Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay here, back in february. The condo was immaculate and well maintained. It has a spectacular view and the grounds are well kept. We have recommended to others and will be going back in the future.

Fantastic Location and Experience

This was a wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Nice and quiet. There is an amazing Farmer's Market stand, Coffee Shop, and Shaved Ice shop right across the street. Highly recommend this place. The only problem was that the pool was out of commission when we were there, hopefully they get that fixed quickly.

Fantastic choice!

We had an amazing time staying in this unit. Everything was exactly as it was advertised, from the upgraded appliances, modern bathrooms and great view. Being 20m from the beach and 10m from the pool a very convenient bonus for us, as we have a young child. We would absolutely book again!

Fantastic stay in beautiful condo!

We have travelled to Maui on several occasions and this unit was the nicest we have stayed in this far. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. It also has two master suites so is great for couples travelling together. The unit is well kept and clean. We also found the management company to be very helpful and accommodating, they provide a nice amount of starter supplies. Get ready for beautiful sunsets night after night from the lanai. What a gem! Thanks for letting us enjoy this special place!

Kihei Beach Resort #102

This condo is beautiful and as pictured on the VRBO listing. The patio doors open up to walk out right beside the pool and straight ahead to the steps down to the beach. There's a full ocean/pool view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was filled with any utensils and appliances you could possibly need. The AC worked so well and kept us nice and cool even though it was in the 90s outside. We were very impressed and would gladly stay here again. The communication from the management company (Ali'i Resorts) was outstanding from the time we booked until after we arrived. The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint would be for the rooster that woke us up each morning, but obviously that is his fault!

Great View - Flooded Out

The stay while we were there was pretty great. We wanted to stay right on the beach and booked our whole trip around being in this particular apartment steps from the beach. It was exactly what we expected and needed. However, there was a flooding issue while we were out. We hadn't used the garbage disposal or even put anything down the drain, but the condos are stacked on top of each other and the pipe can get backed up from all of the units above you. So, while we were out for the day- the kitchen sink flooded the kitchen and small part of the living area. The pipe to the street was clogged, so all the sinks in the floors above us drained into the rental apartment. The situation was stressful, and property management was mostly really great about it. We helped clean it and somebody came the next to clean it. We were told it would be cleaned thoroughly, but it was cleaned superficially. That next day moisture control required a specialist come and put out huge loud fans. It's understandable that they wanted to abate any possible damage. We had to move to another place, and all the options presented were not ideal. I wouldn't have even booked the trip at the places that were available so last minute. Didn't gripe, just picked the least offensive choice which was in a good part of another town, near a golf course. It was somebody's idea of nice, just not mine. According to the bill, I will be reimbursed for the difference in price between the two units. Still, nobody called me and apologized or offered any recompense for our time dealing with the flooding or being forced out. They did thank me for being understanding, but never asked what they could do to actually make it good. Later, in the new apartment there was a worn laminated sign stating to not put any fibrous materials down the garbage disposal as it can cause an inconvenienced vacation. Wish those signs had been posted in apartments above us at first place! And, the property manager that first came to the flooded apartment said it happened often to first floor apartments and he had seen it happen in two other apartments in the same building. Since it is a known issue, it seems like they could have a maintenance schedule where they clear out those drains before flooding happens. Inconvenienced is right.

We never want to relocate guests during there stay but due to the circumstances you mentioned we had to do so in order to properly take care of the unit that had water intrusion. After relocating to the new unit our housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned the unit. As you mentioned we do have signs in the condos that we manage kindly asking guests to not put certain items in the garbage disposal. We can assure you that this is not a typical experience that happens at this property or any of the other properties we manage. Since the line is a common line the property does schedule quarterly maintenance to ensure these types of things are as rare as possible. Beautiful setting

Excellent condo, well appointed with everything you would need. Only issue is the pool and non-residents using the pool. Tree nights we had 6-7 under aged individuals using the pool while guests stayed out of the pool. Overall it was a great experience.

