Nichée dans un magnifique parc de deux hectares, la Villa Sporting est une grande villa à usage exclusif et indépendant, à une courte distance d'Alghero et de ses nombreux magasins, restaurants et plages, la Villa est une retraite paisible parfaite pour des vacances relaxantes sous le soleil sarde et à proximité des plus belles plages du nord de la Sardaigne et d'Alghero.

Dotée d'une piscine indépendante à usage exclusif, la Villa Sporting se distingue par la présence d'un court de tennis (avec éclairage nocturne) sur un terrain en gazon naturel, d'une salle de sport, d'un terrain de pétanque, d'une table de ping-pong et d'un baby-foot. Les raquettes sont incluses dans les équipements de la villa.

La villa dispose d'une grande zone boisée et ombragée sous des chênes anciens d'une beauté incroyable, où passer du temps au frais à lire des livres sera un souvenir que vous garderez dans votre cœur au retour de vos vacances. Les jardins de la villa sont un spectacle à voir, avec des pelouses verdoyantes, des pins imposants et même une petite cour de ferme avec quelques spécimens de chèvres, d'ânes, d'oiseaux, de poneys, de paons, etc.

La villa dispose également d'une aire de jeux pour les plus jeunes.

Le jardin, avec la splendide piscine ombragée par les pins, est équipé de gazebos et de parasols et mesure 12m X 6m - avec des profondeurs allant de 1,10m à 2,20m.

Des bicyclettes sont disponibles et louées sur demande.

Le cœur battant de l'intérieur est le spacieux salon avec cuisine et espace de vie doté de grandes fenêtres ensoleillées. La cuisine est bien équipée et s'ouvre sur une grande salle à manger de style traditionnel avec une longue table en bois pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

La Villa Sporting peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, réparties dans les 4 chambres : 2 chambres doubles, 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples chacune, et 1 canapé-lit dans le grand salon. La Villa Sporting dispose de 3 salles de bains avec douche et bidet.

Les réservations sont confirmées pour les invités inscrits au moment de la réservation, tout invité supplémentaire doit être notifié avant l'arrivée et autorisé, un supplément journalier sera appliqué pour chaque invité supplémentaire. Les personnes supplémentaires non signalées ne seront pas autorisées à entrer dans la villa. Le supplément pour le lit d'enfant est de 10 € par jour.

Les animaux domestiques sont autorisés, sous réserve de notification préalable et moyennant un supplément journalier.

Alghero et ses belles plages ne sont qu'à 7 km.

A Paradise for a great sportive family vacation

Villa Sporting is a wonderful location in Alghero offering lots of outdoor activities for the family. The Pool area is clearly the center of the property. The landlords are very helpful if you need information. We can recommend the Villa and will come back.

Really nice place with all you need to have a good holliday. House was clean 👍 Everything needed was in the kitchen. Vrbo write that there was 5 bedrooms. There is only 4. The rest was a bed in the Livingroom. It gave us a little problem. It was difficult to have a conversation with the lokal host during the stay because They did not speak english. But they were really really nice persons. And we enjoyed very much the stay. Surroundings was really good with everything to do for both children and adults. 👍👍👍👍

Good afternoon Alison, this house has always had 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, as clearly indicated in the advertisement. I'm sorry that, despite a correct description, photos and clear instructions published online, you thought that the house had 5 rooms. The rooms indicated have always been 4. Be more careful when you book because we cannot give you a two-star review because you misunderstood the description of the advert.

Fantastic for people who like to do things!

We had a marvellous stay here - the house is perfect for friends as there is so much to do - a small football pitch, tennis court, table tennis, table football, boule, lovely big pool, large children’s play area and netted trampoline and a gym too. There are plenty of tables to socialise around and play games at and we were able to cook fantastic meals using the barbecue. Though the situation at first appears rather isolated, it’s actually less than 15 mins right to the centre of Alghero. The property is decorated in a homely and traditional Sardinian style. Beds were comfy but the pillows a bit firm for us Brits! Electricity is extra which needs to be paid for in cash at the end of the stay - it certainly made us turn off the air con when we went out… Everyone was helpful and friendly - especially Toni who came in the evenings to feed the animals and was happy to sort out any little niggles. A welcome basket included milk, juice jam and biscuits.

Not really a holiday when the owner is on site everyday (nothing mentioned at time of booking)

Facilities tired but ok, House not clean and needs a major refresh. Used a coffee machine on the first day (plastic) and it broke. Subsequently charged an eyewatering rate for the new machine. Other kitchen equipment plastic (kettle, toaster etc) so wouldn't recommend relying on equipment if cooking at home. Communciation with multiple parties across multiple apps (got asked to upload my password via whatsapp but not form the agent?) feels disorganised and unprofessional.

