Bienvenue sur notre adorable Harwichport Cottage. Récemment rénové, cette chambre 3, 1. 5 salles de bains (plus une douche extérieure) maison se trouve à seulement 1 minute à pied de l'avenue Atlantic Beach et à distance de marche de Main St pour les restaurants et boutiques. La vue sur l'océan peut être apprécié à partir de porche de la charmante agriculteur. Cette maison est située dans le lieu de villégiature très recherché dans Harwichport appelé «Terrains de camping." La zone est remplie avec de nombreux vacanciers à profiter du soleil ainsi que de nombreux enfants qui jouent dans le quartier. Profitez de vos vacances dès que vous arrivez - rendez-vous à la plage, aux restaurants et aux bars, ou promenez-vous dans Main St pour prendre un café le matin ou faire du shopping dans l’après-midi.

La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes dans 3 chambres. La maison est située sur une cour joliment aménagée et entièrement clôturée. Dans l'arrière-cour, il y a un ensemble de patio pour 6 personnes et un gaz-grill pour la cuisson en plein air.

A l'intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine remplie avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et armoires entièrement approvisionné. Il y a aussi beaucoup de livres et de jeux dans le salon et jouets pour enfants dans la véranda avec table de jeu pour enfants. La configuration du lit est 1 lit queen et 4 lits jumeaux (un lit simple est un lit gigogne quand poussé contre l'autre jumeau, vous avez la possibilité d'utiliser des feuilles de taille king ce qui est pratique pour les couples. La maison est également équipée d'une laveuse et une sécheuse, une douche extérieure et de la climatisation.

We enjoyed the 1-2 min walk to a lovely sandy beach with lots of shells my kids took an interest to. Cozy cottage with everything you need to make you enjoy your vacation. Lovely cottage community. Really enjoyed our first Cape Cod experience!

Best location!

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Kids brought their bikes and we were outside the whole time- at the beach, games on the lawn, shopping in town or at the beer garden. The house is fitted with fans and ac (a must for my family) and is super cute!

Great location - nothing more

If you only care about location, this is a good choice. If you care about cleanliness and comfort, keep looking. This home offers the bare minimum - you’ll have to bring your own linens, towels, and soap. It’s cluttered with children’s toys, but no beach amenities like chairs or umbrellas. It’s dark and outdated.

Dear Caroline, Prior to arriving, you had requested to shorten your stay (likely due to the rain forecast), and I had responded by asking you to honor the VBRO cancellation policy that you confirmed at the time of booking. I am sorry that my response frustrated you, which likely is the driving force behind your review. I agree that our home is in an amazing location (steps from the ocean and loads of restaurants/shops). I pride myself on providing a clean home to all guests. I am a superhost on airbnb.com and the majority of my 200+ reviews capture compliments of the cleanliness, and more than 80% of my summer guests are returning renters. Had you contacted me during your stay to raise a concern over cleanliness, I would have responded by asking the cleaner to return. The property was delivered as advertised, with stainless steel kitchen appliances, a fresh coat of paint that was applied on internal walls in Dec 2022. I supplied a fully stocked kitchen, a brand new gas grill (delivered June 2023), a brand new LG smart TV (June 2023), and loads of cleaning supplies. Guests are expected to bring their personal toiletries, but hand soap and dish soap are provided. I rent to many families with children, hence I provide box full of toys, a high chair and a pack-n-play. The house is not cluttered. As for linens, as advertised, I provide mattress pads, quilts, and pillows; guests are responsible to bring their own sheets and towels. Lastly, had you asked me about an umbrella/beach chair, I would have told you where to find those items if you didn't find them in the shed..

1st Cape Stay

As we drove up Ocean Ave and saw the local neighborhood we were very excited. The area is really beautiful and the proximity to the beach was great. The house was just as described, very quaint and nicely laid out. We had a great time there for the five days we were on Cape.

We had a great experience with Cathi. She is organized, a great communicator, and We loved the property. The location can’t be beat, you can walk to and see the beach from her beautiful front yard. I would recommend to anyone and would rent from her again.

Great get away for myself, my wife and our two adult daughters. So very short walk to the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice cottage character neighborhood. We did not want to leave.

Great Stay in a Beach House

Had a great one-week stay in Cathi’s beach house. Plenty of room for our family of three plus a fully fenced yard for our dog. Close to everything - a two minute walk to the beach and only a minute or two more to the start of town. A quiet neighborhood but also full of life. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Great location - direct to the beach

My family and I stayed here for a full week in August. The location is 5 stars for walkability and location to the beach and CVS for essentials, Dunkin Donuts for morning iced coffee as well as ease of access to Chatham, Dennis, and main roads to explore. Cathi was very responsive to my inquiries when I had an issue with the washing machine not operating. Although the washing machine was not able to be workable and replaced within our vacation stay, I was credited to account for the inconvenience. She also ordered a new washer, so any future renters will have a brand new machine which is great. The guest room on the first floor doesn't have it's own AC unit, so you have to keep the door open a little to get cooler air from the main room for the hot days. Overall, the house is comfortable and very convenient to all towns surrounding Harwich Port.

great spot for a family!

Awesome location-short walk to beach and town. Perfect for family, lots of toys for little ones to play with as well as a pack and play. We will certainly be back!

We are a French and American family living in MA. I (Cathi) am the American and grew up in Massachusetts, I work in Medical Device marketing and my other half is an accountant. After meeting my spouse, I had the opportunity to live in London for a couple years, but I must say that it is great to be "home" in MA again. We now live in Newton and I am proud mom of 3 little ones. We also have 2 dogs.

I started vacationing in this area when I was a child with my family. For one week every summer, we would all stay in a local timeshare resort about 1 mile away from our beach house.

Over the years, I dreamed of owning my own cape cod get-away and I finally found the perfect house in the perfect location. This home is simply the perfect home because of the location (proximity to the center and the beach) and because of the neighborhood. There is so much charm in the home and the buzz of the neighborhood in the summer is amazing. The farmers porch is my favorite part of the house - It is a great place to relax and read a book, and if you are feeling social - you can chat with the neighbors as they walk past the house on their way to the beach.

Location, location, location! Also, the farmer's porch, outdoor shower, and fenced-in yard make this home a great place to come back to year after year. (Don't just take it from me... ask my returning renters!) As a dog person, I welcome well behaved dogs (certain breeds) with a signed pet agreement.
