The house was very clean and well organized. Nearby to a few great restaurants and just down the street from downtown Chatham. Mike was a fantastic host and made our stay seamless.

House was very nice and centrally located to all you would want to see in Chatham. Mike the owner was great with checkin and overall very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend.

Rooms were nice, plenty of cups, plates and flatware to use, and showers were really nice. Hot tub was wonderful and easy to use. Back deck was recently re-done and very nice. However, be aware that you will need to bring your own linens, and neighbors are both very, very close and relatively loud. The airport is also very close, so you will hear very loud planes during the day starting fairly early in the AM. The listing also says the home is dog-friendly, and while that is sort of the case, you will have a pet fee (not mentioned in the Vrbo listing), the front storm door won’t shut properly and the back deck has no gates. There’s nothing wrong with that per se, but be aware that little kids and dogs will need constant supervision.Be aware also that the neighbors in all directions do not want visitors to bring their pets.

Kelly, VRBO verified that my pet fee was active and part of your reservation process. I also attach a rental agreement that you approved prior to renting which inquires if you are bringing a pet, breed, age and weight. You neglected to indicate in either case that you were bringing a dog. You also let your dog run loose several times during your stay and not only was it disruptive to my neighbors but dangerous for your dog as it could get hit by a passing car. Also, who would leave their little kids or dog unattended? I never claimed to have an enclosed property where little kids and dogs could roam freely.

Home is very clean, excellently outfitted, everything new and clean and comfortable . Owner is very quick to answer questions and help in any way possible. This is a very nice quiet lovely neighborhood that is close to town, beaches and shopping. Great stay! We highly recommend this property!!

Mikes place in Chatham was absolutely amazing. His response time was so quick and very comfortable for everyone in our group. It’s a great location downtown and to the beach. Would definitely book his place again.

Great stay with great host

2nd time staying in this wonderful home. The home is centrally located, very roomy and kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub malfunctioned while we were there and Mike came immediately to fix it. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Great Memorial Day Weekend Stay in Chatham

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay at this nice home in Chatham. The highlight was definitely the private deck in the backyard—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The hot tub was another great perk, adding a touch of luxury to our evenings. The home's location was great: close to downtown Chatham and a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our family of four plus our dog. Highly recommend!

Spent an amazing Memorial Day weekend in Chatham with evening walks to Ridgevale to enjoy the sunsets and Kreme n Kone for soft serve. Hot tub was a major bonus for the whole family! Loved everything about this property!

This property holds many family memories for us. We have 5 grown children of college age and older. They grew up summering in Chatham. They don't come down as much now so we decided to rent our place out so that other families could have the same experience are family has enjoyed.
