils partagent la même cour et l'entrée.

La maison est située dans la vallée de Messara et elle est entièrement entourée d'oliveraies et des montagnes d'Asterousia. Il est à environ 45 km de l'aéroport d'Héraklion pour le voyage très agréable à Messara, atteignant l'intersection de la route provinciale d'Agii Deka , nous tournons à gauche pour le village Vasiliki, près de la plage de Trypiti.
Les environs comptent de nombreux sites et sites d'intérêt touristique et archéologique, comme les sites archéologiques de Phaistos et Gortyn, ainsi que les zones touristiques de Matala, Lenda, Agia Galini, etc.

De la maison commence un incroyable voyage de beauté sauvage entre les imposantes montagnes Asterousia se terminant à la plage de Tripiti. La route vers la plage est à environ 30 minutes à travers un chemin de terre, et est unique, avec des paysages sauvages et de belles églises (Agia Paraskevi, Agios Savvas et Panagia Trypiti construites dans une grotte), ainsi que l'imposante gorge de Tripiti qui se termine sur une plage magnifique avec de très beaux cailloux et des eaux bleues Ici, vous pouvez manger des plats crétois traditionnels et vous baigner dans les eaux cristallines.

Ein tolles Haus

Who wants to be far away from touristic chaos and loves pure nature, nice landscapes and lonely beaches, historic stones and does not mind to use the car everyday to reach such places within very capable distances - he/she should go to Vasiliki and stay in that lovely familiy run house of Yiannis and Maria who make everything to make you feel comfortable, welcome and happy. Wunderschöne Steinvilla im traditionessen Stil

Zu zweit durften wir zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in der Steinvilla und ihrer Umgebung verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir überaus herzlich von Yiannis, dem Besitzer des Hauses empfangen. Sogar mit Lebenssmitteln für den ersten Hunger nach der Anreise und Wein und Raki als Willkommensgeschenke wurden wir überrascht. Yiannis und seine Frau Mary sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sie kümmerten sich nach Kräften darum, dass es uns gut ging und gaben viele sehr nützliche Anregungen für die Freizeitgestaltung. Das Dorf und die Umgebung sind sehr urtümlich. Hier erlebt man das authentische Kreta, weit ab vom Massentourismus. Abenteuerliche Schluchten und malerische Badebuchten liegen in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Auch antike Stätten, die zu Besichtigungen einladen, liegen in diesem Teil der Insel. Jederzeit empfehlenswert ist die Taverne von Maria, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Unterkunft

Wunderbares Haus

Wer die Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist hier genau richtig. Ein kleines griechisches Dorf. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe hergerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und sind zu jeder Zeit mit Rat zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Idyllisches, ländliches Kreta

Wunderschönes, liebevoll restauriertes und eingerichtetes altes Haus. Yannis und Mary sind herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Lecker der Kuchen und die lokalen Getränke ;-) zur Begrüßung. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind ideal für Urlauber, die die Ruhe und Natur suchen und ihren Tag ganz individuell gestalten wollen. Wunderschöne Strände sind gut erreichbar. Auch viele gut markierte Wanderungen zu schönen Plätzen sind möglich. Einheimisches Gemüse, Käse, Wein und Oliven und alle anderen notwendigen Dinge sind im Nachbarort jeden Tag zu kaufen. Die lokalen Tavernen sind empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Danke an Yannis und Mary!

Heerlijk verblijf in mooie omgeving

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en afscheid door de eigenaren. Het oude huis is prachtig door de eigenaren verbouwd en traditioneel ingericht. De woning bestaat uit twee units (gezinswoning en appartement) die een gezamenlijke binnenplaats delen. Het grotere huis was heel geschikt voor ons gezin met twee kinderen en heeft een mooi privé terras. Vanaf het terras heb je goed zicht op de weg en het dorpsleven van Vasiliki. Goede ligging ten opzichte van de archeologische bezienswaardigheden als Phaestos, Gortys en Agia Triada. Ook heerlijke stranden niet te ver weg. Bedankt Maria en Yiannis en tot een volgende keer!

Es ist noch besser als es der Name, die Bilder und die Beschreibung darstellen!!!

