Incroyable Vues - Ocean Front 3BR Condo!

Notre condo au Palms Resort est notre maison loin de la maison. Nous sommes au 3Ăšme Ă©tage (UnitĂ© 301) et ont 3 chambres (2 avec lits king size), 2 salles de bains, et peut accueillir 8. Nous avons une cuisine complĂšte et une salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 8. Nous avons mĂȘme une "cheminĂ©e". Nous avons des balcons 2 en bord de mer et d'une piscine intĂ©rieure / extĂ©rieure et bains Ă  remous.

Notre Resort se compose de 2 bùtiments, le bùtiment sud abrite la piscine / bains à remous intérieur et la salle de gym.

Nous sommes situés dans le bùtiment nord et seulement 2 unités de condos par étage. Nous avons aussi provision pour 2 places de parking.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et télévision à écran plat, un lecteur ray / DVD Bleu, un walk-in, une salle de bains privative et une porte sur le grand balcon avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Notre 2Úme chambre a également un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat et d'un balcon «Juliette».

Notre 3Ăšme, petite, chambre a 2 lits jumeaux.

Notre séjour a le "millions de dollars" vue sur l'océan Atlantique, un canapé-lit avec un matelas queen size, d'un "foyer", une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur ray / DVD "Smart" Bleu avec Internet (Netflix, Youtube ) l'accÚs, et l'accÚs aux 2 balcons en bord de mer.

Notre cuisine a des appareils en mode plein écran; y compris un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, un grille-pain et une cafetiÚre et d'un lave-linge et sÚche-linge.

Notre table est pub hauteur avec un lazy-Susan et siÚges intégrés 8.

Il y a un nouveau plancher (printemps 2016) tout au long.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. The hosts were awesome with constant communication and no complaints. Being directly on the beach and within walking distance to the convention center for our daughter’s dance competition was a high priority and this place met both of those criteria. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family in Myrtle Beach. What made our trip even more exciting was dealing with the tropical storm that rolled through our last night there. Again the hosts were wonderful! i’d love to stay there again if I’m lucky enough to ever make it back to Myrtle Beach!

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great location in the middle of the strip which enabled us to travel north to Barefoot Landing and south to Murrells Inlet with just short 10 - 15 minute drives. The unit has everything you need. Very nice!

Amazing

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience. We walked in and felt like we had found our home away from home. It was clean and bright, everything was in working order, all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The beach was right there and easy to access. One of our highlights was drinking coffee watching the sun rise on the balcony while the dolphins swam by.

The condo was perfect for my parents and my children. The twin bed room was cozy, but who spends all their time I. The room anyway. The master had breathtaking views. In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Beachfront with Great Ocean Views

This property was located right on the beach, and the area offers many amenities within walking distance. The facility did a great job keeping the pool and hot tub clean daily. The condo was as advertised, but if I had to identify one drawback, it was the 3rd bedroom that was extremely small and had a pair of twin beds in it. Having two young adult men (6' 2" & 6' 4"), this was not an ideal sleeping arrangement, and thankfully, the couch was pullout, so it slept the larger teen. The owners were great, communicated regularly, and even provided us with a pizza dinner last evening. This would be an ideal place for a family with small children. I would consider renting this property again, but it would have to be with only an adult couple for sleeping arrangements. If it had a true 3rd bedroom, this would have been a 5-star review.

View Well Worth It!!

Overall amazing experience with this property. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and helpful while there. Location of the property is amazing. Close to everything! Condo suited us well for our group. The kids room was a little tight, but it served it’s purpose! House was filled with little extras that made the stay super enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach was a case of mistaken identity. I thought it was famous for something else, but when we arrived, we fell in love. We felt at home from that first visit.
We purchased our condo about 4 years ago and have been making upgrades as we can.
We like to think our beach home is similar to the beach, it's never exactly the same each time we come back to it.
We hope that you feel welcome and at home in our beach home.

We fell in love with this property because every box was checked. We wanted ocean front, check;We wanted an ocean front master bedroom, check; We wanted enough room for our family, check; We wanted 2 bathrooms, check; We wanted a kitchen and in-room laundry, check and check. When we saw the amazing views from the windows we said "million dollar view" and then we made it happen.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unique benefit of our condo is the very large "patio". We have not seen another property in Myrtle Beach with a balcony this large, a must-see.