Good morning Mr. Luke, this attitude from you is very ungrateful. You left the villa happy and content, thanking everyone, and now just because we charged you for the coffee machine you broke (Illy brand new coffe machine) you take revenge with a 1-star review? That says a lot about you, not about the villa that welcomed you and gave you a happy holiday. I hope you make peace with your anger and with yourself. The coffee machine that you broke, and we had to buy back for the next guests cost 99€, but it took you 9 seconds to destroy a business that has been working seriously and honestly for years. Fortunately, the other reviews say who we are and yours speaks exclusively about you. Shame on you. Regarding copy of your ID, we need it in order to pay tourist tax, and we ask in advance ID copy for these customers, like you, that arrives in the house after midnight, in order to do check-in fast. Regarding cleaning staff in the house, I remember you that in order to clean the swimming pool and take care the farm, we have a cleaning staff, that come in the house early in the morning for cleaning and take care the swimming pool, not for look at you.

Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé des vacances idylliques dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est prévu pour que ce soit parfait. La maison est vaste, très propre et conforme à l’annonce et ses multiples photos. Impossible de s’ennuyer avec la belle piscine, le tennis, le terrain de boules, la salle de sport, le ping pong, le terrain de foot et les différents espaces de vie proposés. Et aussi la mini ferme qui est pleine de charme et un peu à l’écart donc pas du tout gênante. La cuisine est très bien équipée et un grand et beau barbecue permet de se régaler. La maison est très bien placée, parfaitement calme et à 15 minutes d’Alghero et de tous les commerces. Nous étions en famille à 8 et tout le monde a passé de merveilleuses vacances. La propriétaire, Anna, est charmante et réactive, l’accueil est attentif et chaleureux. Et une mention spéciale à Aldo qui vient nourrir les animaux et qui a été adorable avec nous tous pendant tout le séjour! Que du bonheur!

Super vacances sportives !

Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa Sporting pendant 10j à 8 personnes, 2 couples avec 2 adolescents chacun. L'équipement est parfait pour se reposer et s'adonner à des activités sportives. Grande piscine bien exposée, superbe terrain de tennis, salle de sport bien équipée, table de ping pong à l'abri, terrain de pétanque, terrain de foot, rien ne manque ! L'endroit est calme et proche en voiture d'Alghero pour les courses et visites ainsi que les plages. Les animaux sur place sont proches mais discrets. Les propriétaires Tonino et Anna sont disponibles à toute heure en cas de besoin et toujours prêts à aider. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse, Tonino nous a même livré en personne des pizzas que nous avions commandées par son intermédiaire ! :-) La communication avec Maria pour l'organisation du voyage est aussi très bonne et réactive. Un très bon moment et de très bons souvenirs !

Der Urlaub dort war insgesamt schön. Das Haus liegt schon sehr abgelegen, dafür ruhig und hat mit Aussengrill und Pizzaofen gute Voraussetzungen, um auch zu Hause gut zu Essen. Die sehr netten Betreuer, die wunderbaren Katzen, der Esel gleichen einige Schwächen des Hauses aus, die allerdings bestehen: Man fährt zum Haus an einer Bauruine (Nachbargrundstück) vorbei. Ein Bad riecht sehr unangenehm (Siphonproblem?), Ameisen sind leider in vielen Zimmern, der Belag des Tennisplatz ist eine gestrichene Betonplatte mit einigen Rissen (aber bespielbar), von den Fitnessgeräten sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten und der Fußballplatz war aufgrund langer Trockenheit praktisch ohne Rasen. Alles in allem aber ein charmantes Haus und sehr schöner Aussenbereich, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Omgivet af grønne vinmarker til alle sider havde vi en skøn familieferie i Villa Sporting. Vi er en familie på 7 voksne, der kan lide at dyrke sport, lave mad udendørs og slappe af ved poolen. Alle betingelser for en god ferie var til stede i Villa Sporting, hvor vi nød alle villaens fine faciliteter. Villa Sporting ligger i fredfyldte omgivelser med en kort køretur til Alghero. Mrs. Margherita og Mr. Aldo bød os velkommen og hjalp os med små forespørgsler. Mr. Aldo kom hver dag for diskret at tjekke, at alt fungerede som det skulle omkring villaen og poolen. De var begge meget søde og hjælpsomme. Tak for en god ferie