Trotz unserer späten Ankunft - 23:00 Uhr - wurden wir von Yiannis sehr herzlich empfangen. Er erklärte uns die verschiedenen Funktionen des Hauses - TV, Festnetztelefon, Deckenventilator,.....und zeigte uns einen Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Orangensaft, Bier, Wein und Schnaps! Auch für das Frühstück war gesorgt - mit Hörnchen gefüllt mit Schokoladencreme, Kaffee usw. Nach einer angenehmen Nacht - das Haus ist durch seine Bauweise klimatisch hervorragend! - kamen Mary und Yiannis. Beide hießen uns nochmals herzlich willkommen, erklärten uns die verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was wir uns an Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen sollten, wo sich das Dorflokal von Maria befindet (echte kretische Küche, Lamm und Kaninchen sehr zu empfehlen!) ,...... Mary kocht gerne und exzellent und brachte uns ein vorbereitetes Essen mit! Zum Ferienhaus: Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vor den Fenstern Moskitogitter, herrliche, überdachte Terrasse, ein von Mauern umgebener, geschützter Vorhof mit Sitzplatz, Tisch mit Sonnenschirm, Grill, Außendusche, Bepflanzung - alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Einfach richtig gut durchdacht und hervorragend ausgeführt. Zur Umgebung: Vasiliki ist ein kleines Dorf umgeben von Olivenbäumen (davon gibt es auf Kreta Millionen?). Die Fahrt ans Meer (15 min. – 30min) über die Asterousia Berge ist spektakulär! Der Ausblick von oben, sowohl zurück auf das Tal, als auch auf die Meeresküste ist einfach genial. Tripitti – Kapetaniana (Agios Ioannis) – Lendas und dazwischen viele weitere zum Teil menschenleere Buchten laden zum Baden ein. Matala im Westen (ca. 40 min.) liegt in einer schönen Bucht, hat einen schönen Strand und in der nördlichen Felswand Grabkammern aus römischer Zeit. Für die, die sich wie wir für archäologische Orte interessieren sind die Ausgrabungen von Festos und Gortys zu empfehlen. Wir haben unsere 12 Tage hier im Süden von Kreta sehr genossen und werden wann immer es möglich sein wird wieder kommen und danken nochmals Mary und Yiannis auch für das Abendessen am Abend vor unserer Abreise. Wunderschönes und komfortables Haus

Wir suchten einen ruhigen Ort in Kreta und haben dieses Haus gefunden - und alles war wie beschrieben. Alles neu renoviert, große Räume und picobello gepflegt.In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, die Matratzen sind super und die Terrasse des größeren Hauses ist riesig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben viele Tips, was man so in der näheren Umgebung unternehmen kann. Tolle Unterstützung. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles!! Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, denn im Ort gibt es nur eine sehr einfache kleine Taverne und keinen Laden. Allerdings bekommt man einen Ort weiter (4km) alles was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt am Fuße des Asterousias Gebirges und am Rande der Messara-Ebene sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Zu den nächsten Stränden fährt man mit dem Auto so ca. 30 Min., z.T. über Pisten, hat aber alles gut geklappt. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, die Verbindung zu den größeren Straßen ist sehr gut. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Kreta Urlaub.

VASSILIKI is situated on the outskirts of HERAKLION,CRETE. This is a Traditional GREEK Region that offers a (stressless) Holiday Experience for Families with Children or Couples. The Hosts of this Villa give a feeling of friendly hospitality and support right from the beginning. The AMAZING STONE VILLA here in VASILIKI has a touch of Greek Tradition and is well situated over this Countryside. The different Rooms in the Villa have got a beautiful touch of Vintage Look (but WiFi and TV with Greek programs is also included) The Living Room Corner itself looks cosy and inviting! The Bigger Bedroom on the first Floor is very well furnished and has an additional Small Balcony which views into the street uphill. The Smaller Bedroom also on the same Floor has an adjacent and spacious TERRACE VERY suitable for Breakfasts and early Evening Relax Hours From the left Side Corner of the TERRACE you can have a beautiful lighted up View of HERAKLION in the Late Evenings. CRETE has many Churches and Little Chapels around, so also here in VASILIKI itself there is a Church a few steps away from the Villa In General, one definitely needs an own Rental Car to get there and to move around here in the Region. Maybe to drive to the Beaches located closeby OR to be on a well-planned Day Trip to the Sight-Seeing Spots in the North and South Ends of CRETE. A Day Trip or an overnight Stay in SANTORINI is a must!!! This Island is simply beautiful!!!! Back in VASILIKI..... The TRIPITI BEACH (3km away) from the Villa is very inviting because One has to drive through a very narrow Valley just a few minutes before you reach the Car Parking Area at TRPITI This Drive is exciting too as one drives through curvy Roads around the Mountains Not to forget the Panaromic Point of View on One of the Corners of the curvy Road It's okay to step out and make a break here filming or taking Snapshots of the different Mountains and Abysses around. Besides all this.... One shouldn't forget to visit the Traditional Greek Restaurants nearby and try out the Traditional Greek Food. TABERNA is translated to Restaurant in Greek Language....just like the Local People say it! If one really needs a Warm Summer Holiday then it's a lovely Experience here in CRETE, combined with a memorable Stay in the AMAZING STONE VILLA in VASiLIKI.

Your review describes with the best way very clearl and so much detailed too , our property and the nearby area that seems you trully enjoyed your stay in Crete and our accomodation and we are very happy for this. About the house we tryied to give a vintage and retro style in each room as it was before the renovation and we are glad that you like it too. Our only concern for all our quests is to make them feel like their home , and make their stay easyier and confortable as they was in their home , introducing them to the Cretan traditions and greek hospitality. The whole house is just restored and has the same character and style as it was since 1920.
All the rooms and all the areas has an vintage style , such old restored furnitures , the Grannys beds are made by brass and are 100 years old , the whole decoration of the house has is vintage and retro style and anywhere you see a harmony with stone and wood everywhere.
The retro lighting in every room ,the fireplace , everything reminds to everyone past ages and old memories...