Anniversary Vacation

We rented this condo for 5 nights and it was a great place. You could walk directly out the sliding glass door to the pool and beach. Whales could be seen breaching from the back porch. The neighbors were all very friendly and we will consider staying here again in the future.

1st vacation in Maui

This place was in a perfect spot - close to the ocean and pool was right outside the door. Farmers market and shave ice place - Ululani’s - across the street were awesome. There was some construction in the neighboring unit, the owners promised a percentage off our total due to this inconvenience. We will see if that happens. Washer and dryer were great since we packed light. All in all, a good experience. We would stay here again.

Nice, relaxing, perfect for a small family

This place is pretty nice. Very clean, nice appliances, good furniture, pretty difficult to complain about anything. The beach is 35 yards from the patio door, and it is an awesome beach. Pretty darn quiet beach compared to other areas. ABC store across the street, along with a cool bakery, and shaved ice. Not a cheap place to stay, but pretty amazing condo to watch the sunset, and take sunrise walks on the beach. Not really within walking distance of restaurants or bars.

The best unit in the complex and perfect location on the island.

The pictures of the unit did not disappoint. The condo is the nicest in the complex, we met a few others staying and they all said it was nicer than theirs. The place is perfect for 2 couples as each have their private rooms and bathrooms. We did have some electrical problems and I have to say the management firm was on it right away. We where skeptical that it would be fixed but they where on it right away and blew our expectations. They where quick to respond any time I emailed with questions and made sure our stay was exceptional. If you are contemplating this place just book it, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful condo! Convenient location. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Loved the convenience of having the pool and beach right outside the door. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai having meals, listening to the waves crashing on the beach. The condo is well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, a small cooler and cooling packs, Wifi, etc. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer. That was a huge bonus! The kitchen has every dish, pot/pan, appliance and utensil anyone would want/need. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. It’s clear the owners remodeled and when they did, they chose high quality products (granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, soft-closing drawers and cabinets, etc.) Everything worked :) We didn’t have any problems but if we did, I’m confident the management would have been responsive. The condo location is perfect! We’re far enough away from the high density area in the heart of Kihei to have some peace and quiet but close enough to everything to make things convenient. The best shave ice on the island and a bakery with delicious and fresh malasadas are right across the street. I can’t say enough about the property. Should you get the opportunity to stay here, you won’t be disappointed! If we ever come back to Maui, we would definitely stay here again. We’re so thankful the owners provide such a beautiful and comfortable place for others to enjoy. Thank you!

Outstanding condo capped off with great customer service from Ali

Wow! Just wow! This was a trip that we will talk about for years to come. The condo was superb, lots of space, and the kitchen is fully stocked! Air conditioning works perfect which is a must in Hawaii for my wife and I. Sugar beach is a great beach for swimming and relaxing..... AND IT'S LITERALLY RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR BACK DOOR! The pool area is great and the grounds on the property are meticulously maintained. Golf course grass, great tropical landscaping, and a serene feel all make up the property. However, the best part of this trip is the property management company, Ali! They helped us every step of the way. The company had one of the staff members call to assure we were enjoying our stay, one of their agents checked us into the unit to explain the property, and they even shipped a package for me. Perfect location, wonderful condo!

After an endless search for accommodation in Maui we stumbled across this unit and were so pleased we did! The condo is fully furnished, newly renovated, clean and comfortable! The condo also comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay including plush top mattresses, fluffy towels and a great view of the beach. Caution: you may not want to leave!

Great location. Wonderful views and beach access!

The condo was beautiful and great updates. Just steps away from the ocean and pool. Location was ideal for travel to all parts of Maui. Loved the Farmers Market and Ululani's shave ice across the road. Ali'I Resorts was wonderful to work with. They gave great recommendations for restaurants. No complaints other than we had to come home! I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Just beautiful! This condo was perfectly located, assessorized, comfortable, and pretty.

Lush, ocean front with a small pool. It was perfect for snorkeling lessons. We were centrally located for easy drives to Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina, golf resorts and the airport. Both beds were very comfortable & bathrooms luxurious. Beach chairs & complete kitchen made the whole condo a wonderful experience. We will definitely return to this location! Mahalo
