Perfect place to stay!

The house is very close to the city but still in a completely quiet, serene and relaxed place. Everything worked perfectly in the house, the pool was warm and the hosts took care of us great with a very personal touch.

Great property Authentic Sardinian villa Absolutely stunning grounds - such a great space Whole outdoor area is amazing - outdoor kitchen, pool, many seating areas Inside also great - lovely bedroom, 2 super bathrooms, great kitchen and seating area, but really all about the outdoors and the view of the countryside Really great place and we hope to stay again

Wonderful Villa for a family holiday

We are just back from a two week holiday at the Villa in Alghero. We are a family of 5 with 3 children (11,9,5). The hosts are a lovely family who couldn't do more to help. They met us and took us to the house so we could find it easily with them. They had to come out a couple of times as the gas went off and the wi fi went down in a storm and they were with us very quickly and sorted things out and came regular to clean the pool. The villa is very comfortable for 5 or 6 people. There is also a sofa bed. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but even though it was very hot outside during the day the rooms were not too hot at night. There is a good TV and sofa area and a kitchen which is quite well equipped. The outside space is lovely. We spent a number of days just at the pool when feeling lazy. You are in the country side so there are a number of dogs nearby but we only had one day where it was annoying. The house is about 10 minutes from town and the beach. The beach is beautiful. We went to Santa Maria Pia most days. The beach is busy but not as busy as we thought it would be be. Beautiful sand and clear seas. Good cafes serving sandwiches on the beach. You do have to pay for parking which you can do by card and is very easy. There is plenty of parking. Children loved hiring a pedalo. We tried to go to one of the smaller beaches but it is so busy there that you are sitting on top of people unless you get there early. We also went to the inflatable water park up the road towards Fertillia which the children loved. 3 hours is enough as it is hard work for the children and for us to keep up with them and not get injured! Alghero old town is lovely. Lots of good restaurants which we would advise to book. Use Trip Advisor. Parking was OK in our first week but going into August you need to be in town by 7pm otherwise parking is a real issue. We had to give up one evening. Pizzeria Lu Furat good cheap pizza. Pizzeria Le 100 also really good. Sartoria Del Gusto did lovely pasta. Nautilus was recommended but not really for children. We went to Il Corallo which had lovely fish and pasta and slightly more upmarket. Lots of fantastic ice cream shops in town. The one up beside pizzeria le 100 was our favourite. On our one cloudy afternoon we went on the town tour which goes every 30 minutes. We loved the house and the area. Would definitely come back again.

Tres bel emplacement ! Maison sur les hauteurs à 20 min d'Alghero, lieu calme, isolé et magnifique Grande piscine et beaucoup de coins d'ombre dans le jardin Maison bien adaptée pour 8 personnes.

Une villa ideale en campagne

La villa est a 15 mn d’ Alghero et de ses plages.. dans les collines ..elle est au coeur d’un immense jardin et la vue est époustouflante sur la vallée, les falaises et la baie d’Alghero au loin. Le calme est absolu et on entends juste le tintement des cloches des vaches.. Eau chaude parfaite, cuisine fonctionnelle, clim et moustiquaires efficaces, grand barbecue avec évier extérieur , 2 salles de bains plus la douche (Avec de l’eau chaude!) à la piscine. .. piscine qui est tres tres grande avec un plongeoir qui a ravi les ados. La villa est parfaite pour de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Caterina sont un plus. Comme l’accueil en Sardaigne .. c’était juste top!

Prachtige locatie met een mooi zwembad en vriendelijke host.

Mooi landhuis midden in de natuur. Het buiten gedeelte van de woning was voor ons het meest bijzonder. Perfect voor twee gezinnen. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden en gaf veel plezier. Prettige host.

Tolle ruhige Lage. Super Pool

Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer zzgl. einer offenen Galerie. Für max. 8 Personen geeignet. Nette Vermieterin, die uns neue Poolliegen gebracht hat. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit 2 Familien und Kindern.

Huis is gelegen in de buitenwijk van Alghero. De route erheen over zandweg is wat lastig met een 9p busje, maar uiteindelijk prima te bereiken. Alghero centrum ligt op 9 min afstand, super! Het zwembad maakt dit huis geweldig! Je hebt eigenlijk niets anders meer nodig! De rust, de ruimte is echt super. Genoeg en fijne handdoeken, beddengoed. Schoon. Zeer goed werkende airco. De eigenaren waren heel aardig! We mochten zelfs op de dag van vertrek de hele dag in het huisje blijven, top! Helaas zijn de 2 persoonsbedden/matrassen van matige kwaliteit. Hier zou wat aandacht voor kunnen zijn. De vaatwasser hield er tijdens ons verblijf mee op, dat was jammer maar niet onoverkomelijk. Er was geen enkel scherp mes. (wel messen, maar die waren zó bot). Gelukkig hadden we zelf een keukenmesje bij ons die we de hele week gebruikt hebben. Misschien goed voor het onderhoud van het huis nog een tip om naar het sluitwerk van de deuren te kijken.

Autentisk og tilfredsstillende ophold

Ejerne var meget imødekommende, positive og de gjorde deres for at vi kunne have et godt ophold. Vi vil kraftigt anbefale at have bil i forbindelse med leje af huset.

Una casa maravillosa muy limpia y con mucho encanto. Alejada del centro del Alghero (5 min en coche) pero una zona muy tranquila. Paola y su marido son encantadores y muy buenos anfitriones.

It is a fantastic house. Better choice for holidays in Alghero

It is a fantastic simple house - even better than the pictures suggest. It is big, spacious and with a very nice terrace and a balcony all around. We are a family with three children aged 9, 12 and 16 and we spent 1 week in the house for our summer holidays. We would have loved to stay for another week or two. For us it was great that the children could swim and play in the swimming pool (which is not too big and deep) in the morning; then we would take the car to Pineta Maria Pia (10 min.) or go to some of the other interesting places in the area and focus on culture etc., then go back in the afternoon or evening, and the children would then again swim and play while we relaxed on the balcony. The house has everything you need. There are three bedrooms (and two bathrooms) and one more bathroom nearby the terrace. Living room is big and the house has air conditioning and wifi. The area is very nice, with a lot of houses and big dogs guarding them - there is a lot of barking going on. Apart from that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. It is probably best to have a car. Grocery shopping is not very close. Contact with our host, Maria, was very good both before and during our stay. We would love to go back!!!