Heerlijk gezins huis

Positief: prachtige ligging, alle beloofde buiten faciliteiten zijn er. Erg van genoten. Veel ruimte om te zitten, zowel binnen als buiten. Genoeg zon en schaduw plekken. Servies, glazen, bestek allemaal meer dan voldoende. Tuin, zwembad en alle speeltoestellen zijn goed verzorgd. Wat beter kan: Op de site staan 5 slaapkamers, zijn er 4. Binnen doet het wel wat verouderd aan, maar alles werkt. Het echtpaar dat het huis beheert is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam! Een kapotte boiler werd nog dezelfde dag vervangen door een nieuwe! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 6 volwassenen en vier kinderen van 2-5 jaar

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit vielfältigen Sportmöglichkeiten

Die Villa Sporting wird ihrem Namen absolut gerecht. Es ist ein großzügiges Grundstück, ruhig gelegen, mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt Tennisplatz, einen schönen großen Pool, ein Gym mit diversen Fitnessgeräten, einen Fußballplatz und eine Boule Bahn. Die Geräte im Gym und auch die Einrichtung sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig. Wir waren mit 2 Familien und Kindern zwischen 5 und 8 Jahren dort. Für die Kinder war es super, auch weil es zu den ganzen Sportmöglichkeiten viele Tiere gab, die man streicheln und füttern konnte. Die Vermieter, Anna und Tonino, sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und kümmern sich beim kleinsten Problem umgehend. Die Kinder konnten gemeinsam mit Tonino die Tiere versorgen und hatten super viel Spaß dabei. Für Familien, die auch gerne aktiv sind, ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen. Was etwas schade war, ist, dass das Sprungbrett am Pool leider defekt war und daher nicht wie auf dem Bild benutzt werden konnte. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen super Urlaub

Next time, please, let me know in advance that you are coming with more adult people, and I will do my best in order to set up bigger beds for your stay. Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini e ragazzi. Ampi spazi sia internamente sia all’esterno. Bella piscina. Ottima pulizia. Proprietari sempre molto disponibili e presenti se occorre.

Perfect holiday accommodation for a young family

Tonino and family were hugely welcoming and hospitable throughout our week stay despite our language barriers! The villa and generous garden worked perfectly for us, our friends and our two young girls. The pool and garden area, tennis court, gym and everything you can imagine, are simply beautiful surroundings to relax in. The photographs on HomeAway do not do this justice - the pool is huge! I particularly enjoyed using the traditional Italian BBQ with their own seasoned olive wood in the evenings! Lovely sandy beaches a few km down the coast. Our favourite ones were near Mugoni Baia delle Ninfe. We would also recommend a trip to Bosa to see the village, but this was fairly packed with foreign tourists when we went unlike the rest of the area which is generally locals and other Italians holidaying on the coast. There are some lovely restaurants in Alghero and Fertilia, though with two young children we did not sample these often in evenings. We hope to return! Thank you

Great

Alles war genau wie im Inderat beschrieben, eine riesige wunderschöne Anlage! Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gab Tipps für die Strandauswahl und half den Müll zu entsorgen. Man hat Ruhe aber benötigt ein Auto um an den Strand zu gelangen, was wir sowieso hatten. Es war ein super Aufenthalt, würden wir sofort wieder hingehen!

Fantastiskt hus med stora möjligheter till aktivitet

Stort hus med pool, tennisbana, gym, boulebana och pingisbord. 10 bra sovplatser med luftkonditionering och avskilt läge 15 minuter från Alghero. Rekommenderas!

Great Holiday accommodation for groups

We stayed at Villa Sporting in May with 2 other couples. We choose the property because it had tennis court and was big enough for all of us. We were delighted with the property. The management company checked us in early so we did not have to wait around. They were very helpful and explained how everything worked and where to go to shop and eat. The property is located on a quiete lane. The property was very clean on arrival and is well equipped. The pool was cleaned twice a week by the management company. We would recommend this property and would like to return again one day.

Wonderful holiday in a great location

First of all, I want to thank Tonino and his wife for making our holidays a huge success! We were a big group of friends - families, couples and singles. It is not easy to find a holiday home for such a diverse group that meets all requirements. But the villa met them all! The facility is so generous that everyone has enough space to themselves. However, you also have enough large common areas to sit down and eat together. Even the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need - a rarity, even with more expensive holiday homes. The arrangements with Maria in advance were a dream. She was so helpful and gracious that the holiday was incredibly easy to organize. Furthermore, the family on site gave us great support and made our holiday unforgettable. The location of the house is great nearby town and beaches - the tennis court was a dream - beach, culture, nature, everything is close by. All in all, I can really recommend the house to everyone, an absolute hit! We will be back!
